Only one time I definitely did not appreciate: The cashier didn't bag all my stuff and went to break right after so I assume she wanted to get it done and over with, and when I noticed when I got home(since we had A LOT of stuff), I called. They could not find it, and said they would look at the security cameras to see if we actually had those items and I wouldn't hear anything for like 2 days. I told them what it was IN DETAIL, like to the bit. Then they found it and I went to pick it up. When I came in, they basically acted like I was a criminal stealing 2 7.99 things. The cashier was right next to me & the security talking, and didn't acknowledge anything that was said or apologized. Or even said "yes, I forgot to put it in the bag and they were here." I know she heard us, like I said, we were RIGHT next to her. I understand precautions but I mean come on. I was there literally an hour ago from when I came in. I just didn't like how they handled the situation at all. Otherwise great store and deals. :)

No big deal right, I have plenty of small trinkets I can use as a pull tab. Neither I nor the sales associate could get the zipper down. I had to go to the manager for help.???? Really? Get some pliers from the back and let's see if this coat should even be on the floor! I didn't buy it and she suggested a nice cotton shirt instead... WTH?! So I, being a gym rat, wanted some compression pants and shirt. I found them. The changing room was closed. In a clothing store! What we still in lock down? This location is a waste of out time, then again you may be able to get something really cheap at the going out of business sale. Suck experience.
