I highly recommend this salon. I'm in town for a week and broke several nails. Ky went to work and did amazing. After being loyal to one salon at home, it made me very nervous to go somewhere new. I know for future visits to this area, I can count on this salon when needed. I had dip on. So soaked off dip and reapplied with a coffin shape. They were able to get me in, even though they had a big party that was there. I wasn't able to get my manicurist name but he did really well with my dip and very attentive to what I wanted. The guy I went to told me that he was going to take care of me and make sure that I did get good nails but that was not true. I got lumpy nails, bubbles in the gel, and the nails aren't filed right so some aren't straight!! I thought I was paying $50 for a gel full set but apparently there were hidden fees in the nail shape and the colors I selected so I ended up paying more. The lady who owns the place was very friendly but she had some rough looking men on staff who were clearly uncomfortable and unaccomplished at doing nails. unfortunately one of them did my pedicure. He did a very poor job. He didn't appear to understand English because everything I told him I wasn't happy with he ignored. I finally gave up and just wanted to get out of there . I came in for a mani/pedi. We made an appointment two days in advance. I chose to get dipped/gel nails. I was rushed in, the guy literally spent 10 minutes doing my nails, it was basically a polish change. No cuticle cutting, massage, or anything else that you typically get standard with a manicure. I even had to ask him to put the oil on my nails before I left because he left them looking terrible and dry, like not acceptable to walk out of the salon. Fast forward 4 days later and 5 of my nails are already chipped. I've done literally nothing except sit inside and do nothing for the past 4 days, so it's not because of anything I've done. The guy who did my pedicure did a much better job, but I did have one small chip in my toe polish a couple of hours after. read more

One of the best manicures and pedicures I have had! They were safety conscious and had both staff and customers masked. One gentleman did my manicure while my pedicure was being done by a younger guy. I had the Sunkissed Pedicure and added a Paraffin wax treatment. I left there feeling great! my daughter and I went for a set of nails and she is 16 and I'm pretty conservative but this was on her want list since she could talk and I couldn't have picked a better place to take her for our nail date. Vee did my daughters and they was everything she could want and me too and Tina did mine. i had a masterful art nail tech do my very important Alabama "roll tide" on mime and he is amazing at this very delicate art. The conversation flowed as if we was meeting to become life long friends. My dip manicure did not last 2 weeks. First the thumb chipped & now the entire dip coat just popped off my forefinger. The woman on the phone told me to wait until Monday (4 days from now) & they might be able to fix it then. Really? The most common reason for dip coating to "pop" off is improper prepping. At $50 (not including tip) this is waaay to expensive for a 2 week manicure. The woman who "fixed" my thumb told me I should be extremely careful with dip manicures & think about just doing regular polish. I thought the point of dip was how strong & long lasting it was. read more

Fantastic service. I was visiting for the day and needed a quick color change for my toes and a manicure. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. Per their suggestion, I got no-chip for the first time (because I was in such a rush and it dries so quickly). It is AMAZING and I will definitely get no-chip going forward. So this used to be my go to salon. The last two times I've tried to get my nails done I've had less than pleasant experiences. The first time I just walked in to get a pedicure and then was turned away because they were too busy, when I wouldn't of had a problem waiting. Second time I made an appointment. I ended up getting held up at work, which I am a nurse so it happens. So I called them and let them know that I'd probably be about 30 minutes late and if that was an issue then I could always reschedule. First of all, he answered the phone without saying what the business was so I had no idea if I called the right number. He then told me they were too busy which is fine. So I told him that I was OK rescheduling and he told me to call back and reschedule And hung up on me. I'm pretty sure he's the shop manager/owner which is completely unacceptable to me. My friend and I both went here for gel manicures and regular spa pedicures. And I have come to the conclusion that it truly depends on who you get. The same person took care of her the whole time, and her Expierence was very professional and her results were wonderful. Mine was not. First off, I chose the matching gel and lacquer color they have for my nails and toes and they do not match by far. The first guy I had that did my pedicure spa portion was very polite. The guy that applied my toe polish was quiet and did his job. While that was happening another guy was working on my hands. He was very talkative and I did like that. His phone rang and he dropped everything and ran off to get it. Then after using the cuticle trimmer on me, he then used it on himself while I went to wash my hands. And then he used it on me again. This place keeps me coming back. I like the deluxe pedicure and paraffin. Their nail technicians get the shape right every time. You can tell they have lots of experience. Everyone is very pleasant and efficient. I am always complimented on my nails while out and about. The technicians never make the acrylic look bulky and they have lots of options for colors.
