Spent $275.00 on lunch at Back Porch a few days prior for unimpressive reheated frozen food. Expecting a similar disappointment from a "boring chain restaurant," it was instead delightfully surprising. The appetizers and entrees were delicious and fresh at a fraction of the cost, AND there was no wait and good service. I frequent this ruby Tuesday's constantly with all my coworkers to wind down after a crazy day at work. We like to have a few drinks and go to town on the best salad bar in town!!! I will say sometimes the stuff runs out and they don't notice but your server always comes by right away and asks if you found everything you needed at the salad bar and will quickly get you whatever you were missing. My favorite thing on the menu is the jalepeno pretzel burger! I always have to cut it in half and save the other half for later but my husband is always thrilled with the leftovers! I've only been to this location one time and will not return. As soon as I received my entree there was one long brunette hair on the top of my food. The waitress took it back and they "fixed it" pretty much removed the hair, put it under a heat lamp and then brought it out. Manager nor anyone even came over to apologize. Me and a friend came to this restaurant a few weeks ago. We immediately sat at the bar. We waited a solid 15 min then I stopped counting at that point. Should have left but didn't want the hassle of going to another spot as I feel we should have been serviced. We were not impolite or loud or obnoxious. There were about 4 servers walking around in their phones and no one even offered water while we waited I guess for the staff assigned to the bar, which I could understand. This rating is solely on customer service. I arrived at the estimated time my curbside Togo order would be ready, called and the bartender, Courtney said she'd be right out with my order. As I waited in my car I could see through the windows she was not very busy so I assumed my order wasn't ready, although, I did see a Togo bag on the counter. 20 minutes later I go inside and at this point I do not see Courtney but a manager expediting the window. I tell the manager that I called upon arrival and was told they'd be out with my order 20 minutes ago and the manager said that she "doesn't know anything about that" but will give me my order. She looks and sure enough hands me the Togo bag that had been sitting on the counter since I had arrived. I returned to my car and called the restaurant to let Courtney know I had retrieved my order myself. Her response was condescending and left me even more dissatisfied. Accountability and an apology would have gone a long way. Also, there were other servers that were not busy and she could have asked one of them to deliver the order if she didn't have the time but I believe she just simply forgot. I have worked in the service industry so I can be understanding but I now regret the 20% tip and wish I could retract it. read more

Your casual all-american restaurant. They have a good selection on the salad bar and just variety of food. Their food isn't the necessarily THE BEST, but comparing to their selection it isn't bad. Their burgers are always juicy and tender and can't go wrong with a classic burger. read more

Started with a delicious salad bar. Ordered a chicken quesadilla that was also very very tasty! Said it was a 'new' item to their menu. I suggest they keep it! The waitress was nice and prompt. She even offered to bring the kids fries out once they were up even though it was before our food! Awesome! Overall we had a great experience! I've been here twice in the past year. The first time I had shrimp and grits that were pitifully bland. The second time the jambalaya pasta and it was doused in salt. I have a certain expectation with RT which is fresh ingredients on the salad bar. This RT meets it. My son likes their burgers and my daughter really likes their ribs. They send me coupons all the time which helps with the bill. I think they charge too much for their soft drinks but that's my biggest gripe. read more

Ate at Ruby Tuesday this evening - ordered the Mixed Grill. Very disapointed it was an apitizer serving size at a dinner price $15.99. The steak weighed 2oz the chicken was 3oz plus the 3 shrimp, glad I had the salad bar. Should have sent it back & ordered something else but I put it in a to go box and took it home. It was an insult to serve that since the menu had a photo of the meal - no comparison. My husband ordered the steak (6oz) & lobster for $18.99 his WAS a dinner size portion - good size portions for the money. read more

We eat here often because it is close to home. The most accurate description would be "inconsistent". Sometimes we have fabulous service and sometimes we are completely ignored. There are certain menu items that are always wrong, but most of what we order comes as good as it can from this kind of chain. I advise to stay away from the pasta dishes. Our waitress was extremely awkward. Unclear about coupon terms; when asked directly gave wrong information and waited until order placed to clarify and the said in a tone she could take something back. After prdering our entrees she returned woth negative news regarding whoch appetizer our coupon comped on the check. We didnt ask for this information and er assumed the cheaper app would comped. It seemed unnecessary and silly that she come over and apologize that this eas the case. We ordered a burger and app to go and it took over 30 minutes to come out and then we still would have to wait for our check if we hadn't asked for it before the food came. And receiving/paying the check took at least 10-15 itself. And still wasn't given to us until food was brought out. All around awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere. Lightening extremely bright making a negative ambiance. Roof leaking into the booth wr were seated in and no bucket to collect the water.
