Seriously the worst restaurant I have ever been too! The waitress smelled of pot and acted high as a kite. She came to take our drink order before our food order. Should have been a clue. Took over 20 minutes to complete our drink order once it was placed. I ordered a New York Strip; worse piece of meat (if you can call it that) that I have ever had. The salad bar was a train wreck. Not clean or stocked at all. Bathrooms....I think I'd rather use the facilities at a hooker bar than this here. Also to note are the patrons. Seriously the table behind us, the guy was on the phone setting up a drug meetup. I had my kids with me and dude dropped the n word several times in the exchange. If you don't want white people using the n-word I suggest you not say it in front of my white kids who are 10 and under. Please corporate shut this place down! You put down a wounded animal. Horrible. Do not go here. Our server was good, but the salad bar was disgusting. There was trash all over the floor and the servers (not ours) did not know how to clean their sections in between customers. It wasn't busy and there was no reason for the place to look like it did. How was never told but there's big boards that are covering the window just like a boarded house waiting for the hurricane stop by to get a late supper and waited seven minutes why servers walked by to be seated one seated five minutes later after cleaning the booth it must've been very dirty between the leather seats on the table top but and then the server came, and you could tell he was just either inexperienced or just didn't care it seem like I was probably both those are his qualities. Yes, what drink and came back twice to ask that finally fulfilled the drink and then didn't ask for our order when we told him ready to order and then he made five trips past our booth and not doing anything at all. You could tell he was talking to the manager at the register because obviously you didn't know how to work the register and needs retrained on that the manager fix this we thought he come over for the fifth time, and he just looked and walked right by as though the booth were entire Lee empty. So we picked up our drinks went to the bar, tender and said we will pay for the sodas, but the bartender said don't worry about it. She told the server what we said, and he just walked right by us with a little smirk on his face like you see on a little child so congratulations your restaurant needs new windows. Waited 15 minutes at the bar to get first drink. Manager not engaged, bartender ignoring everyone. Wasn't busy at all. Had to ask another person to put in food and drinks both. Bathrooms were ridiculously dirty, seemed like from days ago. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. Worst service I've ever received! Sat at the bar, Victoria I think is her name, check said Victor but I heard a guest call her victoria, is awful. I waited almost 7 minutes to be acknowledged, was "greeted" with an attitude like my presence was an annoyance. Finished my drink before I was even asked for food, no refill had almost half of my meal finished as I was searching for her and she says do you want something? Yes! A drink! NO manager in sight, no table touches. Another guest at the bar asked for silverware, a regular got up to help the fellow guest!!! WOW!!!! Came on our lunch break to eat and had our first ever in a long time amazing experience . Our server was Britney despite her having almost every table in the dining room she was very attentive kept everything clean and got our food out so quick ( Fish and Chips , salad bar another fish and Chip with zucchini and also two kids meal with French quester chicken ) Our drinks stayed full and all while helping the other servers as well. Stopped in this evening and ordered the salmon bowl. Should have had romaine, spinach, cranberries, quinoa, corn, carrots, parmesan. The salad came with iceberg lettuce and cranberries. Literally iceberg and cranberries. When the manager came to the table she apologized and said the cook was new. She did offer another meal or to have remade. She did allow us to simply go to the main salad bar where most of the things missing were readily available. We also had to ask 3 times for our daughter's soup to be brought to the table. This was the most god awful experience 1 have ever had in my 77 years. My friend and I sat down at the bar. There were 2 bartenders. In 20 minutes or so, neither one of them acknowledge our presence. The manager came to the bar and we gave him our drink order. We opted to eat the salad bar or we probably would have not been served anything. No one asked if we wanted anything with the salad bar. Our dirty plates sat and no one removed them. I asked one of the servers if we did something that deserved this treatment. She said she was distracted. The couple that sat down next to us was helped immediately. Now I know what prejudice must feels like, even though I don't know why we were ignored. We asked the manager for our check. It was $32.08. Long wait for a table and even longer to get our food. Place was not crowded and it was literally 2 in the afternoon. Waitress was nice but brought our food out at weird intervals. My soup and sons pizza came out 10 minutes before the rest of the food. We were literally done eating before the rest of our group even got their food. Menu selection is just ok. Salad bar was sad. The food was good but the service was so horrible that it deserves 1 star. I don't know the name of our server but she was straight WHITE TRASH (coming from a white girl). She never checked on us. She had no manners and a major attitude, and had her earbuds in the whole time. They ran out of plates on the salad bar, so after waiting for fifteen minutes my mom informed her to which she said "I know" and continued to sit down in the corner not doing anything. Please avoid this place! I usually only post reviews when it's a wonderful experience, but I can't not warn others of our experience. The waitress seemed a little out there but she was attentive to us. Everything else was awful. The salad bar was pathetic. The Ruby Tuesday salad bar is what has always drawn me to this restaurant. This one did me in. Never again! The lettuce was browning, spills and old food laying everywhere and the selection was pitiful. The first salad plate I picked up was caked in old food on the bottom. Eww! A worker nearby just said to sit it down on the edge (it was still sitting there when we left). The food was bland. The bathroom was DISGUSTING! No toilet paper, old turds in each toilet, and pee on seats. My 7 year old needed to go really badly but refused to. The table beside us took forever to get their food. They were aggravated. I never saw anyone who resembled a manager. The waitress told us to pay her "up front". I'm not sure if I've ever seen this done anywhere. I waited "up front" for 10 minutes and then finally had to chase her down to pay her. $71 for the four of us for a terrible experience. Such a disappointment and terrible experience experience. Never received my food until the rest of my party was done eating and ready to go. They brought it to me in a to go box along with the bill. I said I'm sorry but I am not paying for that. They said if I don't pay for it they will take the food back. I said keep it, I will not pay for it when I didn't get to eat it and we have a two hour drive to go. The manager never apologized and said she would see what could be don't but never came back. Another table also got up and left! Very disappointed at how I was treated. My concern is that there are about five notices on the front door about having to wear masks and social distancing, then being seated at a table next to another group, with about six inches of cushioning back-to-back that separated us! One of the worst service experiences. 15 minutes to get a drink order and instead of asking if we would like drinks we were asked if we would like to place a food order. Traveling so instead of going some place else went ahead and put an order in. Was mainly ignored by our "server". Had to ask another waitress to put in our food order as we sat for another 15 minutes trying to catch the attention of our server. Food came out promptly but I sat without a drink for half of my meal and barely seen the server the entire meal. Place wasn't busy, food mediocre, and bathroom was absolutely disgusting. My wife and I ordered two separate meals. Our food came out without the vegetable. We have been waiting at least 20 minutes for them. I was so hungry I ate my food without the vegetables and my wife is furious and just asked for a take-out. My wife is still sitting here waiting for the grilled onions she ordered. It's a chain restaurant, so I don't see you ever getting five stars. The food was average, but came nice and hot which is a huge plus in my book. There is a nice selection, so I will give them that. The salad bar was full and everything seemed fresh. I had the hickory chicken and baked potato. The chicken was fork tender and had a nice taste. The baked potato was perfectly cooked. My husband had the chicken with mushrooms and his was equally as tender and tasty. His mashed potatoes were creamy and hot. Hostess was not at all friendly, but our waiter made up for that.
