The price to quality ratio is just criminal. For a family of three I paid $75 after tax and tip and only one meal was consumed. The sauce in their $16 fettuccine alfredo tasted like cream, flour, and giving up. The chicken in it (that cost $4 extra) tasted like it was made in a kitchen that outlawed all seasonings. For $20, I expect a dish that can't be replicated with water and a bottle of Elmers glue. I've had more flavorful alfredo sauce from an MRE. The $15 burger was slightly overcooked and a little dry. But the BBQ sauce helped cover the dryness and lack of seasoning. I've had better burgers for less, but I've also paid more for worse. Same goes for the $15 chicken sandwich we ordered except it's sauce didn't help much. Overall, the burger and sandwich were OK but overpriced (especially the chicken) for what we got. On a positive note, the service and atmosphere were good. However, I would highly recommend just about anywhere else in Loudon to eat. This place doesn't even serve the best burger on 72 between hwy 11 and I-75 (their only competition is Wendy's and McDonald's). read more

The server was fantastic thats the only reason they get a star at all. The only thing local is the proximity to the gfs store in Knoxville. Tried pretzel bites with beer cheese, the baja chicken sandwich with garlic parmesan fries, and the pimento cheese bacon burger (ordered medium) with onion rings. Beer cheese dip was cold flavorless. Chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked & needed salt at minimum. Husband said he really wanted to like it. "Baja" factor was chipotle ranch clearly was bottled and bland as well. The pimento cheese burger was completely overcooked unappetizing chunky pimento cheese with the only good thing on the plate the not housemade onion rings. Gave the burger two bites before giving up on it. asked the waiter what do they make in house for a taste of "local bite"? the pasta sauce: "we fry them in house" whatever that means. We stopped in on our way to a wedding in Etowah . I got the half Reuben with upgraded garlic Parmesan fries. It was delicious. The fries were spot on! This little place is a local gem! The dining area is a bit small and was packed at lunch time but they have a couple of bar type areas that offer more seating if the tables are full. Their menu is extensive and offers a good variety. They gal taking my order was super sweet. I was just grabbing a salad to go. I ordered the Southwest salad with grilled shrimp. The salad was large and they gave me several large shrimp that were grilled to perfection. It didn't take long for the salad to be ready. It was a delicious salad with grilled corn, black beans, avocado, onions, tomato, cheese, and tortilla strips. We will definitely stop back in for lunch or dinner! read more

I confess, the primary draw to this restaurant was that Parmesan Garlic Fries are on the menu. It's been several years since our favorite Oak Ridge restaurant that served the best Parmesan Garlic fries ever, went out of business. So we drove 44 miles round trip just for the Parmesan Garlic Fries and they were very good. The Blue Ribbon Reuben was outstanding. The service provided by our server, Nicole, was top notch. The sandwich was so large, we split it which was more than enough to satisfy two senior citizens' cravings. Since it's only recently opened, they're still upgrading their signage, so until they loudly proclaim their name on their blue awning that spans the front of the business, it is on Tennessee State Route 72, directly across the highway from Walgreens. The restaurant is decorated with yummylicious photos of their fare. The prices are reasonable, the seating is not crowded at all and the restrooms are squeaky clean. Give it a try ... I had a Philly cheese and fries. I love the idea of a local yoko restaurant; especially because it's what I consider mom & pop. However, I specifically asked the waitress for hot fries. They were Luke warm. I was so disgusted over it that I quietly told the waitress my fries were not hot. At this point, I was done. I did not want new fresh hot fries. My Philly sandwich was just ok. If it were my restaurant, I would season the meat better. BTW, there were 6 of us--3 couples, and 5 of us had Luke warm fries. I'm not so uptight that I'm not willing to give them another try. That said, I will try again but I will specifically ask for the owner and make my request known. Ate at this new Restaurant just today-- and it was good, with LOTS of opportunity for GREAT Fries and Rings were VERY good! Our food was good, but a few kinks need to be worked out. The Tea tasted "funky"-- like a bit stale, which is RARE in the South!! My pastrami burger was HUGE and tasty-- the burger patty was well-well-well done, so a bit dry. with that said, we WILL be back!! Not a good dinner experience on 7/30/25 . First of all the food we did have was tasty and fresh. Now for my complaint. I ordered a patty melt sandwich and upgraded my fries to onion rings for a upcharge of $2. My sandwich came and the server told me the onion rings would be right out. She didn't want my sandwich to get cold. Over halfway through my meal and the rings still had not arrived and i am a slow eater. So feeling a little frustrated I walked to the counter to get a refill on my diet drink. At my request the drink was in a to-go cup. (size of a small drink) but I never was offered a refill. At this point I canceled the onion rings because we were all but done eating. The server yeld back to the cook about 4 times to cancel the onion rings before it was finally comprehended. So now she brings my check. She said she took the $2 onion ring upcharge off the ticket. I told her I appreciated it but I felt a bit more should have been removed because I received no side with my meal. She explained to me that all there sandwichs came with free fries so there was nothing to remove. She did offer to box some fries up for me to take with me, I declined. So a patty melt (2 pcs of toasted bread, caramelized onions and mayo drizzle) is $14.95 with free fries. Now I did order garlic fries as an appetizer for $10.95. So to sum it up. Gnocchi bowl Patty melt 1 order of garlic fries 2 small soft drink with only one getting a single refill= $52.97 (tip is not in this price) I was not rude to the server. When I paid, she never asked how things were or offered to help me feel better about what had happened and as we were walking out , not one of the three employees at or near the register said THANK YOU or HAVE A GOOD NITE. The place was not overly busy with alot of employee standing around time. I would have looked at this a little different if they were busting it. My wife and I have been there a few times and always felt it was a little over priced but we wanted to give business to the local places so we would return. I guess we will go back to Vonore and LC.
