There is an apparent disconnect between the doctors and patient expectations with the staff. I would suggest the doctors; but go to a different office. The experience I had with the Union office was the best ever. The experience I had with the Linden office was the worst. The office staff is not honest; nor do they care (except for the surgical coordinators - they are great). Once again - doctors yes - Linden office - not if you want to be frustrated, aggravated, or deceived.

Long story short-- I had been going to the same doctor since I was 15 (Dr. Thomas Angelo of Bernardsville-- my late mother used to say, "If only all doctors were as good...."), he had retired, and I needed a new one. Dr. Postighone was suggested as a possible replacement by a friend, and he's been my regular doctor ever since. He has 2 offices-- in Stirling and Florham Park-- and is always busy, and yet his manner is consistently down-to-earth and compassionate. My major medical problem (up to now, anyway) is migraine headaches, which I've suffered from since the age of 9. As a migraine sufferer himself, Dr. Postighone is particularly in tune with what I suffer through and his suggestions regarding medication have helped spare me much unncecessary pain and suffering. In all matters where I've needed medical treatment or diagnosis (migraines, physicals, shingles, hemachromatosis...I've got the gene for it but not the disease itself..., mysterious blood spots in my eye, high cholesterol, etc.), Dr. Postighone has been cutting edge, well versed in knowledge and experience, patient, and...perhaps most importantly...kind. A good bedside manner, in and of itself, doesn't really mean much (not to me, anyway), but when you match it with skill and dedication, it makes for a winning combination. In February, my husband had his second total knee replacement, and now thanks to Dr. Rojer, we can…read morefinally take our lives back! Mike has had painful knee issues for years, and for many of those years, medications and injections were able to help. But by the summer of 2017, Mike was in pain all the time. We wound up cancelling vacations and other activities we enjoyed, because it hurt him just to walk up a couple of steps. Our lives got smaller and smaller, and Mike spent more and more time on the couch. Because we are only in our early 60s, we realized that this could be our lives for the next 30 years! Like most people, we have healthy concerns about surgery, but decided this was no way to live. We met with Dr. Rojer and together, made the decision for total knee replacement. We selected a date for surgery, and Dr. Rojer's experienced staff took it from there. The segue from Dr. Rojer's office to Trinitas Medical Center (and beyond that, to post op care and rehab) was seamless. Much to our amazement, Mike was up and walking around the patient floor with his physical therapists, three hours after surgery! When he was discharged from Trinitas, an at-home physical therapist and a home nurse arrived on our doorstep the next day. We didn't have to make any of the arrangements! Surgery and recovery went so well that we scheduled his second knee replacement, and that went just as smoothly. Mike finishes his last week of physical therapy tomorrow, and for the first time in years, he can walk pain-free. We have already made travel plans to take full advantage of that fact. Iceland, here we come!

The staff was extremely friendly and caring and able to understand what my needs were. I am new to this practice, and they came highly recommended. I saw Dr. Andrzej Torbus, he is very through, kind, and genuinely interested in what my concerns were. I saw him two tImes, the first was to get familiar with the practice, and get recommendations and referrals to other specialist in my plan. The second visit was for medical clearance, I am having knee surgery. Both times Dr. Torbus walked in happy and smiling, and I never felt rushed. He put me at ease, and answered all of my questions. He was able to recommend routine yearly exams that I needed to have since I was a little behind. This practice is part of Atlantic Health System. Most of my information was already in their system. Dr. Torbus could see some of my previous records and dates. All I had to do was update my insurance information. The process was very easy. I love that they have an online system called "My Chart." You sign in and can access all of your medical records, tests, appointments,that are part of Atlantic Health,and even send an email directly to the doctor and his staff. Any other doctor associated with Atlantic Health System that I've seen will also be in "My Chart." This practice is located alittle down from the center of town in Warren. . There is also free parking in their lot. There are rows and rows of medical buildings up and down Mountain Ave. RT 22 and 78 are both accessible from this office. I definitely recommend this practice.
