I'll give it a generous three stars. First if you are looking for a daily special there is nothing to tell you that they are offered. Bring your phone and you'll find them online. The salad bar was very good. Everything that I had was fresh and cold. We both ordered the single smash burger special. My wife's looked great as if it had just been cooked. Mine not so. Mine looked like it had been cooked earlier and warmed up. Service a solid two stars. The bartender is not a waitress but she played one tonight. When I told her I was paying cash she huffed as if it was an imposition. We'll come back but will not sit in the area served by the bartender. read more

We have not been here in well over a year and BOY are we missing out!!!!! the service was top notch, the bartender knew exactly how to make a fabulous cosmo and followed up to ask how it was! I had the salmon bowl which was delicious and my husband had the seafood pasta which was also delicious and we took the rest home!!! We now are going to have our church small group to come here weekly and maybe biweekly. read more

Visited tonight. Sat promptly. No server in sight. A manager finally came to take drink orders. Waited a while and manager came back around and we asked her to take our meal order. Still no waitress at all. Had to catch the manager to see where our dinner was. She finally brought our meals out. said they had just come up. Well, they were all semi warm. I had the deconstructed kabob - barely warm and very over cooked. Other meals were barely warm. FINALLY saw our waitress when it was time to pay the bill and get her tip. Would not recommend read more

No help , bad service . Server seems to be burden that you are there . Only seen cook and one server . Not a happy place to spend your money . First time back since remodel and very disappointed ! Won't be back read more

Christiana was fantastic providing outstanding service with a wonderful smile that made us feel super comfortable. The food was good, although in a salty side. We will come back again. read more

The salad bar was awesome! we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was fresh with a good selection of vegetables. 5 's

Traveling between Gatlinburg and Paducah, we needed to stop for lunch. As the Ruby Tuesday restaurants in our hometown have closed, we recalled the bountiful salad bar which is what I ordered. We also had the Potato Skins appetizer which were pretty good. Tami had a so-so Grilled Chicken sandwich. I was underwhelmed with the salad bar though I ate two servings. Just not the teeming range of options I remember. Probably not a return visit to this or any other Ruby in our future. read more

Walking in we were immediately seated and got our drink order put in. Looking over the menu they have lots to choose from, steaks to salmon to tacos to the all you can eat salad bar. I went with the bourbon salmon with mashed potatoes and zucchini. The unlimited salad bar was fresh, they had iceberg, spinach, spring mix and romaine...I mixed mine with all four. Definitely add the pumpernickel croutons, they are like eating fresh bread on your salad!!! They had all the toppings except for cucumbers and cottage cheese. The bourbon salmon was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant. The zucchini was bland but the salmon was spot on delicious!!!! The new York strawberry cheesecake was delicious, as well!! Will be back for the salad and salmon!! read more

Place is disgusting food is gross watched my food sit up in the window where the waiter grabs it from the kitchen it sat there for 10 mins and then the waitress asked the kitchen to put it back in the microwave to reheat it!!! If I wanted reheated food I would eat leftovers at home but overall the place is gross and bathrooms are disgusting and all the workers were walking around with their faces in their phones read more

Our two meals were quite substandard in flavor, preparation and portion size. Really nothing positive to say. My wife had fried catfish with fries...very very small portions of both fish & fries. The fries were not hot. I got chicken kabobs with grilled veggies and rice. The meal tasted as though someone spilled the salt shaker on the meal and the portion was exceedingly small. read more

We came to eat seated promptly the server took our drink order and then our food order. When we got our food mine was cold stake and the sides they fixed the stake because I didn't complain about the sides, but we will never come back read more

We come for the salad bar, sadly it was disappointing. The lettuce was wilting and browning, many items were missing from the bar, items on the bar looked old and mushy. Our waitress got my husbands order confused (he asked for no salt on his tots, they put no seasoning at all on his steak and it was over cooked). My zucchini w/main meal was like baby food. read more

It took a few minutes to be waited on, I think there was some confusion about who had our table. Jacob was our server and He went above and beyond to serve us. We were pleased with him. Restaurant has new floors and tables but needs to be cleaned. This was our first time back since the reopening and wasn't our first choice but all other restaurants were packed at 5:30 on Mothers Day. Ruby Tuesday had no wait and very few customers. That alone says a lot. I hope they are able to get some help with cleaning and service and are successful read more

The wait was long for two. The salad bar was fresh, the broccoli cheese soup came cold and curdled. What actually the issue was was that it was probably heated to hot or for to long so the protein separated from the fat and gave a nasty chunk and oil combo but arrived cold because they only had two servers working on Mother's Day. I just don't think the 1.5 hours spent there was worth it for a salad I retrieved myself and a bowl of soup. I did have a Ruby Relaxer cocktail while we waited to order and it was excellent. Husband ordered the rib appetizer and said it was below mediocre. We love our local RT but this one missed the mark. Our server was kind though. read more

Chicken caesar salad and boneless chicken appetizer, $33, for what? Absolute joke for five pieces of boneless chicken and an entree salad with hardly any chicken and minimal salad. Salad was also discolored and tasted off. Threw in the garbage and ate a granola bar instead (tasted much better). read more

Ruby Tuesday - Burgers Near Me - Lenoir City, Tennessee

we have lived in the Lenoir City area for years and have been to this location many times. today was our first time coming since they had reopened. safe to say, nevertheless, nothing has changed. the server was so sweet could NOT have been slower!! we waited over an hour to get our food( even when there was barely anyone in there). people behind us had waited over two and still had sat there with no food. they even ended up leaving!! when we did end up getting our food lots of the orders were incorrect and most of the food was cold. a nice environment but don't come here if ur looking for a quick meal. it's NEVER quick. read more

This thing should allow negative stars honestly. For starters we arrive and sit for ten minutes before our waitress came to get our drink order. We ordered three adult beverages and waters. We waited another twenty minutes for these to arrive without the waters. We were not asked if we wanted an appetizer which we did. Thirty minutes later the appetizer comes and about another thirty after that comes our food. We had no silverware and no napkins the entire (if you can even call it) meal. I ordered the smash burger and specifically asked what comes on it. She told me the typical lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and Mayo. I asked for no Mayo when ordered. My burger comes back looking like a slider with only lettuce and cheese. I ask for my toppings on the side and they bring me a tomato with pickles (no onions) from the salad bar that looks nasty already and I didn't ask for blue cheese on my pickles (at least that's what I hope it was). Currently still waiting for those onions LOL as the waitress NEVER came back to check on us. My friends burger was completely raw inside. She also waited for toppings and ketchup which never came. We told the waitress and she took it back where it sat on the bar the entire time we were there. She told us she was going to get the manager to comp it and would be back with the check. About 20-25 minutes go by and still nothing. Mind you this waitress only has about three tables (6 total in the entire restaurant and the host is telling new customers a 30 minute wait). My friend, very fed up with this entire experience goes up to the bar and asks to pay. She grabs the manager and avoids all eye contact with my friend. The manager didn't even know about the raw burger so my friend had to once again explain the situation and pointed to the nasty "meal" they STILL had sitting on the bar. Overall if you have three hours to kill and are extremely patient and enjoy raw hamburger and being sick then you should go here! read more

my burger was fully raw and it took 2 hours just to get our food. awful place don't come here literally go anywhere else. read more

Closed by order of the city. We ordered a pick up order, the charge went through and when we arrived, saw the sign. They will not refund us. Don't be scammed! read more

Very unclean restaurant. The floors, the chairs, the ceiling. It's really hard to want to eat when you look around and see how dirty an establishment is. Salad bar was half empty with old lettuce. Restaurant was very short staffed. Very disappointing. read more

Stayed away for a while. Decided to give it one more shot. That was a mistake. The young girl serving us needed lot of training. She was not very nice. Ordered our food and she later came back and said they were out of what my husband ordered. No biggie. He ordered again and she immediately brought my food out. Hamburger that was a charcoal patty. So he waited and waited on his food. Then he was served raw salmon. read more

Customer services was awful. Walked in with a party of 6, when two of the ladies couldn't decide who wanted to wait on us. Our waitress was not friendly at all. Waitress didn't want to walk around the table so reached over the middle of table to hand drinks/food. The only good thing was the food was good. Thanks to the cooks. read more

Michaela was a wonderful hostess and server. Food was delivered quickly and hot. Good place to stop when traveling.

Sad! Filthy bathrooms. Didn't even give us half the food we ordered. Didn't seem like they wanted to step away from the bar to serve us. Guess there's a reason they took the general manger's name off the door. read more

Well not the best valentine dinner. First they no longer serve bread. The salad bar was out of baking bits. Then we are told about 20 minutes after er ordered that they are out of baked potatoes what how can you be out at 5:30 pm? This use to be one of my favorite places .and even better food comes and it's cold every single thing is cold..and the steak was gray .we ain't paying well go somewhere else read more

We got the salad bar, and spinach artichoke dip appetizer, it was delicious. Mikayla was our server and did an excellent job.

The service was excellent. The waitress, Sara, was attentive and always checking in on us. She did a great job! The food was average. Over the years Ruby Tuesdays food has slipped and the prices have went up. The salad bar was well stocked but pricy. The restaurant itself needs some updating. Overall a good place to eat. read more

Great place to eat at! The service was great! Me and my family will definitely be back! And the ambiance was top notch!

I only gave 1 star because that was the lowest I could do! Rude is the word of the day at this eatery. I would have been ok if there were one rude person but everyone here was just an ass. Greeted at the door by some lady telling us to "sit there" in a nasty tone. 2 other tables in the entire place. Waitress was NO better and was just mean. Do not spend your money here if a decent meal experience is on your menu. $$updated$$ Received a telephone call from the general manager the very evening we dined here. He admitted he was physically inside the store when we dined there and had spoken to his district manager and was going to make it right by sending myself and the couple I was with coupons as long as we came there to use them and make sure to ask for him when we got there to let him know that we would be using the coupons and that he would oversee our dining experience but we never received anything. No big surprise. Not that I would have likely went back. Sad that they would allow such horrible customer service in a well know eatery. read more

On August 27, at my suggestion, my family of 4 went to the Ruby Tuesdays in Lenoir City, TN. My daughter and I wanted the salad bar. There were a few others there, not many. We Ordered and went to get our salads. Horrible and ridiculous! Limp greens, several empty bowls including the ranch dressing bowl. My salad consisted of limp greens, cheese, carrots, a couple of tomatoes. We asked if the bar was going to be replenished, was told it had been, but no it had not been. On the second trip to check, the greens were replenished, but nothing else. The food my son and grandson got was overcooked (chicken tenders and shrimp). Now I have to say that we did get a discount and it was appreciated, but for $11.99 I want a lot more than what we got. Never going back, at least to this location. Pizza Inn salad bar beats Ruby Tuesdays hands down. I cannot recommend this restaurant. read more

I have no idea how this place is still in business. Horrible food salad bar was very depressing looking wait staff is to busy playing on their phone or hanging out to actually wait on you. It's really time for them to close and let another much better restaurant come in. read more

Restaurant was very dirty. Carpets filly and smelly. Restrooms were dirty as well and didn't look like had been cleaned in a while. Not enough employees to cover. The bartender was trying to wait tables and tend bar. Salad bar was half empty and hadn't been tended to for a while. Was there over an hour and no one offered to come out and check it or refill the bar. Won't be in business much longer like this. read more

Great service and food! We had the salad bar, coconut shrimp and a burger which all was delicious!

Yesterday we were met at the door with a list of items on the menu that they were out of. Salmon, 6 oz. steaks, fries, onion rings and more. Customers would step in and then out after hearing the list. Poor service. First of all they need an extra waitress on duty. Our waitress checked on us after the delivery of our food and we asked for another beer and butter. Ten or so minutes went by before we flagged done another waitress and asked her what happened to our waitress. Oh, she's back doing the schedule. Silverware needs scrubbing. Not just water spots. Tables were sticky and need to be scrubbed. We like the deals they offer and have visited several times in the past month but things need to change. read more
