The doctor was equally vague about the affected areas- only corrected the nurse says it's minor!!! During the exam , the nurse been super judgmental toward me- saying your " upper teeth is more receding above and bottom teeth is receding to bottom " " might be aging " " you need deep cleaning " while majority of them are not having problems- and I Only Know The Problematic teeth by looking at bills at the end No one explained proper daily care, and no one addressed why the issue developed in the first place. The whole interaction felt rushed and transactional, treating patients like a production line. That lack of clear communication and basic professional ethics is what finally pushed me to seek a second opinion elsewhere. The most ironic thing is all of their nurses are obesed , listen this : direct this judgmental energy toward your own metabolic health and systemic inflammation , maybe yall will get into healthy BMI and less risk of heart attacks. I definitely see a pattern in other reviews that left by people with similar experiences: Fear mongering - push more " deep cleaning " - being rushed in and out - patient seek second opinion.

Monique checked me in and made it very simple and easy. Their facilities are really clean and smells great. Maddie took me back to do my X-rays and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Even when I was only mildly in discomfort she found alternate ways or made me feel at ease to do the X-ray. Natashia did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and my teeth felt sparkly clean. Oh and let me mention that they have screens in front of you when sitting up and laying down so you can watch Netflix if you wanted. I had never been to a dentists office that had that. On my exam, Dr. Christine found several areas where my filling needed to be patched and wanted to be proactive in cleaning out what looked like minor cavities. Long story short, once she got in there, she actually saved my teeth from being decayed and even having to endure a root canal. I didn't even feel when she had to numb me and I hate needles. My previous dentist that I went to for 10 years didn't ever say or find anything, but Dr. Christine was so proactive and didn't want me to have more issues down the road that actually saved my teeth!
