After determining the proper parts needed, and seeing that I might just be capable of their replacement, we ordered those parts. Installation was straightforward by the videos posted, and Keith was VERY helpful by phone for the few questions we needed clarification on. With Genesis' help, we were able to restore our bed to full function. A new bed like ours' replacement would run about $9000, and we are back like new for less than $2000!
