The matcha is really good, not too milky or watered down! The cruffin was incredible, light fluffy cream in the inside and flaky crust on the outside. The matcha powder on the top was nice too. If I am ever in the area I will be coming back here!

Food: For the Royal Tea Experience, each of us got: tea of choice, 5 tea sandwiches (Cucumber Dill Cream cheese, Chicken Salad, Egg Salad, Cranberry Turkey pinwheel, Roast Beed Arugula), 2 scones (Vanilla and Strawberry), Cream, Strawberry preserve, berries and some grapes, 3 desserts (mini muffin, Chocolate brownie, some kind of mini cake). I love the heart-shaped sugar cubes, the size is just enough for a half teaspoon of sugar. They didn't have any milk for the tea set up like other places I've been to. The tea selection is decent, I went for Jasmine Rose. I feel that the scent and tea flavor was rather weak. There was barely any scent of each so it didn't leave a big impression on me. I want to try other ones in the future for sure. The staff was super nice to offer an extra tea bag if the flavor is too weak so I went for another bag. Service: Excellent! They were fast, courteous, and friendly. 2 staff made their rounds frequently to check on us and made sure we had enough hot water in our tea pots . Parking: This is where I docked up a star. The parking lot is shared with many businesses in the same strip mall. I came here at 10 AM on a Saturday and the whole parking lot was filled, there was no spot for me to park. My friend had to park all the way on the other side of the mall and I managed to find some parking in the back (side street). Avoid lunch time at all cost, there were cars waiting around as they couldn't find any parking. After the tea experience, we went somewhere else and upon coming back around 3 PM, half the parking lot is empty. If I would give anyone a tip on the parking time, it seems to be ideal around this time.

This bakery is absolutely incredible. They carry a variety of Mexican style pan dulce, and each has a impactful delicious taste. You can also order cakes for any celebration for a reasonable price and amazing delivery. The baker is very sweet and has made cakes the same day they've been ordered. The bollio they have is the best I've ever tasted and is a family favorite. Every time I go I have to hide some bread for myself or my family will devour it all. They also sell milk/necessities and cold deserts for all to enjoy. When I have an early shift I can always count on visiting the bakery as early as 6am, and be welcomed with freshly brewed coffee, an amazing warm baked aroma and freshly baked warm bread. Unfortunately she also found out it was cold bc the urn has been unplugged. I touched the urn to gauge how cold the tea was but discovered it was mostly empty anyway. Got any cream cheese pastries? She didn't know. But she found out! (The answer is no.) I bought a couple pastries just bc the kid was so nice and helpful (my arm is in a sling and she even offered to help get the pastries for me.) One of the pastries was chilled in the fridge and felt really light, a bad sign that it's going to be dry. I bought it anyway. Panaderias are usually super cheap and I was surprised that my two pastries totaled $5. Yes I know $5 is nothing in most bakeries but there is a Northgate Market right next door and they have pan dulces for way under $1 each. IDK how this place stays in business. Prospects aren't good for finding what you want in this small bakery and it's too expensive for the quality but the service is really helpful so I'm giving it three stars. Considering the complaints about service in the other reviews, I probably won't return.
