I ordered the Rib Eye & Ribs for delivery, and only the Rib Eye came lol - missing the ribs that I was looking forward to the most. They're not even picking up the phone wtf I want a refund!! Pick up the phone!!

This is the sticky floor. Carpet should not be sticky and black.

First thing is the smell. Walked in at dinner time and only one customer. This should have done it, but did I anyway. The server came up and said sit anywhere on the left side. Took a seat at a booth and the seat was ripped a bit and sticky. The server was very nice and offered suggestions on the menu. Which was helpful since I have not eaten in this restaurant for maybe 20 years. Then I noticed the floor was black from whatever. The carpet was sticky and disgusting. I ordered the ribs and bakes potato and salad bar and tea. I went to the salad bar and everything looked old and dry. Many items were frozen and stuck to the serving tray, in other words been there a long time. The things I selected were not very good at all. I went back and got just lettuce, cheese and dressing. The tea was just colored water. The server told me that they have been getting complains on the weak tea, she offered to bring a soda. The rack of ribs came and they were so overcooked and dry. Like laying in the desert for a few weeks. I could not believe it. I have never had ribs that were crunchy. The potato had a green color to the inside and the skin was so dried out. My friend ordered chicken off the kabobs. It was about six small pieces of chicken, very dry, the vegetables were strangely cooked. Some overcooked and some almost raw. It was like they made the plate and then realized it needed more food to be a serving. The server came back with a desert menu and offered a desert and even told us her favorite. She was doing a great job and I think she was embarrassed by the food. She noticed I barely ate the ribs and one bite of the potato. She brought a to-go box. I did not take the food. I just said thanks. We did not complain. I tipped the server good because I could see in the proper restaurant she would be great. She was doing her job, but she was all alone. This restaurant needs to be closed. At this point it is just ripping people off. Most people just pay, leave and never come back. Stop the insanity and just close. It is just to dirty and smelly to be ok. I was shocked and embarrassed. I ask my friend in the car what he thought about the food. He said it was somewhere between slop and rot. I would say do better, but at this point it would be best to demolish the building, plant the trees back and go home and call it a day.

Berry Red Sangria & Ruby's cheeseburger with Tots.

Visited Ruby Tuesday Sunday after church. Initially went here because we saw an email with a steak special, but later realized the special began at 4pm, and we were too early. Was seated soon after entering and greeted by the server not long after. Opted for the 2 for $24 with an upcharge of $5 for the ribs. The deal included an appetizer and 2 entrées. Appetizer & meals came out in a decent time, but the server didn't return for a while after the meal was delivered to check on us. I needed mustard & my mom needed new fries because hers were cold. By the time someone came, she was half done with her ribs. The replacement fries were nice & fresh. I ordered a cheeseburger without the veggies. After asking for mustard, the server started doing a few other things and never came back with the mustard, so I had to ask someone else. They may have been shorthanded, as many places are these days, so I didn't make a fuss about it, but they have to do a little better with timing so food won't grow cold while waiting for condiments or fresh fries.

"Chicken Teriyaki"

DHEC needs to do an inspection on this kitchen. Like the review below, my stomach has been a mess since I have eaten this. I only had eaten the Bao Buns and Egg Rolls. Nothing looked like in the pictures. The chicken teriyaki was unrecognizable and was not eaten. They didn't give me the correct Bao Buns I ordered. I called the Ruby Tuesdays where I picked up the Food from and asked to speak with WowBao and they explained that was them. I asked for a refund but they said they couldn't do that and referred me to Wow Baos website to request a refund. Wow Bao doesn't list this location on the complaint form which is a red flag. Yet it is listed as a restaurant location on the map of the site. See attached picture of my food versus the picture online.

I've been there three times. Food was just ok, except for burgers and fries. Used to be very good. I've tried several other things but have been disappointed. The swordfish I tried, was the worst I've ever had. With their happy-hour smash burger, they give you a sauce, that's like tomato-honey mustard. Like a crab cake sauce. Never had a burger in my life that was served with crab cake sauce... I don't care for it. I asked them to hold the sauce and swap it with extra cheese. They did. They charged me $2.00 for the cheese. Unbelievable! I don't even think it was real cheese. I decided to talk to manager about it. She took it off - but argued with me - over a cheese slice on a happy-hour meal... I get that it cost something. I would have been ok with 50 cents. Eating at a restaurant requires 20% tipping and prices are raised everywhere. Most also charge a credit card fee. I rarely eat out, due to high prices. And in many cases lower quality food is used to keep prices lower. The burger I had was not even tasty. Not like the ones I had previously. Plus, I noticed they took down their previous happy hour menus from the bar. This place is 20% full every time I've gone in. The first time I went in the bartender bought me a beer. This time an argument over a cheese slice. Seriously? What's next? limits on the salt and pepper? One shake per customer? This is an eat-in bar/restaurant that boasts of good prices. It's not McDonald's. And even they wouldn't charge $2.00 a slice. Clearly they don't value me as a customer- not going back. No thanks, keep your cheese, Chuck!

We wanted to go when it hopefully wasn't too busy, and Monday at 1 pm was perfect to get two, parking spots and a few tables put together for 9 and a 2 year old. When we walked in and said, 9 with a baby, they were quick to put tables together. This is a simple diner with a bar! Our server Hailey was awesome We ordered cocktails and a few apps to share. I had the featured cocktail of the month. Pear Juice, Ginger, Lemon, and Bulliet Bourbon. A few people in the party ordered Bloody Marys. They liked the mix so much we bought a few bottles to take home! It was delicious! For apps, we ordered the shrimp dip, Brussels sprouts and pimento and fried green tomatoes to share, all were exceptional! The shrimp dip was tasty with big chunks of shrimp and the perfect chips that they make in-house. The Brussels sprouts had an amazing taste. A perfect aioli drizzle! I had the shrimp and grits and they were so delicious! The perfect amount of heat. The grits were so creamy. My husband got the shrimp po boy with dirty rice. The shrimp was perfectly fried! Not greasy. The dirty rice was very flavorful! My daughter and brother had the chicken sandwich, they loved it. The pork belly was ordered by someone who'd never had it before. When it arrived, they were concerned because they don't like bacon. They tried it and LOVED it. It was crispy on the outside and so tender! For dessert, we shared two key lime tarts. We all had a spoonful. It was tart, creamy and yummy. The best southern meal! We were so glad we came! Highly recommend!

Our server was really amazing. Our son ordered the cheese pita pizza and vegetable which was cauliflower tonight. He liked everything. I was not super impressed with the pizza, but it's a kids menu so it gets a pass. My husband and I were a bit deflated when we saw the current menu after looking at menus on here, but I didn't look at the dates so I'm sure they are old menus. So many things we had our heart set on trying that they didn't offer anymore. That's our fault, obviously. We had planned to grab our son dinner and we were set on a couple of apps and splitting something. We ended up ordering the fried chicken, paying $3 more for all white meat, French fries, and a side of Mac and cheese to split. It took ab 15 min to make the chicken which was no problem and we appreciated them telling us that when we ordered. Once the food arrived it looked great. The Mac and cheese was fantastic. The chicken was good and juicy, but we didn't think it was anything special really. They did give us some honey tobacco that my husband enjoyed but we felt let down by all the hype on the fried chicken. The food was prepared great and came to the table hot, we just didn't love it. They didn't do anything wrong and if they brought back some of the older menu options we might go back but after this experience it's not getting added to my favorites, unfortunately. I would maybe try again for just drinks bc the restaurant is really beautiful!
