His estimate was reasonable for the amount of work to be done and very competitive with estimates I had already received from five other contractors. Andrew and his assistant Matt took about two days to transform my kitchen into something really sharp. Andrew was very thorough and even took care of some odds and ends that were left by the builder (and previous contractor who installed the counter top). Also, Andrew was very neat - he covered the counter top to avoid any damage or stains and swept the floor after both days of working. After they left, you would never know that two people were sawing tiles and working with grout and tile adhesive all day. I wouldn't hesitate to book Andrew for any other jobs I need done around the apartment. It was a five-star experience from start to finish and I'm glad I found the Handy Andy Squad.

Dmitri did the following for me, bathroom remodel including tile work, plumbing and minor electric. He converted a corner tub to freestanding and ran the new floor mounted faucet and drain. In the kitchen he demo'd a wall to make a breakfast counter and did the new cabinets, installed new flooring and helped me find a granite installer. He can do plumbing, electric, anything that requires experience, tools and an attention to detail. He painted the interior and installed new hardwood in the living room and new vinyl flooring in the bedrooms. All is level and he included quarter inch round which he painted, cut to perfect match, caulked, nailed in and then more caulk and touchup paint. It looks amazing, like it was always here. I saved the best for last. He is as honest as he is hard working. He is quiet and polite and keeps his work space clean. Look no further, you need to hire this contractor while you can. He was the same price as others who were shady at best.
