Me and my dad frequently use the buy one get one half off coupon that comes in the mail every month. As otherwise the prices would be a bit steep. But I have to say as the one not paying for the food most of the time. I see great quality in it, despite being in a black Styrofoam box. I've had bad experiences with those elsewhere. My favorite entree is the Southwestern Chicken Sonora pasta. Love the flavor and the juiciness. Average wait time is 15 minutes when it's past noon. During the busy times waits can be up to 30 minutes. The only real downer is that when you pull up to pick up, the box come do not work so you have to call them to let them know your waiting to pickup. The most interesting thing was when a new (seemingly) employee locked himself out when serving us. Just a 25 year old coming here for his moms birthday with my grandmother AS WELL and they couldn't even compromise to give us a seat that was handicap accessible. when asking the hostess for a corner booth for a more appropriate seating manner considering my grandmothers walker she said, "yeahhhh that's the section I was referring to that's closed off". Cool. I've been a sever for multiple brewery's out of state and multiple restaurants in florida. You can make arrangements especially In your dead zone hours as a restaurant. Okay where do I start..the place smelled like great grandmas house. Food was bland and most of it was cold, bf and I ordered the new seafood trio for $19.99 a piece. Drawn butter looked like a melted yellow crayon. Stone cold. The shrimp consisted of three unseasoned (looked boiled) on a skewer and cold. The tilipia was fishy, lobster was one cold tail cut completely in half to make it look like more than it was. The waitress was great and missy turned us over to the manager who was dealing with another customers stale beer issue. he wanted to throw our current portion of lobster on the grill to reheat it? We always sit in the bar area the service is way faster and less crowded. I love the salad bar and they food is ALWAYS good. I get the Double Decker Chicken almost every time and each time is better than the last or so I think. Staff is usually always friendly. Every one in a while we will get a crazy waitress who has had a bad day but that's normal were all human. I love they will take coupons and actually help you find one! This place is great. read more

It may be a bit embarrassing to say, but my husband and I are obsessed with Ruby Tuesday. My husband eats according to the Paleo lifestyle, and their selection of entrees and side dishes is the best we have ever come across for his diet at a restaurant, especially with all the veggie options, and even spaghetti squash! Very average, even for a Ruby Tuesday. The food was as expected from this chain, but definitely nothing special. The salad bar on the night that I went was pretty messy even though the place wasn't very busy at all. In fact the ambiance was definitely lacking because they didn't even have any music on or anything. Just a quite, dull dining experience. I have not eaten here in awhile. Tonight I enjoyed Dinner for 2 with the Hickory Smoked Salmon and Ruby Tuesday's Classic Burger Basket. Salmon was overcooked but edible. Very small portion. Burger was the smallest burger patty I have ever seen. Maybe 3 ounces? Cooked perfectly though and very tasty. I did not want the bun or fries (Atkins) and ordered the grilled zuchinni as my side. Order was served with the bun, hardly any lettuce, tomato, or onion and two pickle chips. Really? I'm thinking $9 for this? Even BK has 2 Whoppers for $6. Server forgot my Garlic Aioli and Ketchup. Finally got Mayo and Ketchup as the Cook did not know what Garlic Aioli was or how to make it. Not sure why it was on the menu... Very nice environment and not crowded at all. Clean, Professional Staff, and should have gone for the all you can eat Salad Bar and Soup for $9.99... Two Waters, One Glass of Wine, Salmon and Burger came to $42. Ouch... read more

Terribly disappointed. I have eaten at various Ruby Tuesdays over the years, but I won't be going back. Based on observation it would seem this company is cutting every cost to try and keep alive. Prices are very high, with portion sizes minimal. In most restaurants, a meal includes rolls, a meat, a starch, a vegetable, and a salad. Here, the roll looked to be about 1/2 the size of a small roll bought at Walmart, and only 1 per person. Next, for the meal you end up skipping one of the primary choices, you select the protein and 2 sides, or 1 side and salad bar. Bottom line, 3/4. I had the salad bar, which was okay. When I received my meal it looked like they had split my order with someone else. The salmon was a slice about 3.5 " long X 2# wide (nowhere near the portion size shown on the menu). The special cauliflower vegetable choice I paid 1.99 extra for was about a 1 cup portion (and no this was not an extra portion, It simply replaced the meal vegetable choice). And for this snack meal, I paid $19.00, plus tax. The other meals were the New Orleans seafood, way over salted. Ruby Tuesday appears to be cutting costs, even in the drink department. I ordered a gin and tonic, and noticed half way through my drink it was missing the slice of lime, a standard basic as far as I know. When I mentioned it to the waiter, I was told that it didn't come with a lime unless the customer asks for it. Not that's cheap. Service, it was okay. The waiter was pleasant, if not very with it. At one point he watered down my daughter's soft drink, which he replaced, but made me wonder when he said "I don't know why I keep doing this". And we can't blame it on the crowd, the place was almost empty. read more

Probably the best chain restaurant in the Milton/Pace area. Went for lunch and sat at the bar. The service was friendly and efficient. The salad bar is always excellent and the menu is good. Not very happy with Ruby Tuesdays my wife ordered the shrimp shack I think its called she said the shrimp had a chemical taste to it and the fries she got with the order tasted like shrimp since they were fried in the same grease. We enjoy this place. They do an excellent steak and lobster, as well as the other meals we have eaten there. Their meals are attractively served ~ hot when it should be hot, and cold when it should be cold. They appeal to the eye, the nose, and particularly, the taste. The salad bar is a small cornucopia of delights. The deserts are delightful, and tasty, and definitely not low-cal! The wait staff are worthy of mention, particularly Kyler. read more

May be one of the most awful experiences I've had at a restaurant. Our server was nice, not very attentive. Then again, he apologized all night for the awful food being delivered to tables all around us. The lady behind me was served raw salmon-- twice! The table beside us had undercooked burgers, same with a few other tables. It almost became entertaining to see food being delivered, customers take a bite, send food back, manager delivers new plate with apologies, then repeat! I gave them another try. So so ticked that I now registered so I can complain. Let's start with salad bar. Four types of salads but nothing for the salad itself? My son and I got salad bars. $23 with tip because she only came once to see if all was okay. This place the last three visits was so over priced for the food. They are charging so much to pay for the dining experience they've created. They messed up our ordered (burnt) then delivered it. At another restaurant we frequent, they gave us $15 off our next visit ... this place was told nevermind but still fixed it again, served it when the entire table was done eating. They deducted the burnt item and asked us to give them another try to get it right. How about NO? The waitress was at fault (check food that goes out), the cook who burnt it was at fault and the manager was at fault for serving at end of meal. Hate this place with a passion. Food is NOT worth the high prices, the salad bar is always gross (they cut stuff in back 3 days prior to serving), the display is always a mess, the staff is just earning a paycheck with no experience.
