I liked the quick waxing service but the waxing lady had missed few hairs which is normal as most salon does leave few hairs too. I just hope they have more groupon deals for threading and waxing at this location or some special offer, so I could make this go-to spot for all my beauty services. read more

Went for the first time recently and the services were fine. I got threaded and a facial. Staff was really nice and the massage felt great but I was a bit weary of the cleanliness of the whole experience. Never once heard my person wash her hands even after coming from another facial room into mine. Overall a good experience but I don't plan to come back for a facial, most likely threading though. read more

Horrible place with worst people who needs customer behavior training. 1st of all they don't know how to talk to customers. If they don't do any additional steps in any service just say NO instead of that they criticize you by saying "Did you ever get this service done before in US". We are spending money to feel good NOT to get criticize by you. TIPS are given by satisfaction of service. Do not tell or demand customers by telling that others will give this much amount and you are giving less. Yes they might have got better service but I DID NOT. CAUTION...these workers talks bad about you in-front of you in different language thinking that you don't know their language. This type of behavior with customers shows their ethics, the way they are trained and brought up. Try to learn some manners on how to behave and satisfy your customers. That will automatically bring revenue and TIPS. If you continue like this then one day you just need to do service to your own employees as no one else will come. read more

Great for eyebrows -- stick to Rosie or Priya. But do NOT get the mani/pedi. It took two hours out of my life, and the whole experience was just OK. They're clearly not set up for nails. I had to vacate the pedicure chair for my manicure, and they just set me up on one of those chairs underneath a dryer for the manicure. Didn't give me slippers for my feet. Didn't soak my nails. Didn't even know what a "shiny buff" was! You get what you pay for. Go to any of the nail places in any strip. Sure, you MIGHT pay a few dollars more, but you won't waste 2 hours of your life, and they will know what they're doing. read more

I have been going to the Decatur shop for 15 years. They always do a fabulous job, I have even made several request for henna decorations for which Rosie is eagered to fulfill, I drive 38 miles one way to get my brow arched. I found this place during the "winter event" week so it was not crowded at all. I am going to butcher the spelling of her name but Miurie did a great job on my eyebrows. I am so happy to find such a conveniently located place to get my eyebrows threaded. The parking lot is difficult to get in and out of as other reviewers mentioned. Still I plan to come back and hopefully I will discover a sweet spot in timing so I don't end up with the long waits that have received complaints. read more

My first time at this today... I got my eyebrows threaded and they did a beautiful job. My new eyebrow place for sure.

I love this place! You cannot beat $6 (plus tip) for eyebrow threading. No hot wax, no break outs, and no tweezing. This is a no-frills salon, but they get the job done. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and I have also never had a problem with parking (although I can see how it could be tight during busier times.) I have never been disappointed with any of the ladies who have done my eyebrows, but Ruby, Dolly, and Mayuri do an especially good job. read more

Finally my prayers has been answered an Indian Beauty Salon in Dunwoody Yaayyyyy !!! Well I was super excited to visit the salon and get my eyebrows, henna and facial done without having to drive 40min round trip to global mall during huge work traffic. Well although I'm happy about the convenience I hate the customer service. The receptionist/beautician need to learn to welcome customers and value business than be cut throat and annoying singing songs or eating or chatting all the time distracting the work she is doing or of the other beautician working on a customer. The ambience, prices, services all are great but need to teach adequate to these beauticians providing the services. I noticed 2 distinct approaches to the customers in the sense the way they welcome and provide services to non-Indian to an Indian. I felt really disgusted to see that. Also, may it might be just me but every Indian salon I have been too the hair henna charge is to apply henna, process it under their machine and to wash it off. If someone has a time constrain they cld choose to get henna applies and leave, some genuine salon has reduced the charges and other wld charge the full service charge but choice would be customers. In this salon for the first time after applying hair henna she handed me the receipt after paying I was still waiting to be sat to be processed after watching me for 10mins she asks me 'Are waiting on any other services?'. I was confused and she broke the RITUAL at the salon that they only apply henna and I can wash it off after 3 hrs at home. Even after I insisted that I made my appointment and left work early for application/process/wash time, she would just debate with me. I gave up but yet paid the full charges. THIS IS A JOKE. Was treated better in India wherein almost every other every other street has a salon. Being in USA and relying mostly on Indian customers I'm blown away with the whole ordeal. I WILL NEVER EVER GO ANY LOCATION OF THIS SALON. I will take my business to a salon that values me/my needs for the money I pay for the services that are offered. read more

love ruby! i go soo out of the way to come here now that i live in buckhead.. but seriously i have converted so many of my friends to being faithful customers! the ppl here are super friendly.. i actually ran into one of the ladies who work here at the mall and she always remembers me now i've been to several threading places in atlanta and outside of atlanta and ruby has consistently been the best! i know everyone requests rosie b/c she does a pretty pain-free job, however i prefer one of the other ladies here - i'll ask her name next time and update but she has long straight hair, large eyes, and a round-ish face i always feel SO CLEAN after getting my eyebrows threaded.. it's like getting a haircut for your face!! note: it can get very crowded here sometimes.. like an hour wait or so.. especially during lunch or early afternoon - i find the best time to come is right before they close at 8 - if you call in and tell them you're running late they will wait for you too :) read more

Service was horrible!This was my first time having all of the services received. I received brow threading and tinting, a brazilian wax, and leg and underarm wax. The person that serviced me for the brows was apparently the manager or the owner because she kept stopping and assisting others, which took her away from servicing me properly. There are still gaps in my brows (which the purpose of the tinting is the fill in gaps!). For the waxing, first of all she did not wipe the area clean before applying the wax (although it was my first time...I normally shave, it is my understanding that you are to wipe the area clean first), it did not remove ANY hair (my underarms look the same as when I went in and she still charged me for the service! Her excuse was, I must have shaved recently...I shaved almost a week ago!). A small patch of hair was left on my legs as well as after the Brazilian (and I am not a hairy person; the hair on my legs, what little I have, is very fine so I'm not sure how this little patch was left). The final straw was they left wax all over me and didn't bother to clean it off!! I had another appointment to get to (which is why I didn't have time to fight with them about the horrible service) and I had to go to this appointment all sticky and gross! I will NEVER RETURN and advise you not to go either...they need to stick with brows (not tinting, just the shaping). read more
