Amazing salad bar best coleslaw I've ever had my meal was subpar.baked potato was tasteless and my chicken lacked flavor

First, I want to give Honour to a person working as a manager there : Sharon Harris. She has worked hard and have done many changes for the good of the restaurant. I often go there and talking about their burgers are excellent. Their salads too.my grandaughter love their chicken tenders and fries. Went here for dinner with a coworker Tuesday night. It was walking distance from our hotel and made great since after a long day. I have not eaten at a Ruby Tuesday's in a while, and was a little apprehensive. I was completely wrong, it was absolutely delicious and the service was perfect. The manager was pitching in and helping all the servers as needed. We never needed a refill on our drinks. I had ribs with Nashville hot sauce and they were absolutely wonderful. My coworker had a steak and steamed broccoli. It was the perfect amount of food and we were too full for dessert but the options looks amazing. Pumpkin Spice Swirl Cheesecake, need I say more!!!! Great neighborhood restaurant with a menu that has enough to offer everyone. Service is excellent, manager visited each table to ensure customer satisfaction. Will definitely be back for the bacon cheddar pretzel burger. read more

Of all the Ruby Tuesday's I've been to over the last ten years, this one is best. The other being in Brunswick Ga. It's Ruby Tuesday- pretty average and pretty predictable. The service is always a B+ and the facility cleanliness is usually about a C+ I personally think that the prices are too high for what you get. They have revamped their Garden Bar (the only reason I go) the new Garlic Herb Ranch dressing is pretty good and they have improved the flavors of various other ingredients. The new bacon bits are a huge improvement as is the diced cucumber and thickly shaved cheddar cheese. I like the diced hard boiled eggs also, but they've fooled with the potato salad and not in a good way. It's pricey at $9.99, but it is all you can eat. I guess the variety of the food offerings is why we come in. It's an ok place if everyone wants something different. But you're gonna spend $14+ dollars per person with a drink so it's not budget dinner. I haven't had any bad experiences at this location so I would recommend to others. All and all it's like a C+ dinner, not awful not phenomenal just very average and predictable. read more

Our waiter was very good and food was decent. I wanted to point out that the hostesses up front needs more training on how to greet customers when they come but most importantly when customers are leaving! Every employee should acknowledge all customers. For example, a lady came in to pick her food. Stood at the bar for ten minutes while the bar tender walked passed her on several occasions not once acknowledging her standing there. The customer finally said something. I don't blame the staff, this is a direct reflection of the management team. It's obvious who they are they just walk around pretending the are busy but don't say anything! We like going here for the Garden Bar. First time at this location and was excellent. Bar was stocked constantly and fresh. Server was good and they had a one day BOGO on entrees. Added garden bar as a side for $1.99, ate that and got stuffed. Entree came and we each took ours home. The salmon was very good. Would gladly reorder. So for about $20 we got two salmon entrees and garden bars. The salad bar alone is $10 normally! read more

My wife and I had not eaten at a Ruby Tuesday's in some time. It will be a long time before we eat at one again. On the way to our booth the floor was littered with pieces of food. Once we were seated we waited a long time before a server came by. She informed us that our server was "under the weather" and she would attempt to serve us. She took our drink order and then disappeared for a good ten minutes. There was what appeared to be a server standing by the booth next to us chatting up a couple of older gentlemen. We wondered if that was the server that was "under the weather." She eventually returned with our drinks and took our food order. The server next to us continued chatting up our neighbors. Finally after about twenty minutes our food arrived. My Philly Cheese Steak wasn't bad but my wife's bourbon chicken was dreadful. Came here for date night and couldn't wait to leave. Asked for a booth and the host sat us back by the doors where the food goes in and out. Squeak slam squeak slam. This was so irritating....especially when there were other booths he could have been more considerate enough to sit us at. We did have a kind waiter, but we asked for our food to go bcuz the squeak slam squeak slam was not relaxing at all!!!! Like at least get the squeak fixed people. read more

Sorry for the late entry. My wife and i went to the Ruby Tuesday behind Regency Mall on 9/9/18 and everything started well but south quickly. We ordered our meal an went and got our salads an soon as we sat down the waitress was walking up with the hot entree. I told her we just got our salad can you hold up a moment (which she was supposed to do anyway)!! Well she took the plate back an moments later returned with it an said she couldn't hold it so i said Im eating my salad, fine just leave it. She got mad and literally threw the plate on the table an walked away whispering something. I requested the manager explained to him what went on and told him i didn't want that young lady nowhere near me or my food, he took the plate had them to recook it and then asked was I ready and assigned a new waitress to our table. He came out and delivered the meal himself an apologized again told me he took care of the bill. Food was good 1st waitress was horrible 2nd waitress was a angel. read more

Ruby Tuesdays is consistent, yet feature seasonal or new items fairly regularly. With one of the best salad bars of any restaurant chain, & excellent soups, it is a great place for lunch or other meals. Try the chicken tortilla soup. Salad bar features fresh peas, edamame, several kinds of salad greens, choice of at least 6 dressings, even chopped hard boiled egg, & crumbled real bacon. Well when you sit down with a salad bar salad and two bites later the entree shows up it merits a star pull of one possibly two. Service was very poor tonight. After about 5 mins sitting down server came over to take out drink and food order. We went up and got our salad. Minutes went by and she still hadn't brought our drinks. Saw her standing over on side. We had to ask her can we get our drinks. Like she completely forgot. Food was good though. Ruby Tuesdays of Jacksonville is the most awesome place for dinner and/or social gatherings. Their broad menu enable the whole family to enjoy something new but classic; and their drink specials aren't that bad either... When i go, I'm always enticed to get Bacon Cheeseburger With applewood smoked bacon and American cheese, a side order of fries, and a Mango Mojito to top it all off. Our food was not good....at all. My husband ordered the shrimp and grits and it was very chunky. I ordered the chicken and crab cakes meal. I received my crab cakes but after a while I had to ask the waitress where my chicken was. By the time we were ready to pay she said the chicken should be on it's way. We told her to put it in a to go box. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because the manager came by and asked us about our food. Very disappointed in this location. My mom arrived before I did. She ordered our drinks and texted me to let me know. I arrived a couple of minutes later. We sat there for ten minutes with no drinks and no server. She described our server and I saw her walk by the kitchen twice. After I looked to see what time she texted me, I realized that she had ordered the drinks 12 minutes ago. I have been a server for years so I am very forgiving of a lot of things, but that is ridiculous. We decided to leave because the server still did not show up. And one of our menus was so dirty we did not even want to touch it. As we were walking out I told the manager what happened. She looked shocked, but didn't say anything to me. I have to say that I am a fan of this location primarily because of the service and thesalad bar. Although they no longer have chicken carabonara on the menu, the manager authorized them to make it for me. When I got my food, there was no garlic bread when I asked about this, since I swear it normally comes with the meal, they said it didn't come with the meal. They still made some garlic bread for me, with no huff's and puffs norrolling of the eyes, as far as I could see. Way to go!!! In this day and ageit is hard to find good customer service. Companies have forgotten about building a strong loyal customer base. Most companies, now, treat customers like they are doing thematic cavorted by providing the service. If you try this location, you must try the red velvet cheesecakes. It was absolutely devine!! The red velvet was moist and the cheesecakes was not overly sweet nor waxy. Always a good meal here. The salad bar is one of the best around. Interesting cocktails and a regularly changing menu makes it a good place to be a regular. Try a steak always cooked to your taste and I like it rare. Which is hard to get right! read more

10/10 on customer service, even with my grandma being the hard headed person she is, they were still very patient. I used to come to Ruby Tuesday for the bread however, when I came today I found out they no longer server it. I came into the Jacksonville area for scoping out relocation to the area. I was very pleased with my service by Will the entire night. I felt like I was treated as a king, even though it was later at night, I felt very special. While I was on diet restrictions, he helped me find things which would satisfy them and still filled me up. Outstanding atmosphere and great staff! read more

Went here with my grandma service was pretty slow. Our server took over 20 minutes to bring back water. The food was ruby Tuesday filling warm and flavorful. Again the food was par for course except the spaghetti swigs which was so bland. I would have got dessert if I didn't think it would take 39 minutes to get out. read more

Very dirty smells like a barn, went to pee in the bathroom and it smelled like marijuana very strong.

This is one of my favorite chain restaurants. A lot of the selections from the salad bar to the desserts are great. The staff is very friendly and they'll take good care of you. read more

Today was the second time I had food here and the tiramisu my wife got was frozen and had so much alcohol it was like taking a shot; and i got a bacon cheeseburger plain because of a sensitive stomach and it had something that looked like mayonnaise but tasted like something else. My first time will definitely be my last! I was disrespected by the server for no reason I guess she was just too busy or whatever but still no reason to treat other people like crap. Came with my family to have lunch and and ordered the 5 dollar Tuesday special they have every Tuesday I hear which today was the endless salad bar and the food was great no complaints about that on the other hand my server disrespected my grandma by rolling her eyes as she just simply requested a sweet tea because the server gave her unsweetened tea. Then we had dirty plates and lots of dirty cups just sit there for us to stare at while we eat it was a group of 5 by the way, and she took her sweet time with refills and cashing out it was not busy at the time. How can the managers not notice her attitude I will not say her name for privacy but I'm just really disappointed in her for acting the way she did that's not acceptable at all. Just left this ruby tuesdays. I ordered a cheese burger coke and salad bar. The salad bar looked like it was put together by the dishwasher. My cheeseburger was ordered medium well but was like a hockey puck. Burnt on the out side the chopped lettuce spills out. There was one lonely onion ring on it. I will say that the young lady that took my order and served me did her job and was tipped accordingly. But the meal was not what I expected from Ruby Tuesdays. The people behind me had fish. Fresh fish shouldn't smell, neither should frozen fish. But their fish stunk. Needless to say I won't eat at Ruby Tuesdays again. read more
