Understand I know animals get ill and pass that is the cycle of life yet as clients we trust and follow our vets guidance to hopefully heal our furbabies. My cat Momo was a thyroid cat I brought him into the clinic due to not eating. Bloodwork showed an infection and he was very dehydrated not to mention he lost half his body weight. The vet a young lady suggested keeping him in house overnight for fluids and to monitor his eating along with antibiotics. OK no problem. Update next date doing better but still not great needs more fluids and eating but still watching give it another day. Pick up 1030 Saturday. OK Saturday at 1030 I was in a patient room when a young male tech came in and said he didn't eat so I would have to force feed. I said that wasn't what I was told yesterday he kinda looked lost. He then went to get my cat Once he brought me Momo I saw a cat laying down head flat no movement. I called his name no movement I opened the cage no movement. I lifted his head dead weight and his eyes dilate fix straight ahead. I looked at the tech and said how dare you bring me my cat in this condition without a vet and with not explanation. Momo was standing and aware of surroundings when I left him here two days ago and now he is at deaths door what in the hell did you guys do and why wasn't I notified!!. He said should I go get the vet. Is this guy for real!! I will not write what I was thinking. I just said yes now. Well older male vet comes in and proceeds to tell he looked over the blood work and could tell right away he was in kidney failure and ME keeping him in the clinic for two day over stressed him where his body gave out. Yep you read it. I caused the death of my cat because I followed the vets directions. I told him thats not what you co worker vet said. Well, i could have told you it. Yes arrogant ass. Nice thing to say as my cat lay dying due to your clinic incompetence. I said we needed to put him down . So I lost Momo that Saturday I want to say this is the 2nd review I posted on a vet clinic. Both are on this clinic . First one 2yrs ago they refused to see a cat they were treating who was in a coma dying because I didn't have an appt. Then told me the emergency vet cost about the same amount of money to put a cat down anyway. Now this being blamed for going along with what the vet said. Understand I brought all my animals to this clinic for years and loved them. They had outstanding vets some of the best I ever came across (I moved from plam springs and also dealt with orange county vets) I was thrilled to have found them. Slowly the vets moved to where it is today. I will NEVER step foot into this building again. I just want you to know I was a devoted client 100% never again. Just be aware and careful I want all furbabies to receive excellence love and care.

Pam and her team and Paws Landing are GREAT!! My husband and I are "new" to having a puppy and…read moreresearched online the local places that had "doggy day care". We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

The workers are so kind and continued to give me updates throughout the day. They even sent a report card for my babies which is so funny i love it hahaha!! But what I really appreciated was Pam the owner reached out to me personally and called me, which is always comforting to hear from the owner. She was so amazing and walked me through the process. It was just the reassurance I needed. Their website to book is so easy to manage too which is really nice and pretty affordable pricing!

The owner of this business doesn't have the right staff to do the job when he's not available…read more He posted a sign at my apartment complex advertising his business. I responded to his advertisement and tried to get service. I spoke with him about his services and do I need to make an appointment. He said he takes walk ins. All I wanted was a nail trim for my dogs. I called ahead of time to let him know that I was on my way he was never available. So after two weeks of trying to get service to no avail I called and spoke with him again. I expressed my concerns about how his lack of commitment to his customers he apologized for the inconvenience and he would give me a discount for the nail trim. I made the appointment for the mobile service. He canceled on me the day of the appointment. Im a very patient person so I gave him another chance because he had family issues, however I called today to see if I could bring my dogs in as a walk in. His staff said he's been sick for three weeks and she can't do large dogs because she's been bitten before. I informed her that I my dogs aren't aggressive and they have had they're nails done by professionals without incident. I take them to petsmart for nail trims. I was just trying to save money because petsmart is expensive. She basically said she didn't want to provide me with service. I couldn't believe he has someone who's afraid of doing a trim on large dogs. If she can't provide the services they offer then she shouldn't be there. Im done with posh paws for they're lack of customer service and lack of competent staff. They wasted my time after I had given them many changes to provide services to my pets. All she did was make excuses for her incompetence as a dog groomer. Do not waste your time with this business. I will not recommend anyone to mobil posh paws for grooming services. They do offer boarding services. Maybe they should stick to that service. Customer service sucks.
