I had herb crusted tilapia. My wife had flat bread pizza. We both had the salad bar. Service was excellent. We were seated as soon as we walked in the door. Very satisfied with our food and the service. We will return. We were finished with time to spare before our movie. read more

Ruby Tuesday used to be a favorite of ours decades ago. Not so much anymore. We stopped at a Ruby's near Youngstown on our way home to the CLE. It felt like it wasn't clean...kind of like Applebee's. Our food was so so. My husbands said, meh. My choice was a jambalaya pasta dish with shrimp, sausage and chicken. It was so salty and charred that I could hardly get it down...and left half of it. Our son had a cheeseburger...but he's 16...so he'll eat just about anything. We won't be visiting a Ruby Tuesdays any time soon, that's for sure. read more

Let me start by stating that this is one of my favorites to go to. However the quality has been on a steady decrease at this location and tonight they bottomed out. Our appetizer and entrees were brought out together. Then the food was not properly prepared. Apparently "medium well" is full on pink now. But don't worry they took it back... I mean the burger that had a bite out, they took it back, put it back on the grill, then brought it back out. Yes this really happened. The most disappointing part, it was still not cooked. Then the manager comes out after its sent back a second time. He never says sorry or ask if he can do something, he just acts like a pompous ass. My wife and I had a long day and decided we needed a much needed drink and food. The food not so great the salmon was raw, but the service was the BEST we have experienced in such a long time. Angie was amazing, bright and vibrant she was all did up for Christmas, but just the way she interacted with the customers and their kids was an experience within its self. She is the reason we will be coming back. Her personality matched her lit-up hair! Need more people like her for sure. read more

Most of the time I eat here is pleasant. One time we got no biscuits and the most recent time I got burned by my scalding hot plate! I had chicken on my plate so I had to cut it and occasionally my finger would rub the plate by accident. The dish didn't have enough sauce and by the time I got more, my food was cold! I complained to corporate to no avail. Don't know about returning here in the future. read more

I'm normally not so white as to give a restaurant a bad review on Yelp, but I recently decided that I'm not above getting my jabs in on social media while sitting on the toilet experiencing intestinal distress as result of last evenings dining decision. Before you think that perhaps I'm being a bit too critical, understand, I have literally eaten a piece of 3 day old pizza out of a trash can at work. I'm really not all that particular. When dining out, I grade on a 3 part scale. Service. Cleanliness. Food quality. Never have i ever I ate somewhere that failed miserably in all categories. Last night, I found my unicorn.... Ruby Tuesday in Austintown is by my estimations the nastiest show around. Service: Meh... Cleanliness: I wanted a shower and delousing before the appetizer even arrived. Food quality: Again, keep in mind, I have literally eaten out of a garbage can... The food was processed bullshit that made my body feel like a slug inching it's was across the Salt Flats. If given the choice between eating there again or eventual starvation, you would find me eating my toe nails till the good Lord called me home. read more

We have been here numerous times and no issues but our last visit will be our last. We ordered our dinners which included the salad bar. We sat down to eat our salads and half way through my husband finds a long hair. I ordered a steak medium well. It comes out with blood all over my plate. I cut into it and it is pretty much raw. The waitress takes it back and brings it back 12 minutes later. At this point my husband is done eating. He felt bad but who wants to eat cold food. The manager brings my food back and apologizes and has me cut into my shoe leather I mean steak. If you are going to have steak on your menu make sure your cooks know how to cook! read more

I have been to this restaurant frequently as my wife and family likes dining here. I, however, have never been excited about their food; it always seems to be overly salty. The service has always been good. I think it is pricier than other restaurants in the area. This past visit will probably be our last. While the service was good, the food was average at best. My daughter's steak was tough as was the chicken in my sandwich (and salty, of course). The kicker was when we requested a roll to accompany my wife's and daughter's dinner. We were politely told that rolls were no longer served with a dinner-What?!? My advice to Ruby Tuesday is to change this policy ASAP as it is almost insulting to a customer. read more

Had a late lunch with a friend today. Service was good, salad bar was great, my friend had the hickory bourbon salmon which smelt and looked amazing as well as she said it was. I had the double loaded chicken which I only had one bite of because I was filled from the salad. When I tried one bite, it seemed very salty but I thought it was me. I brought it home for dinner tonight and ended up feeding the chicken breast to the dog and ate the zucchini which was very good. Not sure why or what happened that the chicken was so salty that I couldn't eat it. Mind you, I love salt and even salt pizza. I wonder if the salt shaker fell on it in the kitchen. Otherwise, it is always good there. The restaurant is clean and the staff are very kind and friendly. The restroom was very clean as well, which is very important. read more

Really disappointed. Confused on why my dad always brought us here when we were kids. I came back with my son & was beyond disappointed. Second time back here in about a year. I love hamburgers & they disappointed me the last two times I came here. Who in the heck uses shredded lettuce for a hamburger ... by the time I got it up to my mouth for my first bite all the lettuce was off the burger! Come on now. That big old salad bar and you can't find a piece of lettuces to throw on there?! I asked for ranch and honey mustard when I ordered & had to ask for it three other times as well. Food was cold by the time I got my sauces. The server decided to do everything she had to do for all the other tables, rather than work as the customers requested. That server needs a little retraining. If I ask for extra napkins you dont go to the family who sat down, get their order for drinks, then go get their drinks & come back with my napkins. Just wrong to have to wait like so you don't have to make multiple trips. Also, maybe Ruby Tuesday's can teach the servers to refill the drinks read more
