Whether you are new in town or visiting a new neighborhood. There are many ways to Meet and Greet the locals. Including the father and son butcher market along the east side of Lake Mead Blvd. Rubio and his son Christian provide high quality meat for more than 30 restaurants throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Even during our present unprecedented times with social distancing and social phobias. Rubio still places high priority on providing customer service with a sincere neighborly welcome. You might say this is one type of Meat and Greet that is more than Meats the eye.

Wow, wow, wowww!!!…read more What an amazing dinner and time it was at Bazaar Meat!!!! Everyone was so so nice where it felt like we were in an episode of Cheers! It was like everyone knew us and greeted us so warmly! :) We opted for the ulitmate tasting menu and it sure was the ULTIMATE experience!!!! All the dishes were impeccably presented, and tasted so fun and unique! It was truly a neat dining experience!! The Asst. GM, Jeff, came by and treated us to some off menu items the kitchen was working on as a future menu addition, we got great drink recommendations, and was waited on by the most delightful crew!!! They made sure our bellies were full so we could catch our show in time! If you're looking for an amazing fine dining experience, Bazaar Meat is the place to go!!! From the ambience to the food and the service, you can't go wrong!!!

If you're going to dine here you should read up on WCK. He's making a huge impact in the world for good! We got a last minute reservations for 2 for a Tuesday night dinner during a busy conference week. Hosts were great and accommodating on a fluid schedule (we had to move back the time). Once seated we dove in with a round of great cocktails. I had an east side which was great (not one menu but classic). We had been jumping around to events leading up so didn't want to sit for a full tasting menu so just ordered a few dishes to share. We started with caviar cones which were good bit not incredibly special, then bison buffalo style which was also solid. I insisted we order my favorite dish from when I'd eaten at Bazaar in LA which is the Philly cheese steak and they did not disappoint. My favorite dish of the night again. We ended with a shared ribeye which was very well cooked but my dining partner needed a little punch so asked about sauces and we got a truffle sauce to go with the steak that was an absolute standout. Black truffles floating in a rich but not overpowering sauce that made the steak 10x better. It was a quick but great meal with solid service. Standouts were the Philly cheese steak and the truffle steak sauce though.

The moment I walked in, I loved how bright, clean, and modern the space felt. It has that casual, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal slowly. The staff were super friendly and attentive from start to finish, which made the experience even better. We decided to try some of their newer menu items -- the Chicken & Sausage Plate ($15.99) and the Picanha Plate ($16.99). Both were absolutely delicious. The meats were grilled perfectly, juicy, and flavorful with that signature Brazilian-style seasoning. The Picanha especially stood out -- tender, rich, and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of char. For sides, the Brazilian cheese bread was warm, soft, and slightly chewy -- such a comforting bite. I also really enjoyed the pasta side, which was creamy and surprisingly tasty. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and balanced. Overall, B:STAKÉ is one of those places where you can feel the care behind every dish. Between the great flavors, friendly service, and clean atmosphere, I can definitely see why my friend recommended it. I'll be back soon to try more from the menu -- this spot deserves more attention!

Sometimes the saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" really does hold true. Just take a look…read moreat this steak and lobster! Hands down one of the best steak and lobster meals I've ever had in my life, and the fact that Herbs & Rye offers half-off steaks during their daily happy hour makes it that much better. The quality of food you're getting for the price is almost unbelievable, especially in Las Vegas. Everything about this meal was phenomenal, from the perfectly cooked steak to the lobster. It's the kind of dinner you find yourself thinking about weeks later. My only complaint? I can't come here more often! Reservations can be tough to snag, but that just tells me everyone else has figured out how incredible this place is. Between the intimate atmosphere, fantastic food, and incredible value, Herbs & Rye is one of the best date night spots in Las Vegas. There's a reason this place has earned such a great reputation. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Dined here on a Saturday night; 6pm reservations. Overall it was a bit of a mixed bag but somewhat…read moredisappointing in regards to the food flavors. We had been to Herbs & Rye a few times in the past just for cocktails and I can't recommend enough the bar service. Excellent quality ingredients and knowledgeable mixologists who are happy to customize any drink to your taste. The restaurant interior is a cool speakeasy vibe. It's bustling but in a good way. For dinner we had a party of three and we started with the French onion soup, the wedge salad and the beef sliders. The soup was very bland - it was in dire need of salt and the cheese was not flavorful at all (it was maybe a mozzarella or some other melty application?) It needs to be a greuyere or something else with a kick. The salad also was in need of seasoning. The ingredients were good quality but the dish was overall bland. The sliders were ok - the horseradish sauce was a welcome bit of flavor. For entrees we shared the blue cheese pork chop, the filet and the cacio y pepe pasta with sides of creamed corn and sweet potato tots. I ordered the pork chop medium and unfortunately it was served well done (and as a result very dry). The flavors were ok but the garlic mashed potatoes on the side were also extremely dry. The filet and pasta were fine - nothing to write home about. The sweet potato tots were probably (and sadly) the highlight of the meal. Clearly homemade and very fresh and tasty. The creamed corn was way too loose and as a result lacked very much flavor. We finished with the dessert platter which presented each of the menu desserts but in a smaller portion. The only item I cared for was the apple bread pudding. The rest of the items weren't prepared properly. For example the crème brûlée custard was overcooked and broken and most of everything else was also overcooked and dry. Because this is an independent locals place we really wanted to love it but I just can't recommend it for a dinner. Cocktails yes; food no. On the bright side the service is excellent. Our server Victor took great care of us and the food runners and bussers are awesome. Dinner for three came to $239 before tax and tip which included three glasses of wine and one cocktail. If the food preparation was just a little bit better it'd be one of the best values in Vegas.

My reservation at 5:30 p.m. required navigating rush hour traffic, and I would gladly repeat the trip. The service is exceptional, particularly from Derek; I highly recommend requesting him. On this recent trip our table had the hamburger, portobello mushroom fries, and the crab cake benedict - all amazing, cooked to perfection, absolutely delicious.
