All the stylists here and aesthetics technicians are knowledgeable, fun and easy to get along with! Highly recommend! Great place!

Reached out on Yelp and got a very friendly and quick response with availability to book. Tiffani was great and welcoming on my first visit and will be back. read more

Fixed my color and it was a mess. Love the place! Cut was perfect and husband is Happy!

Absolutely love this salon I've been coming here for a while and every visit is amazing. Tiffani is seriously the best--she always gets it. My hair turns out exactly how I want every time, and my spray tans are flawless, natural, and never streaky or orange. She's so talented, professional, and makes you feel super comfortable the whole time. I always leave feeling confident and obsessed with my results. Highly recommend this salon and especially Tiffani! read more

Tiff listens and understand even what is not said about what hair style, hair care and how I want to treat my hair. I now just have a regularly scheduled appointment and she cares for my hair. She is so knowledgeable about product, tools, style and hair. read more

Came in for my second facial with Tiffani. She is top-notch and my face felt great right away! I love the ergonomic facial bed--so comfortable and the room was very comfortable and the music (yeah, they have music back!) was very soothing and relaxing. I even fell asleep again. This is now the family salon. My son has gotten a facial from Tiffani and my daughter-in-law a haircut and style from the new stylist Sam. The entire staff is top-notch and friendly!! read more

I am not an especially trendy girl so I always have trouble figuring out what to do with my hair, which by the way is very thick! I brought in photos of what I wanted done as I usually do but Ann was so amazing she took the time to go through what it would really look like on my hair versus how in looked in that photo and we bounced some ideas back and forth until we landed on the right color, color treatment and cut for me. She was so patient and incredibly knowledgeable! I'm loving the color and this is definitely the best hair cut I've had as well! Will definitely be going back! read more

So we need to talk about Tiffani and her hair skills. I have a freakish amount of curly hair. I know, no stylist ever believes me when we talk about my hair thickness until they see it. It's truly momentously thick, and super easily tangled, and course as heck. Tiffani slogged through a 4.5 hour appointment like a champ, and managed to fully makeover my hair. The compliments won't stop, and I'm so thrilled with my hair. I'll definitely return if she's willing to have me again. read more

I recently got a manicure and pedicure at the Salon. I must say Vivian picked up right where Linda left off. Customer friendly, amazing sense of humor and more importantly a tremendous job on my hands and feet. Not many men get this service and I say to them, once you go once you'll be hooked! Thank you Vivian! See you soon! read more

(Insert praising hand emoji)!!!! Tiffani SAVED my hair!! I mistakenly went with a Groupon on Destin for balayage and the stylist FRIED my hair and cut off 3 inches to try and fix her mistake. I was over processed and she gave me more of an ombre. I asked Tiffani to help me out and also to chop it off and she said NO we can fix it without chopping it all. She was 100% right!! Gave me EXACTLY what I wanted the first time, fixed my poor fried strands, and let me keep my long hair! I cannot recommend this salon enough! I am so sad to be PCSing after I finally found a hairstylist that I love. Plus Tiffani was so easy to talk and made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and gave me 100% of her attention. When I come back to the area I will def make appointments to have Tiffani touch me up! Thank you so much for saving my hair Tiffani!! Wishi had the before and after pics! read more

I just moved to the area, and as any military spouse knows, always searching for a new salon is one of the hardest parts of moving! I saw a groupon for a haircut, deep conditioning, and partial highlight with Ann and thought, "why not?" I was able to get an appointment the same week, and went in. I never know what to expect- will it be awesome, or will I be there for 4-5 hours because things didn't quite turn out, and oh, now we need to add some toner, and let me ask this other stylist...(true story)? I am very pleased to say that the turn out was awesome. Ann was so sweet. The salon is beautiful, airy, and clean. Best part- I love my color and cut. My hair looks and feels so much better now! (Tip: don't get your hair done every six plus months. It looks like crap. ) My hubby loves it too. He asked- "So, did you like this place?" My answer- "I have my next appointment booked already." So- 5 stars. Definitely give them a try. There are still groupons available- which means even more of a reason to go- who doesn't love a good deal? read more

I've had the same hair dresser since I was 5 years old, so I'm VERY picky and even more careful/skeptical about letting anyone else touch my hair. Plus she stays extremely busy, so trying to do anything last minute with her is next to impossible. I was dressing up in 80's attire for a concert last week, but didn't make any plans for my hair. I called La Fleur at about 12:45pm on a Friday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in for a 3:00pm appointment. I told Ann that I just wanted lots of curls and big 80's hair (which isn't the easiest thing because my hair is fairly short), so we looked up some pictures online for reference. She did an absolutely amazing job getting my hair super curly and teasing the top/front. The only constructive criticism that I would give (and I say it like that because I wasn't unhappy at all) would be that she didn't really ask me anything about the style as she was doing it...i.e. asking is "this" looking like what you want? She did ask me if my hair holds curls very well, and I told her that they typically do as long as they get sprayed really well, but when I got in the car and felt them, they were still pretty soft. So I ended up having to go home, fluff up the curls to make them bigger, and then spray the crap out of them. With that being said, however, the curls lasted through a whole night of dancing and sweating, sleeping all day Saturday (didn't do anything special to protect them), and I just had to re-curl about 3 pieces and give them a little fluff to go out for Easter Sunday festivities. In my opinion, that's the true tell of how well a style is done...how many days of use can u get out of it!! So thank you Ann! Everyone LOVED my curls!! And I'm pretty sure you'll be my back-up hair dresser from now on! read more

What a great place this is! Had an appointment with Ann. She spent a lot of time figuring out my color and gave me a new cut and style and I LOVE LOVE it. The atmosphere was friendly and fun. Makes me wish I was in this area all the time. read more

Once again Ann did a wonderful job on my cut. Atmosphere was great and fun visiting with Ann. Thanks!!

Absolutely, wonderful experience. Tiffany is very knowledgeable and keeps up with all the trends(hair, makeup and skincare). I went in with badly damaged hair 2 months ago, now i don t even need to use leave in conditioner to get a comb through my hair! read more

Best salon/spa in Navarre! The staff is amazing! I will definitely keep coming back to this salon!

I got my hair done today and it looks beautiful! I'm from out of town so I'm going to have to come back here and every time I come visit. Beautiful highlights, very natural looking, and my hairstyle is perfect. read more

Anne has magic fingers and everyone is awesome ! I wouldn't go anywhere else. She also does my daughter's hair.

Sister had found a Groupon so we decided to try out the salon . . .we were greeted right away and straight to a chair. Anne looked at my short hair and asked me about what I was interested in doing. She was professional and I felt confident in her hands. She did an amazing job, better than any salon I've gone to. She also showed me options for my hair & recommended products. It was a great experience. They also do spray tans and there's a nail salon next door. The atmosphere was warm & friendly. Didn't feel rushed. Sister got an awesome cut & style from Stephanie and we were very happy when we left. read more

Ann did an amazing job with my hair and was able to make it the best it could be despite being so short! Absolutely loved this place and would definitely go back. read more

This is my new hair salon! I had Anne and she made my hair feel and look spectacular and I'm hard to please cause I'm picky. Love it here!

Tiffani does an incredible job with my curly hair. She listens to me, giving advice as appropriate. She is then meticulous in creating highlights, touching up the roots, and giving a quality haircut. I greatly appreciate her strong interpersonal skills and ever professional demeanor. After moving from Denver, I went to several salons before discovering Le Fleur and Tiffani. So glad to have found quality service! read more

Sam is great and hears what you want to do with your hair. Color, cut and what could be best for you. I trust her with everything.

I'd heard great things about La Fleur so I decided to make an appointment for bayalage and am so happy I did! I have dark hair that has never been lightened so I was nervous I wouldn't like it. Albra did a great job giving me a subtle natural sun kissed look. I love it! I also treated myself to a facial and it was wonderful! Such a relaxing day, thank you ladies! read more

Until this week, I hadn't cried over a haircut in over 15 years. It's absolutely nothing like the style and more importantly, length I asked for. Despite being half the length of my pre-cut hair, it takes me twice as long to style it into something I'm OK to be seen in public with. As I left the salon, I kept telling myself I'd get used to it but I hate it more and more every time I see it. I know I'll be needing another visit to a salon twice as soon as normal but I will not be setting foot in this salon again. read more

I am SO happy that I connected with Tiffani, and her salon for my upcoming wedding! I live out of town and she was able to squeeze me into her schedule for my trial hair and makeup! Both we're absolutely STUNNING!! She did an absolutely fantastic job, and I couldn't stop staring at the makeup ALL day!!! As other reviews on here have said Tiffani is incredibly responsive, a perfectionist, and so sweet. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted for my hair, but she was already sending me ideas on my way home, and promised to practice on a mannequin!!!!!! Planning a wedding can be very stressful, and she is absolutely my favorite vendor yet!!! I'm so glad I grabbed her before our date got booked!!! read more

Ann gave me lowlights and highlights today and they are PERFECT. The color is completely natural looking. She listened to me when I explained what I wanted, gave me better color than I was expecting, and a great cut to boot! I highly recommend this salon! read more

My experience here was worth 3 stars. The woman Ann who did my hair was extremely kind and friendly. I got partial highlights, a cut, and treatment. When I left my hair felt amazing but it doesn't look much different from when I walked in. The partial highlights were $85 alone, which I think was pricey as my hair isn't that long or thick. The color portion of my visit is what was really disappointing for me. I love to leave feeling new and that just was not my experience. When I met a few friends for dinner later they didn't realize I got anything but a cut! Bummer bc she was so sweet. read more
