We have not been here in well over a year and BOY are we missing out!!!!! the service was top notch, the bartender knew exactly how to make a fabulous cosmo and followed up to ask how it was! I had the salmon bowl which was delicious and my husband had the seafood pasta which was also delicious and we took the rest home!!! The salad bar was very good. Everything that I had was fresh and cold. We both ordered the single smash burger special. My wife's looked great as if it had just been cooked. Mine not so. Visited tonight. Sat promptly. No server in sight. A manager finally came to take drink orders. Waited a while and manager came back around and we asked her to take our meal order. Still no waitress at all. Had to catch the manager to see where our dinner was. She finally brought our meals out. said they had just come up. Well, they were all semi warm. Traveling between Gatlinburg and Paducah, we needed to stop for lunch. As the Ruby Tuesday restaurants in our hometown have closed, we recalled the bountiful salad bar which is what I ordered. We also had the Potato Skins appetizer which were pretty good. Tami had a so-so Grilled Chicken sandwich. I was underwhelmed with the salad bar though I ate two servings. Our two meals were quite substandard in flavor, preparation and portion size. Really nothing positive to say. My wife had fried catfish with fries...very very small portions of both fish & fries. Walking in we were immediately seated and got our drink order put in. Looking over the menu they have lots to choose from, steaks to salmon to tacos to the all you can eat salad bar. I went with the bourbon salmon with mashed potatoes and zucchini. The unlimited salad bar was fresh, they had iceberg, spinach, spring mix and romaine...I mixed mine with all four. Definitely add the pumpernickel croutons, they are like eating fresh bread on your salad!!! They had all the toppings except for cucumbers and cottage cheese. The bourbon salmon was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant. The zucchini was bland but the salmon was spot on delicious!!!! The new York strawberry cheesecake was delicious, as well!! The wait was long for two. The salad bar was fresh, the broccoli cheese soup came cold and curdled. What actually the issue was was that it was probably heated to hot or for to long so the protein separated from the fat and gave a nasty chunk and oil combo but arrived cold because they only had two servers working on Mother's Day. I just don't think the 1.5 hours spent there was worth it for a salad I retrieved myself and a bowl of soup. I did have a Ruby Relaxer cocktail while we waited to order and it was excellent. we have lived in the Lenoir City area for years and have been to this location many times. today was our first time coming since they had reopened. safe to say, nevertheless, nothing has changed. the server was so sweet could NOT have been slower!! we waited over an hour to get our food( even when there was barely anyone in there). people behind us had waited over two and still had sat there with no food. they even ended up leaving!! when we did end up getting our food lots of the orders were incorrect and most of the food was cold. a nice environment but don't come here if ur looking for a quick meal. it's NEVER quick. read more

This thing should allow negative stars honestly. For starters we arrive and sit for ten minutes before our waitress came to get our drink order. We ordered three adult beverages and waters. We waited another twenty minutes for these to arrive without the waters. We were not asked if we wanted an appetizer which we did. Thirty minutes later the appetizer comes and about another thirty after that comes our food. We had no silverware and no napkins the entire (if you can even call it) meal. I ordered the smash burger and specifically asked what comes on it. She told me the typical lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and Mayo. I asked for no Mayo when ordered. My burger comes back looking like a slider with only lettuce and cheese. I ask for my toppings on the side and they bring me a tomato with pickles (no onions) from the salad bar that looks nasty already and I didn't ask for blue cheese on my pickles (at least that's what I hope it was). Currently still waiting for those onions LOL as the waitress NEVER came back to check on us. My friends burger was completely raw inside. She also waited for toppings and ketchup which never came. We told the waitress and she took it back where it sat on the bar the entire time we were there. She told us she was going to get the manager to comp it and would be back with the check. About 20-25 minutes go by and still nothing. Mind you this waitress only has about three tables (6 total in the entire restaurant and the host is telling new customers a 30 minute wait). My friend, very fed up with this entire experience goes up to the bar and asks to pay. She grabs the manager and avoids all eye contact with my friend. The manager didn't even know about the raw burger so my friend had to once again explain the situation and pointed to the nasty "meal" they STILL had sitting on the bar. Overall if you have three hours to kill and are extremely patient and enjoy raw hamburger and being sick then you should go here! read more

On August 27, at my suggestion, my family of 4 went to the Ruby Tuesdays in Lenoir City, TN. My daughter and I wanted the salad bar. There were a few others there, not many. We Ordered and went to get our salads. Horrible and ridiculous! Limp greens, several empty bowls including the ranch dressing bowl. My salad consisted of limp greens, cheese, carrots, a couple of tomatoes. We asked if the bar was going to be replenished, was told it had been, but no it had not been. On the second trip to check, the greens were replenished, but nothing else. The food my son and grandson got was overcooked (chicken tenders and shrimp). Now I have to say that we did get a discount and it was appreciated, but for $11.99 I want a lot more than what we got. Never going back, at least to this location. Pizza Inn salad bar beats Ruby Tuesdays hands down. I cannot recommend this restaurant. read more

Greeted at the door by some lady telling us to "sit there" in a nasty tone. 2 other tables in the entire place. Waitress was NO better and was just mean. Do not spend your money here if a decent meal experience is on your menu. $$updated$$ Received a telephone call from the general manager the very evening we dined here. He admitted he was physically inside the store when we dined there and had spoken to his district manager and was going to make it right by sending myself and the couple I was with coupons as long as we came there to use them and make sure to ask for him when we got there to let him know that we would be using the coupons and that he would oversee our dining experience but we never received anything. We have been to several Ruby Tuesday across several states and love them and by far this is the worse one by far hardly anyone was in there and salad bar was empty hardly anything in bowls had to try to order several things on menu bc nothing in stock even ribs weren't cook yet so they said and this was 7 at night got appetizer load fries and the fries weren't cooked all the way so yes the worse experience we have ever had read more

Yesterday we were met at the door with a list of items on the menu that they were out of. Salmon, 6 oz. steaks, fries, onion rings and more. Customers would step in and then out after hearing the list. Poor service. First of all they need an extra waitress on duty. Our waitress checked on us after the delivery of our food and we asked for another beer and butter. Ten or so minutes went by before we flagged done another waitress and asked her what happened to our waitress. Oh, she's back doing the schedule. Silverware needs scrubbing. Not just water spots.
