The results were better than I'd even hoped: residues of various kinds buffed off the exterior, all stickers removed from windows as requested, interior absolutely spotless with vinyl and leather reconditioned. Mine is a 14 year-old car that not been detailed in 5 years and it looks almost brand new! The only (minor) issues: *Floor mats were very wet and needed two full days to dry *Communication with main service dept very poor- when car was returned to me, I was told to pay at the detail shop. When I drove back to detail shop, was told I needed to pay at dealership down the road or pay over phone with cc. A minor inconvenience, but one that could have easily been avoided. *Website does clearly state that headlight restoration is a separate fee. I will definitely be recommending this detailing service. It had a minor issue which they fixed prior to us taking it home. They were easy to deal with, and when there was one tiny issue a few weeks later, they offered to repair it free of charge. You don't get that kind of service for a car that is almost 10 years old. They specialize in salvage titles. That means you can get a great car with low miles at an amazing price. I don't worry about a salvage title with them, because they do excellent work and stand behind the work that they do. A few weeks after I purchased my daughter's car, I kept thinking about the Santa Cruz that I saw and drove on the lot. I fell in love with that truck. The owners gave me a fair deal on it, I was able to pick it up at 4:45 PM and be off the lot by 5 PM with the keys in hand. If you want a painless purchasing experience, I would highly recommend coming here. Salvage titles can be hit or miss, but not when you deal with a reputable business. It gets no simpler.
