We had ordered online 25 minutes in advance. When we got there, we waited another 20 minutes before we received our food. The manager on shift was handing out everyone else's food while we stood there. She looked at us and said we're working on it at least 5 times before she put our food in the bag. Yuck. I hate the taste, and the tea is always sour. The ONLY thing I could eat from there was the roasted chicken bites. Which was the only healthy option they had, and the got rid of it. After they did that we never went back. They put to much of their seasoning on everything. read more

The general manager of this location is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever seen. My daughter and I ordered 2 of the 4 piece chicken tender meals. We were told we would have to wait 5 minutes on them to cook which we were fine with. After sitting in our car for 17 minutes the lady that took our order walked out with our food and went to 3 different cars before realizing it was our food. The people in the other vehicles were also waiting on food, 2 of them were there before us and still hadn't received their food. We realized we were missing an order of Bo Rounds. My daughter went in to get them. After 4 minutes of waiting on her I went in to see what the problem was. She was told somebody would be with her in a minute but they never spoke to her again. It was not busy. There were 2 people sitting down eating and 1 person placing an order, that was it. My daughter finally walked over to where she could see the other employees in the back and explained to them we had been waiting almost 20 minutes at this point and just needed the rest of our order. The General Manager then came up to my daughter and got an attitude about how she couldn't see her over the counter. The reason she couldn't see her is every employee was around the drive thru (which was also not busy) and she had 1 employee at the counter. I told her that wasn't our problem and having to wait 20 minutes after we were told 5 was unacceptable. Then she really got an attitude and explained that our attitudes were the problem. I then explained that not only were we being ignored but nobody had even apologized for the wait. She told us that wasn't her fault either. I don't know what she thinks the job is of a General Manager is but if your employees are not doing their job correctly then it is 100% your fault. She finally handed us our Bo Rounds as she was laughing at us. When I said I would never be back she screamed WOO HOO and clapped as we walked out the door. It's sad that you cannot expect human decency and respect when visiting a business. If they had just gave us the rest of our order we would have left without saying a word although I do believe we had a right to express our frustration. You don't go through a drive thru and expect to have to wait 20+ minutes AND walk into the store. The disrespect and unprofessionalism of this lady is unacceptable. Sad part is I had already heard from multiple people how terrible she was to customers and worse to her employees and I made the mistake of going anyway. Don't make the same mistake I did. We went to Bojangles on 72 in a pinch. I received a three piece meal with the smallest chicken tenders I've ever seen. The one smaller than the sauce cup was the biggest one in the box. Extremely disappointing and not at all worth the money. read more

The ladies running this store are absolutely amazing. The place was clean, the food was hot and fresh, and the vibe was immaculate. The managers and employees had healthy and positive interactions with each other and the customers. The cherry on top was the math flash cards that had been placed sporadically throughout the store. I am a veteran educator and have never seen such a thing. My teacher heart is so happy to see the community supporting and engaging in education with local children. read more

Stopped by to pick up some breakfast and drinks for family were we're visiting with. Window staff was friend and even took it upon themselves to modify the orders to make combos to save us some money. They also caught a drink mistake and quickly corrected the issue and offered us the mistake drink on the house... nice move. read more

The staff was friendly, but the food was mediocre and even after I went back to get the items they forgot to give me, they still did not give me the sauce I asked for or utensils to eat the food with.
