Nathan and his crew helped me when I was stranded on the side of the road, Brad a service tech there pulled up beside me and offered me a hand to their shop, as i was stranded on the side of County 7 . From there the family took care of me while I was also not familiar with the area, it was Friday evening before Labor day weekend and they took my Truck , which just decided to stop driving and assure me they would take good care of it for me over labor day weekend. They communicated with me throughout the entire ordeal, checked over everything, took care of the issue they caught & had it ready by that Tuesday. I said again I'm not from that area, but just from telling some friends from my area this story (Rush NY) they have decided to take their vehicles there for maintenance. Not too many shops left around like T & J service and repair. Thank you.

We have purchased a used car from them for my son's 1st car. That was a BIG TRUST factor and was glad could rely on their quality of used cars and trust in them for what can be scary for a parent and their child's 1st car and new driving experience. The family-owned business has consistently provided excellent customer service and fair prices. T&J is known for their dedication, ethics, trustworthiness, and honesty. They have helped me avoid purchasing vehicle/s that could have lead to a lot of future costly repairs but was interested in due to hype and provided advice on the longevity of other cars and resale values. The mechanics are honest, trustworthy, and complete their work on time and within the quoted price. Overall, T&J is a family-owned and run business that provides excellent and honest service along with fair prices for all their customers. I know when I question if something is going on with my car or go in for regular maintenance I am in good hands that I can trust and that won't take advantage of me.
