The staff are welcoming and take the time to answer questions. I was not upsold on any service. From what I could tell, this dental office is more interested in giving patients what they actually need and does not try to sell products or procedures that are not necessary. At one point, I mentioned that I had just paid $5,000 for an upcoming surgery, and her response was, "Oh, congratulations." I found that comment incredibly insensitive and unprofessional, given the seriousness of my situation. I said is nothing to congratulate me for a mayor back surgery, and she responded oh well my husband has one of those . Eventually, I told her to call me once she had proper documentation showing that I owed anything and left the office. About twenty minutes later, I received a call from Stacy letting me know that it had been a mistake and that I didn't owe anything after all.
