I contacted a repair shop and they said fixing the windows alone would cost $500. Our previous broker was unresponsive, and when our insurance company tried to block us from renewing our coverage, citing an "unlivable" roof (despite us having repaired it years ago and providing proof), that broker was the absolute worst to deal with.
