Once we confirmed the event was back on, I reached back out and she made everything seamless. The food was AMAZING. Literally everyone came up to me during the event to say how good it was. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect rating is that the quantity of condiments seemed a bit limited compared to the amount of meat provided. We ended up with quite a bit of leftover meat, but ran low on pico de gallo, salsa, and other toppings. It would also have been more convenient if the leftover condiments had been packed in containers or trays rather than small Ziploc bags.
