Located just off of Lebanon Pike on the other side of Party Fowl, L&C occupies a quaint house with a long plant studded entry way that leads you into a welcoming, cozy, vibey and space that is packed from floor to ceiling and wall to wall with all things plants, plant related and a few odds and ends. Plants off all kinds fill each room. They have beginner plants, those for the serious plant enthusiast, babies, full grown, pet friendly and so many more varieties. Plus, they have so many cute, quirky and gorgeous planters. Additionally, they offer all the goods you need to care for your plants from feed, seed, soil, sprays, support, etc...legit anything you need to keep it alive, they have it. They also have a potting station, so if you need something repotted or want it in a planter before leaving, they got you! Beyond all the plant wonder, their service is next level! The owners and staff were beyond friendly, welcoming, helpful and super knowledgeable. We walked in looking for some spray to help with gnats, and we walked out with a new planter, spray, bug preventing wood chips, a bit more knowledge and a new favorite plant shop in the Nashville area!

I ended up buying hose fittings, a file, a carabiner, some seeds, sandpaper, polyurethane and some gloves. The service was very helpful especially in finding the fittings. They had all the right stuff and knew where it all was. Nice place. Friendly staff. Lots of choices.

I even picked up a pencil plant or euphorbia tirucalli for you succulent aficionados out there. This is a gift shop that compliments their indoor plant shop! It has house decor, greeting cards, candy, candles, kid and dog toys, totes, and more! I really wanted the plant lady door mat and gonna see if it's there when I need a replacement for mine. It's quaint and smaller than I imagined. You've got to look up and down and all round so you don't miss all the different items offered. They will gift wrap your gifts even if you didn't buy it there. Today was awesome bc they treated us to HiFi cookies. I was told they will have them for sale in the future! They help keep my toddler stylish, and they also have some awesome keepsake items for newborns or young babies. I also beeline it for the sales section in the back since their markdowns are pretty outstanding. They have some lovely stations for chidren to play if you happen to have your kids with you. This seems like the kind of shop set up by young mothers who wanted to set up a community gathering place for fellow families. There's even a back room for birthdays, classes, and other events. The front has a nice selection of books, toys, and other fun stuff. We ended up purchasing some postcards (for coloring) for our grand girls. As a bonus the nice woman at the front gave us a good music recommendation (Robert's Western World on Broadway) and a mention of the impressionist exhibit at the Frist Art Museum. That's after both her and Gayle finished talking about dogs.

We talked for a few minutes and there was always a warm and inviting smile from her. The service was great both times I came and I ended up purchasing some nice things. On the inside you will find several different kinds of items to by. Most of them are geared towards children such as dolls, clothing, jewelry, and books. Everything feels natural inside with the presence of pastels and earth tones that present themselves gently to the eyes. You won't find cheap brightly colored plastic toys or items here. There is also a children's arts and craft area in the back and today they just so happen to be having some kind of puppet workshop which I found delightful. I think you will be thoroughly satisfied if you check out this boutique!
