Dr. Kung is also super friendly! I applaud his ability to remember everything I say to him during my last appointment. I have pretty terrible memory myself, so I am always extremely impressed whenever he asks me about something I told him in the past. He is extremely personable and leaves a lasting impression considering patients don't talk with the dentist for too long during the cleaning appointment. I also got my wisdom teeth pulled not too long ago. I was just given some anesthesia. It was quick & easy! I was prescribed antibiotics and really did not need any painkillers because recovery was not bad at all. Even got a phone call from Dr. Kung checking how I was doing. The process lacked the level of professionalism and customer service we'd experienced in the past, making what should have been a simple task far more difficult than it needed to be. Our experience did not improve once we arrived. Nicole was unprofessional from the moment we met her and remained that way throughout our entire visit. Her demeanor was unfriendly, and her interactions with us lacked the courtesy, respect, and professionalism that every patient deserves. Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal. Even though I looked so ugly as if filming ' Mr. Bean', opening my mouth twitching, showing inside my mouth, drooling water in front of dental hygienists, doctors assistants, and the doctor with Medical Surgical Dental Headband Binocular Loupes with Head Light 2.5x, I've been relieved because he said "your problems not a big deal. You'd make an appointment next Monday early in the morning, and today I will give you a prescription with tyrenol". On Monday I got all the treatments he mentioned and am fully restored, clean and fresh, no pain, no worries. He is young like summer grapes, green, flawless, fresh in field of Texas.
