Great experience. We were seated promptly at table. Good choice of high tops and low tops. Restaurant is bright, clean and inviting. I had 2 slice lunch special. The pizza was delicious. Excellent amount of cheese to sauce to pepperoni. Crust was thin and cooked to perfection. Service was great. All in all a great choice for inexpensive but delicious lunch. Friend had half grinder special. She too loved her lunch. read more

"Good for watching sports & large crowds " First time at this particular location, and if I'm being honest I prefer the other Raleigh location, and possibly the Durham. Food was solid - I ordered the Chicken Philly Grinder w/side salad. I enjoyed the side salad thought the NW Raleigh location provided a better sub. Not sure if it was a meat issue, or temp issue. We dined downstairs, as the rooftop area (which has full service) is unavailable to physically disabled patronage. This means - you are responsible for drink refills and ordering at the cash register. We were a party 7. Food was delivered timely and staff was kind. Sports Bar: 3.6 read more

The vibe is super good but I'm overall not terribly impressed with their food. We sat on the rooftop which was super cute and I liked. The pizza was...just okay. As was the flatbread. For what it cost it just didn't taste well made. We really liked the wings but I don't think I'd order pizza anymore. The bathrooms also didn't have a changing table so that was less than ideal. read more

Food: 4 Service: 4 Ambience: 3.5 Date/Time: 7/13/2023 7pm Order: Southwestern Wrap, Honey Mustard Chicken Grinder Crowd: empty This place has been around for awhile and sits on the corner facing Strickland. There are 2 entrances, one for the restaurant downstairs and one for the rooftop which are stairs leading up to it (not sure if it's accessible for anyone with a wheelchair or any other disability). The restaurant was low lit and a bit on the darker side but no one was there so maybe no need to light it up. Service was very good even with new staff as they were eager to help with any questions. The food came out in a reasonable time from ordering. Both the wrap and grinder was full of chicken and very tasty. And the fries were seasoned well. I'd recommend the restaurant as the food and service is good. read more

If your looking for a comfortable rooftop bar, tucked away in one of Raleigh's best neighborhoods, this one will hit the spot. Oddly enough they do have separate entrances for the rooftop bar, not only does it offer a large outdoor bar, there is a large interior bar as well. I was impressed with the size of the outdoor seating area, very comfortable, they do have fans and cooling towers for those heavy humid days. Cheers! read more

Pleasantly surprised with the rooftop dining option at this pizzeria/bar. Kristen our waitress was sweet and accommodating. Definitely enjoyed our beers, the sunshine and open air. 4 stars because our buffalo chicken dip appetizer was cold upon serving, fries were a bit undercooked and my Cuban sandwich was mediocre at best. Would definitely go back for drinks and the atmosphere though! read more

I met a friend for dinner here. The restaurant is upstairs while take out is downstairs from what I could tell. The service was excellent with the waitress checking in to ensure we had everything needed. I got a cheese calzone that was tasty as well as appealing. read more

Please stop letting children on rooftop this should be for adults only! It's a sports bar, tonight we have had a daycare up here! Ridiculous! 5 kids running around and screaming they finally left and now have a couple whose child has their iPad volume up super loud! Unbelievable!! I love kids but this is not the place, family area downstairs!! Please! And parents come on, teach your children at restaurants you need to be aware it's not a playground!! read more

Service and food was great. It was a nice to sit outside. Kristen did an amazing job to make sure we had everything we needed.

No Longer Worthy Of My Business Rudinos in Knightdale NC has daily specials. Knowing this I ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni figuring I would be able to take advantage of the special and have to pay additional for the adding of the pepperoni. I get to the store to pick up my pizza and look at the bill and the pizza is full price. So I ask the young lady what's going on. I'm first told that "when I ordered the pizza I had to ask for the special in order to get the price". That didn't make sense as that would be truly taking advantage of customers so I ask for the manager who told me "because I ordered the pizza with half pepperoni that voided the ability to get the discounted price associated with the special". Which also didn't make sense. I've been going to this location for years and had enjoyed their food but because of their shady business practices they now have in place I can no longer spend my money there. It is ABSOLUTELY disgusting what did. They couldn't even get their lies straight to justify their deceptive business practices. There was no need to get further upset because I can show you better than I can tell you Rudino's. I can NO longer support this business and would recommend others do the same. read more

Got the meat monster pizza and a Caesar salad. The pizza was bland and flavorless. The tomato sauce tastes like it's from a can and the meats lacked any semblance of flavor. The salad was unremarkable. The best thing in our entire order was the Parmesan cheese on the salad. At least the employees are nice. Might be a good spot to grab a few drinks and sit on the rooftop with a few friends, but avoid the food. read more

I stumbled upon this place after searching rooftop bars in the local area. The restaurant is on the second floor of the building, and it has outdoor seating--hence rooftop. When I was there, it wasn't crowded, and I had hoped that the service would be better. For example, during the times when wind blew over plates and glasses on empty tables, I was running over trying to catch the glass to prevent it from falling/ breaking. The ambiance seems nice for watching games. read more

My family and I wanted pizza very late lol! And Rudino's was the only place that was open near us so we choose them! I am happy that we did. Rudino's is inside of a shopping center. There is plenty of parking so that shouldn't be an issue because it was late and they were getting ready to close there weren't very many people there so the parking was great. One thing that I didn't really like was google said that they closed at 2am. The restaurant part closes at 10 and then they have an upstairs bar area that closes at 2. So when we got there they were cleaning up the restaurant as if it were closed, we got there around 9:30pm. When we arrived there was a girl cleaning the floors and my husband asked if we could still order and she had to go and ask someone it was 9:30pm the place doesn't close until 10pm so I didn't understand why she needed to ask! The guy came up front and took our order, he didn't seem very enthusiastic about it! The pizza took about 20 mins to come out we also ordered boneless wings. The pizza was great but the wings were kind of salty! The restaurant was extremely clean and that was major plus! Overall we liked the pizza a lot and I am happy that we were able to try it! I think I would like to go back but during the day! read more

Met friends here and when we got our food one of my friends told the waitress she didn't receive her food yet . We waited about 20-30mins before she got her food and by that time we were all done eating . I told the waitress that's she isn't paying for that because she didn't get to eat with us and the bar manager that was working last night came out and said she can do half off or she can take the food back and that's the only way she would "get it free" her customer service skills we're not there and for you to take the food back due to your kitchen staff mess up is unprofessional. We all haven't seen each other in awhile and wanted to enjoy a nice night out and not being able to eat with your friend group kinda ruined it. She could've easily fixed this issue and made this group of friends pleased. Our waitress was very sweet ! She is the only one that did something right I wish her the best in school!!! read more

The only good things I can say about this place is the outdoor area is nice (even if it doen't exactly have a great view) and the service was good. I ordered pizza, because this is a pizza place, so I was hopeful that it would be good (even though we are in the south). Nope. Typical southern pizza with a soft flimsy crust (that probably isn't even made here), sweet sauce, and enough cheese to gag a person. I'd give the place another try, because I saw other food come out that looked much better than my pizza, and I'll update my review then. read more

This place was a hit for me! Some other place messed up my order soooo I had to buy food elsewhere and this was on places nearby on my app. Thought I purchased the small grinder but that baby was huge! Their small is 9", I got the Turkey on white bread with mayo Lettuce Tomato and mozzarella-provolone blend. With Oil & Vinegar, salt, pepper and pickles. Had to eat it in sessions. I also like the whole Rooftop setting. Where you have to walk upstairs to get to the restaurant. read more

The pizza and grinders here are phenomenal. The bartenders are also super knowledgeable and kind.

We come here frequently (2-3x per week) to watch the game and grab a bite. We love sitting on their outdoor rooftop (great for social distancing). Amazing menu, and fast, attentive service! read more

I never write reviews but my experience was horrible. I went there to get a few drinks, it wasn't crowded at all. It took the bartender 10 minutes to acknowledge my existence. When I asked for my drink, he told me he had to finish serving someone else. Two people sat right next to me and he immediately greeted them, asked for their drinks, AND made their drinks before mine. He saw the disappointment in my face and watched me walk out and didn't even care. Horrible place I would not recommend especially if you're a person of color. read more

Enjoy the rooftop, and also great pizza for takeout. Been to their weekday buffets a couple times and it's very good!

Our first time eating at Rudinos was very uncomfortable and alienating. It took over 10 minutes for a waiter to come over to serve us. This was on a Wednesday evening around 8:30 when we arrived. We sat on the rooftop and there was just a handful of people there so no reason why we had to wait that long. Not ONE waiter greeted us or even looked our way with a welcoming smile. We were purposely being ignored at that point. After a while of waiting with no one even asking us if we had been served our waiter came over. I really didn't want to think that we were purposely being ignored because of our race (we were the only Black people on the rooftop who were customers) but the establishment was scarce that night so there was no other valid reason to not be acknowledged and serve in a timely manner. It's disappointing and degrading to be treated in such a manner in 2019! Just wow. I felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable. People shouldn't be judged on the hue of their skin but that's not reality clearly with Rudinos. Please have your staff trained in some cultural competencies so that other guests of color are not treated the same and are treated with common decency and dignity. What a shame! I will be taking my money elsewhere. read more

I have no complaints about the service or food I have ever received until this time. We paid market price for the wings. Which I was well aware of and ok with. To get wings that are half the size of the celery sticks is ridiculous. Management cutting corners to price gauge is sad. I have had your wings in the past and never did I receive something this poor. Your pricing should reflect also the quality. Hope this gets turned around. read more

Sigh... Was standing at the front counter for a full 10 minutes before anyone came out of the back to seat me. Ordered the pizza buffet because I used to love the one they had at the now closed Wake Forest location. Didn't include a tip, mainly because of the 10 minute wait with no apology offered, but also because I don't tip for self-service. This apparently pissed her off, as she just walked away from me. Anyway, took a photo of the buffet. If you need any more information about the quality of the food, let's just say that it mirrors the service. Need to add, there were only two tables occupied when I walked in. read more

Please don't waste your money or time. Rating -0. Food burnt ( uneatable) told Wednesday 1/2 price bottle of wine night, bill reflecting full price, only 1/2 the order comes out and told sorry the kitchen lost the order slip. There was an uncharge for the fries, however when ordering I was told what side would you like, the waitress rattles off the sides, I pick one then was uncharged 4.99 for uneatable burnt fries. Came in here for football and enjoyed the atmosphere. Ended up having an angry Bills fan ridicule and disrespect the manager. He was very patient and should not have had to deal with that senior citizen. She was incredibly angry about the bills losing and not being able to use her Monopoly money gift certificate that she said Sullivan's steakhouse would take. She looked like a decrepit Fran Drescher. My husband and I come here for the rooftop bar (the excellent food and drinks are just and added bonus, haha). We have been coming here for years, and all of the food items we have ordered are DELICIOUS! Our "go-to" is a California club grinder (we split a whole grinder, which is more than enough for two people). Their buffalo chicken pizza is really good as well. Their cheese breadsticks are out of this world (and crazy addictive, so be careful). They have a good beer selection, and daily drink specials as well. For the most part, the service has been great (sometimes the service seems a little slow on the weekends, but we are usually not in a rush anyways, since we go there when the weather is nice to enjoy the rooftop). This is a solid place to go watch a game, enjoy good food and beer, and relax on the rooftop on a sunny day! read more

Worst service I ever received in my life. When we first sat ourselves the 3 waitresses standing by our table seemed as if they didn't want to take our table. We waited 15-20 mins to place our drinks and another 20 mins to place our food order. Yet once this white guy sat next to us he was immediately serviced, attended to and was able to order and his drinks and food within 10 mins. Which it at this point it was obvious that due to us being Black and Latina they did not want to service. Once the waitress finally came I told her about my dissatisfaction. Which she immediately came up with excuses, became rude and very combative. At this point I asked for my tab and decline the food. If you don't want to service minorities just put a sign on the door! Yet this place is not even up to par it's very dusty, Can use some cleaning , $15 drinks that I can barely taste the alcohol lol!! We left went to Lynnwood Grill and got our food and drinks in a matter of 20 mins. Definitely won't be back to this dump. read more
