The worst Wendy's I have ever gone to! Burgers are dried out and over cooked like they have been sitting for hours. Fries were over cooked as well. 5/19/23 Stopped inside to order 2 doubles. 1 with onions and 1 without. in the front. a pink haired twit with piercings was more interested in making iced tea than waiting on customers. 3 customers were waiting in front of me. When my order came up I saw the cook explaining to her which sandwich had the onions. She brought it to the front counter and I asked which had the onions. She pulled my sandwiches out to open up and look. Total ignorant dingbat. The food was good but the service sucked. read more

I felt like I need to leave a review on todays wendys trip because it surprised me. I had stopped eating here because over the last 2 years it had gotten worse and worse to the point you couldnt even get food in half an hour. Well something has changed! Service was fast and polite. Waited 5 minutes for someone to respond to me at drive-thru. I'm usually very patient and have waited some time for some drive-thrus because they communicated the problems they were having. However there was no communication, and after I walked in - the workers were just talking and ignoring the next customer in the drive through lane. I had a phenomenal customer service experience and wanted to share it. Hopefully this young man gets the raise, recognition, and promotion he deserves. He should definitely own the place one day. My daughter and I went into Wendy's for lunch and while ordering I was listening how awesome he speaks to his staff, how patient he is with his staff and elderly patients or those that are disabled. He goes above and beyond carrying their food to their tables for them. He was jumping in all over the place to help his team. His name tag said Austin on it, I learned later on he was their general manager. No wonder he was so full of great character. He was so well poised, well spoken, well mannered, kind, down to earth, friendly and professional. Our food was super delicious too. My daughters was made fresh, it was hot and full of flavor. I swear my Wendy's salad may have been the best thing I ate all week. The extra blue cheese and bacon was fantastic. We really enjoyed our entire experience with this young guy. Please make sure he is honored for holding up this establishment. I witnessed a very hard worker doing his job so on point! On March 28, 2021 approx 1130 we stopped to get Gas and stop at one of my favorite restaurants, WENDY's. However, if I had a crystal ball I would have gone to eat at the gas station next store rather than eat at this place. AVOID...STAY AWAY!!!! This place is nasty, (COVID-19 HIGH RISK), food is not of Wendy's standard, and it's a OSHA (SAFETY NIGHTMARE). This place is below average. Stop next store and pick up a fruit, water and cold cuts. This place is also a safety nightmare and should be reported to OSHA. Let me just start by saying they are very lucky we are not a lawsuit happy family. Bottom line my son fell through the door with no glass when we were departing. There were No indicators that a glass was not present. There were no markings, no caution tape, no tape period. So when he went to open the door by pushing it with his back, NOT TO TOUCH HANDLES DUE TO CURRENT PANDEMIC, he fell through the door bumping his head, he bruised tailbone & scratches on his leg. He was completely embarrassed and guess how many folks came to help from Wendy's? No a single person......don't know if it was due to stupidity, lazy or because we were Hispanics? No apology or no management to check out the situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP, FIRE ALL EMPLOYEES!! WhenI asked they stated a previous customer had broken it and the glass a while ago. I expect this won't be the first instance of neglect or injury today! Can't say enough about this place! We went to wash his cuts in the bathroom and that freaking place was a completely disgrace. Freaking nasty so I would recommend the tree line. When we were leaving I told the cashier and the other employee they should place tape across the door and warn customers because it won't be the last time someone gets hurt and it could be much worst. They just laughed, WTF? Avoid a law suit by taking initiative and putting some of the safety training if you even get it to practice. Sat in line for 15 minutes, placed my order for the 2 for 6 and a large coke, was told my total would be 16 dollars and some change.

If you're thinking about eating here, please don't. I've tried giving this place more than one chance but the food is just disgusting. I'm pretty sure the chicken sandwich I was given was more than a few hours old. The bacon was so burnt I couldn't chew it without gagging. read more

We have ordered from here three times in the past four weeks and all three times our order has been messed up. When we call to tell them about it all we get is attitude from the manager and we get told she is aware of the problem she knows who she works with but she dont do the hiring and firing so there's nothing she can do about it. So, I decided to try Wendy's in Loudon again tonight. Let me talk about an epic fail. Drive thru closes at 11 p.m., I get there 5 minutes till 11. There are two cars in front of me, 1 just placed it's order. The truck in front of me pulled up to the menu and we sat there for 5 minutes without them taking his order. He calls to the board with no reply from the employees. While behind the guy I called the store at 2 minutes till 11 and asked "Are you guys still open?" The guy said that they closed four minutes ago. So I asked to talk to their manager. 30 seconds goes by the same voice answers and states that he is the manager and that they go off of their clock which shows that it's currently 11:05. I asked if they continue to serve the people that are in their drive thru that pull up prior to close and he said no that they are closed in that he's sorry and that he would talk to the general manager about correcting their clocks tomorrow. This is one very pissed-off hungry person who is definitely going to have a few Choice words with the general manager tomorrow. read more
