Tuesday, they showed up unannounced and dumped the lumber on my lawn, rather than on the driveway where they had been instructed.

We were handed over to Cassidy to do the financial and paper work portion and that was a mess from the beginning! Cassidy has a horrible attitude and speaks to you like you're an idiot and doesn't let you get a word in! It's honestly sad that they allow someone like him to work for them and represent their company! He didn't help us at all and when we had any questions it was such a bother to him. It took months for us to FINALLY get anything accomplished because Cassidy gave us the run around and the tried to change the price that he originally had quoted us (tried to charge us way more). When I brought it up he had no excuse and then said he would "honor" the original quote. When we finally got our garage door installed, it wasn't even completed. The light on the garage motor/lift wasn't working, so my husband had to fix it and the decorative pieces weren't installed. When I asked Cassidy about it he made a snarky and smart ass comment of "well did you put a light bulb in it!?" And then tried to charge us for the decorative pieces for the garage door. I had already spoken to a manager named Jory who was supposed to call us back before I had called Cassidy back again and we never got that call back. This past week Cassidy called me to get the rest of the payment and had an attitude as usual, wouldn't let me get a word in as usual, and when I brought up the light and the decorative pieces again he once again was rude and made the same comments. I told him I needed to speak with manager because I couldn't deal with him any longer. 4 months later our garage door is finally installed and completed, but with the worst service (minus the service we received from Jarod). Please don't come to this company, find someone else or hire Jarod on the side.

Very poor workmanship, dishonest, and their promise of "satisfaction guaranteed" means nothing…read more I had a doorway transition where the LVT and transition was not cut parallel to the planks nor the doorway. The carpet installer left us a 2 in overlap, because as he said "it would look stupid if I just fastened it in the current transition". Prior to hiring Floor Coverings International (FCI) to fix this, I was very specific is explaining that the project needed both LVT and carpet expertise to fix the problem. FCI assured me that the technician would be skilled in both LVT and carpet. Further, I asked if my satisfaction with the work would be guaranteed, and FCI promised that it would be. FCI required $250 minimum for any work done. Since the repair involved both LVT and carpet, I figured the cost would be between $300 and $500, so $250 minimum was acceptable. Their installer showed up on time, told us that it couldn't be straightened without LVT work, and he couldn't do that. So he cut the carpet, and placed it under the transition...took less than 10 minutes. Now we were left in a more difficult position than before, as we no longer had the extra 2 in of carpet to work with that the carpet installer had left us. I told FCI that I was not happy with the work. FCI phone call included the installer, and he told me that the problem was the door framing, and that if we were to straighten out the transition, it would look funny since it didn't line up with the door. He said the current transition was parallel to the door. I went to the house, and the installer if full of nonsense. The transition is 1/4 in off of parallel with the doorway, and exaggerates the funny angle. It could have been easily hidden under the door, contrary to the claim of the installer. I sent a picture to FCI, and their comment was "we will fix that for an additional $425, in addition to the $250 we already agreed to". While he did agree to reducing that by $125, he would not be able to do the repair within the week. I pointed out that the work was not done correctly, and that $250 for less than 10 minutes of work seems extravagant. FCI's comment: "$250 is simply our minimum". Bottom line: work was not done properly, installed lied about the problem so that he didn't have to do the work, and the satisfaction guarantee meant nothing. I will never hire this company again.

They also didn't install any waterproofing material under the bathroom floors. Last of all, when they removed the baseboard, they made gouges in the baseboard. Would not recommend.

They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. I had a great experience with Ben and Austin. I needed some sprinkler valves replaced and some…read moreadditional, more complicated work done on a backflow prevention system. I looked around on Yelp and Google and called a few places for quotes. These guys got back to me immediately, said they could come out the same day, and gave me a quote and a few options for repair or replacement. This is incredible-- another local place I called wanted me to wait 2 weeks and pay $175 just for someone to come out and give a quote. They showed up that same afternoon, did great work, charged a reasonable price, and even adjusted two sprinkler heads for me for free. I was impressed. The next morning I noticed some wet ground near where they worked and thought maybe they had accidentally left something leaking. Ben came right back to check it out. But it wasn't related to their work-- it was a different sprinkler problem of mine that I hadn't previously noticed. Ben fixed that problem also and again charged me a really reasonable amount. Consider me doubly impressed. Overall, these guys blew away any expectations I had for sprinkler repair. They were responsive, fast, honest, did great work, and charged a reasonable amount. They even were equipped to do some more complicated work on a backflow prevention system. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
