Arrived here on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend at 1:30pm while traveling. We were greeted within 5 minutes and gave our entire order: 2 burgers and a soup salad bar combo. My wife went and fixed her salad; not stocked, cucumbers frozen to her plate. It was obvious that they were severely understaffed for the circumstances of the day part: counted four dirty tables sitting in excess of 30 minutes. There also was an attitude of apathy by the staff: hostess not really engaged with the opportunities of the restaurant, server at host stand texting and then exiting the building for 5-10 minutes before returning. At 2:15, we left before our burgers came. I left $15 in the table to pay for our 3 beverages and my wife's salad. Employees saw us leave, but no one tried to intercept us. Been 4 years since I had eaten at a Ruby Tuesdays; it will be far longer than that before I return to one. Pity: all that prime time advertising that they never used to need may get an initial visit, but they'll never recoup the cost with a second visit giving service like this. read more

My family members and I dined at Ruby Tuesday, 403 Russell Parkway, Warner Robbins, GA 31088. Resturant was understaffed and had over 18 customers waiting to be seated. Server Karen, #1693, was finished with her shift; however, she stayed and got everyone seated. Then she took our orders and orders for several other patrons. From our beverages to our meals everything was timely and as we had requested. Karen provided great customer service. She kept us entertained throughout our meal with her humorous banter.
