We were a hit in NYC, people in Times Square were taking our photo, sometimes with us, and we got seated at Lillies, a Victorian themed restaurant without a reservation because they liked our look so much. After I got the confirmation email, she billed me 35 dollars over the price I originally paid. I called headquarters again, they said my situation had to be escalated. I called again, headquarters gave me a nonesense story that my credit card was denied, it was an American Express and I have 820 credit score. I will never buy another item from this company again.
