After wandering through town looking for a salon to accommodate our 5 person party immediately, we found this place. It was NYE and we did expect these places to be packed. All 5 of us got our pedicures. Great chairs. My only problem was I had ingrown toenails (ick) and the lady really dug in and fixed this problem. Very painful but all in all it made a difference weeks after. Nails were great and got them painted nude. 3 of us then got a gel mani. I decided on a red after being told that the gel polish I specifically picked was not a match to the regular nude I picked for my toes. They kept bringing a pink color even though the painted plastic nail was nude. The answer was the plastic nail was originally a pink that morphed into the color I was in love with. So red it was! My low score is due to the way the end product came out. My nails had significant gaps along the nail beds edge. After just a couple of days, it looked like I was in desperate need of another mani! All in all, fast service, parking is pretty sparse as it is next to a grocery store, price was very reasonable, but color selections were not as plentiful. read more

I went here a few weeks ago to get my nails done and it was like any other nail place except that me and my friend had to wait a long time and when they sat us down, it was me on and my friend across the salon. and my nails didnt look all that great when i got them done, they had bubbles in them and they were poorly done. and it was expensive. i dont think i would go back. read more

One day I went there with my daughters it was the best gel manicure I had ever had without a doubt. They did an amazing job. I love the color options and the owner is a beautiful lady. They seem so well organized they are truly talented at what they do.thanks so much if you ever read this I love your business. This must have taken a lot of work to accomplish. So I give kudos to you all. My daughters loved it so much. And surprisingly the nails stayed on for a month and a half. Most places either: 1...over charge you Or 2...they give you terrible service for the amount you waited. I had a very bad experience with Emilee. We had an appointment for 0930 I arrived only to find she had booked another client for the same time. That client said I'm going somewhere where employees care about appointments. Emilee was late as usual and started accusing me of being a day early I tried to show her the text but she just kept going on and on. It got so aggressive that another customer told her to calm down. I was a wreck. The man in charge didnt have a clue what to do he just allowed Emilee to act out and of course they were talking in a language that I did not understand which is irritating in it's self and I knew they were talking about me. The employee that helped me and took care of me was awesome I don't know her name nut she is beautiful and has a girl that plays in the band and was waiting for her boyfriend to come home she is awesome. I have heard other complaints about Emilee but had never experienced her unprofessionalism until this time. I will definitely tell everyone that asks don't go to ruby nails because their aggressive obsessive employees mean more than clients. I was offered no restitution for the horrible service I received which is horrid customer service, but I still tipped very well as it was not my professionals fault, also they talked about me in their asian language the whole time I was there it was very humiliating I could tell this by how my professional kept apologizing. Boycott this business because they allow aggressive , unprofessional behavior and hide it behind a language most all of us don't understand. read more

Went to Ruby's Nails today first time customer. I was immediately asked what they could do for me. I said a pedicure and was promptly seated. The place was full but I was enjoying the massage chair and the wait was not long. Jit did my pedicure and did a wonderful job great massage of my calfs and feet too I will be back and will call ahead and ask for her. A very nice experience !! read more

Terrible! This nail salon is terrible. One they do not clean anything properly. Two they are rude, barely speaking English. Three they are sloooooow. If it takes you an hour for a simple pedicure with no massage and my nails still look awful you are doing it wrong. Save your money. Don't go here. read more

Very nice people. I did my mani & pedi along with some facial waxing. It went perfectly without complaint. The massages with my mani & pedi felt awesome and the chair was very comfortable! They didn't rush anything either and that helps makes it all the more relaxing. read more

Just got back from my pedi. Not happy. I realize it is Saturday so I had about a 15 minute wait. That didn't bother me at all. But that is no reason to rush through my pedi. She was very rough, jerking my foot around when she needed it in a different position instead of asking (she does speak English). Poking at my cuticles so much I thought they would bleed. The best part of a pedi is the foot rub. NOT here. Spent less than 2 minutes, and for some reason didn't remove the plastic she semi-wrapped around my foot before hand. I have been here before and have had good service except when they seem busy. they always rush and don't give you the treatment you deserve. Won't waste my time here again. read more

I walked in for a gel polish repair. The guy was too lazy to soak it off and repolish it. He didn't even bother asking....so he filed it down which was painful. When I pulled my hand back and said "ouch", he sarcastically replied "sorry" as though it shouldn't have hurt. Not being from this area I came here not knowing what to expect. Terrible... This place was terrible. Was not very sanitary, the attendants kept trading customers. The work done with my pedicure was horrible, the man number one cut me, second passed me off to someone else, and didn't apologize. I feel that I should have received some sort of discount because the paint job was not neat, nails not well shaped and he cut me! I just needed to leave rather then saying anymore. The experience was not great. As a vacation treat, I took my mother out for manis & pedis. The man that did my mother's pedicure was incredibly rude. He told my nurse practitioner mother that her toenails were not clean bc he had to remove some cuticle. He actually set the removed cuticle in a pile on my mom's foot and said, "see scrub better". There was also an older man that did my nails. I asked for a manicure on my natural nails with one acrylic nail to replace a natural nail that had broken. He didn't give me a manicure at all. He slapped the fake nail on and painted all of my nails w/o even putting a clear base coat on any of my nails. The acrylic nail was incredibly uneven and had lint in the surface of the nail... Lastly, when we prepared to pay, we were prepared to pay 85.00 based on the listed prices plus what I was told would be 5.00 extra for my single acrylic nail - so 90.00... Holy cow - we were told 120.00! When I pointed out the math they couldn't understand the English... So I slowly walked them through the math displayed on their board... The older man said, "if you give cash settle on 100.00." I told him again that he was overcharging. He just couldn't seem to understand. I finally gave up the fight and told him to take 100.00 and consider the 10.00 extra an undeserved tip. Awful. I left incredibly frustrated and displeased. read more
