Where to start? Well I guess with the people, I had the fortune of being welcomed and aided by the establishments name sake "J Michael Barrett". Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable are some of the things that stood out to me when working with him through the process. He showed me exactly what I was looking for as far as options in a few custom suits. He didn't try to show me what I wasn't interested or what he was trying to push. He listened and was receptive and that was greatly appreciated. Next the options... countless would be the word I would use to describe their selection. Almost to the point whereas a novice I couldn't tell the difference between some of them, but thankfully Michael was there to help. Overall, having gotten a few suits made to measure in the past I know how the experience can be a bit of a pain or seem daunting. I bought a plant but mostly T-shirts and accessories. I got to a LOT of plant shops and OFTEN. My daughter always comes here to get my plants gifts so I finally stopped in. The only gripe is them not having a restroom. They suggested I go to the Dunkin' or a restaurant in the same shopping center. For someone who needs access to a restroom at all times, this could be an issue.
