    Hot and cold dishes

Yelp Review 2025 #117: As a big carnivore, I love churrascarias and rodizios. Everybody knows about big-named franchises like Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil where gauchos go around table to table serving up some delicious meat/ chicken/ pork on a spit. B Stake is different. It's a self-service buffet. You get food and get charged by the pound. You get a separate paper plate for side dishes (hot or cold) for $12/lb; and a separate paper plate for meats for $22/lb. Grab your plastic utensils. It's a very casual place. They have 7 grilled proteins to choose from: bacon-wrapped chicken, garlic chicken leg, chicken thigh herb, linguica, garlic beef, Picanha (top sirloin cap), and Alcatra (top sirloin). Just enough options without being overwhelming. I do wish they also had a bacon-wrapped steak option. For sides, they have a salad bar. Cold sides: Lettuce, hardboiled eggs, corn, chicken salad, croutons, carrots, broccoli, green beans, beets, onions, potato salad, kale, pasta salad, couscous, tomatoes. Hot sides: Pao de queijo, pastel, rice, beans, greens, mashed potatoes potato, Mac and cheese, pasta, stroganoff, Croquetas, eggplant, fried plantains. At the end of the line, you order your proteins. You weigh your plates of food. Add your condiments like hot sauce, chimichurri and peppers. And lastly, you pay. I got 1.02lbs of meat and 0.97lbs of side dishes. I went with my go-tos: Alcatra, Picanha, garlic beef, broccoli, Pao de queijo, green beans, fried plantains, and gave their croquetas and chicken salad a try. The meats were tasty and tender enough for the plastic utensils. They have bottled/ canned drinks like Guarana, sodas, iced tea, and water. They also have fountain drinks (Coca Cola products). I love Fogo but sometimes it's just way too busy and requires a reservation. So, if you're in the mood for grilled meat all of a sudden, you can just come to B Stake. They have the Brazilian flag by the soda fountain, and Brazilian music playing.

Getting the freshly cut picchana. The owner is always so friendly!

Quality Brazilian steak house meats in a super casual environment at a fraction of the price of Texas de Brazil? A keto person who is about the meats? Let's go! B Stake is the spot. The genius of this place is making that type of food more accessible and convenient without sacrificing product and service. Upon entering, grab a dine in plate or go box and get in line to start adding sides and salad if desired. At the end, the meat is cut fresh and loaded on to your plate. You have control of the portion size. They have both canned and fountain drinks, with beer and wine coming once their license clears. Items are priced by the weight of your plate. The staff is friendly and the owner is super friendly and attentive. I enjoy seeing him interact with people and can tell he has a very solid regular clientele. My partner and I have been here repeatedly as well as ordered delivery. The quality and consistency has been excellent. My favorites are the herb chicken thighs and the picchana steak. I really enjoy B Stake and look forward to many more visits.

A friend of mine recommended this spot, and I'm so glad I finally checked it out! B:STAKÉ is a Korean-owned Brazilian BBQ restaurant tucked away at the corner of South Rainbow and Sunset -- definitely a hidden gem worth discovering. The moment I walked in, I loved how bright, clean, and modern the space felt. It has that casual, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal slowly. The staff were super friendly and attentive from start to finish, which made the experience even better. We decided to try some of their newer menu items -- the Chicken & Sausage Plate ($15.99) and the Picanha Plate ($16.99). Both were absolutely delicious. The meats were grilled perfectly, juicy, and flavorful with that signature Brazilian-style seasoning. The Picanha especially stood out -- tender, rich, and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of char. For sides, the Brazilian cheese bread was warm, soft, and slightly chewy -- such a comforting bite. I also really enjoyed the pasta side, which was creamy and surprisingly tasty. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and balanced. Overall, B:STAKÉ is one of those places where you can feel the care behind every dish. Between the great flavors, friendly service, and clean atmosphere, I can definitely see why my friend recommended it. I'll be back soon to try more from the menu -- this spot deserves more attention!

Many times here. Decided to check in since it's been a minute. As always I love how I can choose how much my portions are. Got my salad fix as well as my pichana. Medium well. Only 1 thing got changed since. The cup sizes. They have 1 standard plastic cup. But doesn't matter. As the fountain drinks are self serve and can keep being filled unlimited amounts of time

This place just opened a couple weeks ago and the service is very friendly. I'm assuming he was the owner because he was super passionate about explaining all of the food and the menu. It is self service style and weigh by the pound. It's very clean and sanitary. Our plate came out to be about $30 for a weight of 1.8lbs. We got some of the veggie salads, Mac n cheese, chicken stroganoff, Brazilian cheese bread, and the sauces on top. This time we tried the signature picanha, herb chicken, and the sausage. Everything was super flavorful and delicious! I did think the price is a little higher on the pricey side so just be careful when loading up your plate. We split one big plate and it was perfect for us.

    No chimichurri!

Passed this taking old lady to the dds and was intrigued. After reading reviews I had to try it. There's a steady stream of people both coming, going and dining in. We were promptly greeted by Sue and asked if we wanted to dine in or to go. I chose the latter so I was given a plastic container. I got some grilled veggies, pasta salad, marinated veggies and cheese bread. Matthew was on the meats, I got garlic chicken, garlic beef, the cap sirloin, and bacon wrapped chicken. I read how amazing the chimichurri was and was excited to try it, but Sue said they were out! It was around 3 so I guess you have to go earlier to get it. I put the container on the scale. It was around $20. Felt fair for what I had. I talked to Sue a bit and she told me about the restaurants in California, and one was near me in Glendale! Out here they're called La Vaca Brazilian Grill and are typically in malls. There was a lot going on in the moment and if she told me why they have a different name, I couldn't tell you, but I can tell you that if the food is as good as this, galleria here I come! I tried the garlic beef in the car, phenomenal! Great flavor, very tender and juicy! The cap was also the first cuts, was so pretty so I got like 4. It was supposed to be med rare but only like one piece had pink. The garlic chicken was my least favorite that I wouldn't repeat. It didn't compare flavor wise to the others. Everything was tender and juicy. Cheese bread is always a win, and the veggies were tame enough to let the meats be the star. The potato balls are delicious too. The pasta salad I also wouldn't repeat. Let's be honest tho, you go to a churrascaria for the meats, and they live up to the hype here. Old lady at first didn't want to eat after such a thorough cleaning, but my raving had her try it. She rarely says this, but said she wanted to go back and get her own plate. The only things I could say were about the plastic container- argument to eat there, lack of chimichurri - I might've just had bad luck on this? And I was hoping for pork belly on the menu. None of this takes away anything from the experience and deliciousness with what they did have. Thank you Matthew and Sue, I'll be checking out La Vaca soon, but you have a winner here with B. Stake!

B.Stake is the newest addition to the Southwest side of Las Vegas, in the same area with the ever so popular In n Out and California Fish Grill off the southeast corner of Rainbow and Sunset This KOREAN owned Brazilian restaurant is AMAZING. Delicious and reasonably priced for this day and age. I almost want to say this is a family-owned restaurant as the owner was who was serving the meats as well as manning the cashier, meanwhile the wife was preparing the sauces for self-service. Upon entry, you are greeted with AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY staff describing the process (grab a plate/container and go down the self-service salad bar then hot dishes). Most of the staff is speaking korean to each other which threw me off for a bit. Later i overheard a conversation from the owner to another customer stating his family had immigrated to i believe he said Argentina? at some point, which is why they have this background. ANYWAYS.... Prices vary depending on what you pick. Salad Bar (and/or) Hot Dishes - $8.95/lb Salad Bar + Hot Dishes + Churrasco - $13.95/lb Chicken/Sausage Only - $15.95/lb Churrasco (BBQ) Meats Only - $19.95/lb The salad bar is, well, a salad bar. Lots of various toppings and what not as well as potato salad, pasta salad, cole slaw, etc The hot dishes consisted of white/fried rice, feijoada (black bean stew), pao de queijo (cheesy bread), chicken empanada, potato balls, fried banana, grilled veggies, some sort of pasta, some sort of greens, etc Finally, the star of the show, the churrasco, manned by the owner himself. You have a choice of Top Sirloin (Alcantra), Top Sirloin Cap (Picanha), Garlic Beef (Picanha ao alho), Brazilian Sausage (Linguica), Chicken/Bacon, Chicken Thigh Herb, Garlic Chicken leg. You can get as much as you want. As above, its charged per pound based on what you picked previously. You get to the cashier and pay. Then theres a little "sauce/condiment" area with homemade chimichurri, hot sauce, salt, and other things i cant remember. but GET THE CHIMICHURRI ! I'm just gonna skip talking about anything in the salad or hot food bar and talk about the meat. PERFECTLY COOKED AND SEASONED. VERY TENDER. JUICY. Add the chimichurri too and oh my god ! amazing. I tried the TOP SIRLOIN CAP (PICANHA), GARLIC BEEF (PICANHA AO ALHO), and BRAZILIAN SAUSAGE (Linguinca). Top sirloin cap and garlic beef, FAVORITE. Chimichurri. SO GOOD. Potato ball and chicken empanada were not bad, The cheesy bread had a mochi like texture. Not bad. Fried rice. Ok. Forget anything else, MEATS ! ! ! ! Typically I write a review after a visit or two but nope. This place is SO GOOD ! I already foresee myself being here quite often either for lunch during work or dinner after work. This is amazingly/sadly conveniently located right by work. I sincerely hope this place will be here for a long long time so my stomach and taste buds can be happy for a long long time. Never have to think about Texas de Brasil or FOGO ever again, or even that other place down the street... Unsure if they take into account of the thick plate/container weight when weighing though. (edit) yes! the owner clarified and stated the container is programmed in the POS to be removed from the weight ! My only complaint is their place is TOO SMALL ! I fear for when more people find out about this place and it'll be a struggle to find a table to sit down at... (edit) WARNING ! ! ! came here twice for to-go. first time i did a larger salad and meat, and was charged $13.95/lb at 1.33lb. second time i came here, it was a smaller salad but still a salad + meat and was charged meat only at $21.95/lb at 1.05lb. MAKE SURE what they are charging you before you pay as it doesn't show on the screen. Quite the discrepancy in price (as well i think their prices already went up in the short amount of time they've been open)

** Authentic Brazilian Flavors--Fast & Affordable!** If you love Brazilian *rodizio* but don't want the high price tag, this new churrascaria is a fantastic alternative! While it's fast-food style, the quality doesn't disappoint--you'll still find **great cuts of meat**, including flavorful grilled options, along with a selection of hot and cold sides. The atmosphere is friendly, clean, and bright, making it a great spot for a quick yet satisfying meal. It's not the full *rodizio* experience, but for the price, it's an amazing taste of Brazilian barbecue. Perfect for meat lovers who want quality without the wait or high cost! Definitely recommend giving it a try--I'll be back for more!

Service at the counter was helpful! Walked in and decided to try it out for lunch since I was in the area. It's a small restaurant with a only few tables. Parking can get busy during mealtimes, it's in a strip mall off the 215 on Rainbow nearby In and Out and Greek Chicken. I a placed a take out order online on Clover through their website, but it is new system so my order wasn't quite ready. I was trying it for convenience and because I had a serious craving for steak and cheesebread! The process to get food was quick and easy, grabbed some to go containers went down the service line and picked my 2 hot and cold sides, and 2 meats. I selected green beans, corn, fried plantains, and kale salad. For my meats, I got the garlic meat and pichana. Instead of going by weight, I just got the plate deal. Unfortunately, I originally wanted some cheesebread but it wasn't available at the time so I had to substitute. That's why so I took off a star. I will have to go back again when they have it. All in all food quality was great, the meats were tasty! I finished my plate and it was quite filling. Once they work out their ordering system, I'm sure they will have plenty of happy and hungry customers.

B:Stake opened up about a week ago and it's already super popular! I saw their video on Instagram on their opening date and I just knew I had to drag my friends to try it. So today after our gym session, we stopped by around 2PM for a late lunch and they were packed! B:Stake specializes in Brazilian BBQ so think Texas De Brazil, Fogo, etc except it's not all you can eat. You pay by the pound. You grab whatever you want to eat, put it on your plate, weigh it at the end, and enjoy! This is a game changer. My husband hates going to Brazilian BBQ cause we can't eat that much food and it's pricy. This concept makes it so much better for us -- we can still eat what we want to eat but don't feel compelled to over eat to make it "worth it." When start by grabbing a plate or a to-go box with a tray. It's like a line at a buffet -- it's self serve. You hit the cold items first, then the hot items, and then you let them know which meats you want and they get it/slice it up for you. I ended up with some potato salad, kale salad, and bowtie pasta from the salad bar. For the hot dishes, I grabbed some Brazilian rice, Spanish rice, collared greens, and potato croquette. I've seen that they usually have the cheese bread but they didn't have it today...bummer! Hopefully they'll have it next time I go. For meats, I went with the top sirloin cap (picanha), garlic beef (picanha ao alho), and Brazilian sausage (linguica). I really enjoyed the kale salad -- it had a sweetness to it, maybe from dried fruits or the dressing. I also liked the collared greens -- it was garlicky. I thought both the Brazilian rice and Spanish rice were delicious -- good flavor and went really well with the meat. I wasn't a huge fan of the garlic beef as it was cooked thoroughly. The sausage was good and I loved the picanha. I asked for medium rare -- it was tender, juicy, and great flavor! They also have sauces for you to use: habanero, chimichurri, chili peppers, and a yuca powder. The chimichurri is really good! Remember to grab some at the end! If you like spicy stuff, the habanero and chili peppers are also very delicious. A little bit goes a long way so don't dunk your meat in it before you actually try the spice levels. Prices are super reasonable as well: Salad bar and/or hot dishes $8.95/lb Salad bar + hot dishes + meat $13.95/lb Chicken/sausage only $15.95/lb Meats only $19.95/lb We all really enjoyed our food. I got a lil bit over a pound of food and I finished it all. We can't wait to come back! B:Stake will definitely be one of our regular lunch places from now on! Definitely recommend!

Matthew (Mateus), the owner, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. His family recently relocated here from Los Angeles, and he brings over 20 years of experience to this spot. All the food is freshly prepared and weighed at checkout, with prices starting at $11.95 for salad and sides, and $21.95 for meats. They're planning to launch a catering menu soon, and you'll also be able to order through apps like Ezcater, which will be perfect for office events. Parking lot is sometimes pretty busy, but there is a lot of parking. Plenty of seating. The signs and decor inside are fantastic and really capture the spirit of Brazil. I have many co-workers from Brazil, and after visiting a few times already, I know this will be a regular spot for lunch or catering our workplace luncheons. Highly recommend!

In town for a bowling tournament and wanted to try this food concept for Brazilian steakhouse (fast-casual dining). We were immediately greeted by the manager/owner. We opted for 2 types of meat: top sirloin cap & Garlic beef. Season was good but not well balanced, it was a bit on the salty side. Their fresh food bar was ok too, but i did enjoy the greens. While my friend was offered a cut selection/cook wellness, I was not, I was just given the remaining cut of beef that remained after my friend got his serving. They charge meat by the pound and the fresh food bar by the pound as well. The manager/owner was friendly and the small store appeared to be clean.

Even with a line, service is friendly and wait times are pretty minimal. Their menu has a little of everything from beef ribs, brisket and sausage links to okra, corn nuggets and slaw. Seating is first come first serve and they have e quite a large dining area with plenty of tables with bench seats. Next to the soda machine are an abundance of different sauces that will appeal to even the pickiest of bbq eaters. For lunch we chose the 3 meat trio. We chose sliced brisket (it comes chopped if you don't specify) 1/4 dark meat chicken and hot links. For the included side, we chose the dirty rice. We added an extra 1/4 dark meat chicken and a side of cheesy mac and cheese. Wife and I split the brisket and hot links and we will usually have leftovers as they are generous with their portions. All the barbecue has rich and Smokey flavor. The brisket was tender and had a hive visible smoke ring around the edge. The links have nice heat that is not overpowering. The dark meat chicken is also tender and juicy. When you peel the skin back the meat underneath is glistening. Both the rice and macaroni complimented our protein selections. If I have one knock, the sides were merely warm and not hot. I think this as due to the volume of people there for lunch today. For sauce I chose their original and sweet mama varieties. They are very tasty and full of southern bbq influence. All-in-all, this is a great BBQ spot and centrally located for visitors to the Strip.

While it wasn't quite what I expected, it was still delicious. With just a few minor tweaks, it could easily be taken to the next level. I wish the slices were a little thinner and longer, and the portion of meat a bit more generous. Don't get me wrong--it was still enough for two solid meals--but those small changes would really elevate it. The rye bread was fresh and soft, and the Brussels sprouts had just the right tangy bite from the balsamic vinegar. The cantaloupe juice was incredibly fresh and so sweet it tasted like candy--I couldn't get enough. We visited around lunchtime on a Saturday, so the line was out the door and the wait for food was about 25 minutes. Luckily, the weather was fantastic. Seating is first-come, first-served outdoors, but most people are friendly and happy to share tables.

Tip: must come hungry!!…read more Got there early, thankfully bc then it got buuusay! Ordering went by quickly. Such a wide variety of sodas. All the decor added to the ambiance. The pig - pictured - was cute. All food was 20/10! The dino rib was all of our fave meat. It was fall-off- the-bone and juicy! The mac n cheese was soo tasty! The cornbread was good too, we enjoyed that it was similar to a topper of a muffin or cupcake... unique. Def going back to try the dessert.

John Mull's Meats & Road Kill Grill delivered an experience that was just as memorable as the food…read more I ordered the 5 pork rib dinner with collard greens and macaroni & cheese, and everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The ribs had a perfect smoky bark with tender meat that pulled right off the bone. The sides absolutely held their own. The collard greens were well-seasoned and savory, and the mac & cheese was creamy and comforting. But the real standout? The cornbread -- easily one of the best parts of the meal. It was soft, rich, and downright addictive. The service was just as impressive. No line at all, and the process was smooth and efficient. One of the coolest moments was finding out my meal had already been paid for by someone else -- a small thing that made a big impact. They offer two sauce options, and I highly recommend the spicy sauce. It's not overly hot, just a nice kick that complements the meat perfectly. Great food, awesome customer service, and a laid-back picnic-style atmosphere make this place a must-visit.
