I have had keratin treatments multiple times, so I know how they should be done. My Groupon coupon was for $101, but the spa asked me to pay an additional $75, which I did. Surprisingly, they completed the treatment in just 30 minutes when a proper keratin treatment usually takes at least 2-3 hours. Still, I trusted their process. The real disappointment came after the first wash, 48 hours later my keratin completely washed out, and my hair returned to its original state. When I went back to the spa to address the issue, they refused to even check my hair and told me to contact Groupon instead. When I insisted that they were responsible for the poor treatment and requested a refund, they started bullying me, behaved in a racist manner, and told me to leave their property. This place is not only scamming people with fake treatments but also racist. Beware! I am not gonna trust any Groupon reviews blindly from now on

She was very very loud to begin with, but as I stated before the profanity started (f---, s---) she could have expressed herself in a more professional manner, she was at work, the customers did not need to know how your night was or what your plans were for the weekend. Kudos on being the top store in the area, keep that up and you won't be for long but girl express yourself without the cuss words and bring the volume of your voice down to an octave that demonstrates professionalism your at work, I had to get off the phone because I couldn't hear myself think. The reviews did not disappoint! She asked me questions about the wedding, what dress I was wearing, and how I felt about a shade before she put it on. She wants you to feel comfortable and the makeup to look natural. She is very patient and kind. At one point, she told me to open my eyes and one of my eyes was red. She said she it was strange that only one eye turned red, since she applied the same exact eye shadow and liner to both eyes. Maybe some eye shadow particles fell in my eye, but I didn't feel anything. She was nervous, but she quickly reacted and got eye drops to apply to my eye. She stopped and waited for the eye drops to reduce the redness in my eyes. I had a hair appointment next door and she went over to inform the hair stylist that I was going to be late. It all turned out well and the redness in my eyes disappeared, thankfully! I would definitely come back again and have Sheila do my makeup again. Prices are fair and you really get great service.

By pure luck, I ended up in Kyle's chair, and I can honestly say these are the best highlights I've ever had! Coming in I booked for an full head of color, wanting to be brought down to a chocolate brown. I took the online Madison Reed test and it said it's possible (no mention of highlights), so coming in I had high hopes. REMEMBER, All color is $97..After I talked with a stylist, she said it was impossible for me to dye my hair that light, and only half head highlights would be available. NOW the service is up to $192. ALSO the stylist was being confusing saying that she could change my "base" color AND add highlight. To both me and my mom, this meant lightening my hair. The actual service was fine.. until the end where I had to style my own hair myself. (Btw if you have curly hair, the products dried my hair out.. I frlt like I was touching tree bark) When I was using their trashy products, I thought my hair had ZERO change. It still looked black. I didn't even finish doing my own hair before walking over to my mom and complaining. My mom also agreed that there was almost ZERO change. Even after standing in the sun. I was visibly upset when the stylist came forward and asked what was wrong. I voiced my concerns about how it doesn't look any different, and that I'm not happy with the results. The stylist then said that it will develop and get lighter over time, and I just have to be patient (I call BS). I asked her to clarify and she just repeated her statement. Then she said that I would have to come in every 3-4 weeks for root touch ups and that also helps in it getting lighter over time. I got so upset I left when my mom paid.
