Always loved to shop here but they removed the rolling shopping carts. So disappointed that I will have to find another place to shop.

My sister and I visited Walmart Store #3469 today under extremely difficult circumstances. Our…read morebrother recently passed away, and we have been trying to contact the store for over a week with no success. I live in California, my sister lives in Florida, and we both had to go to the store in person just to try to get answers. We went to the store to return our brother's work equipment and to speak with a manager regarding whether he had any benefits or life insurance through Walmart that could help with funeral arrangements. We repeatedly asked to speak with a store manager. Instead, we were first sent a team lead, and when we asked again, a coach came out. When we explained the situation--that our brother had passed away, that we were his family, and that we needed help confirming his benefits--the coach was dismissive and unwilling to assist. We were simply told that "his emergency contact was contacted" and nothing more. No empathy, no guidance, and no effort to help us understand the process or confirm whether life insurance exists. We were told he does have insurance, but no one would help us verify this or connect us with the store manager who could actually assist. This was an incredibly frustrating and painful experience during an already devastating time. The lack of compassion, accountability, and basic assistance was unacceptable. Families dealing with loss should not be treated this way or forced to jump through endless hoops just to get information.

Wow if you love South American food or Caribbean Island food this store is most definitely for you!…read more I stumbled across this grocery store by accident. I thought I was going into the drug store for vitamins/minerals. Anyway they have every kind of packaged and canned food from the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Columbia, El Salvador, Mexico and a few more Latin countries and islands. The produce section was loaded with so many of the above mentioned countries native vegetables and fruits. The refrigerated section also had a good variety of juices, milk products etc representing goodies from the above mentioned countries. Also I noticed a decent selection of authentic ethnic and commercial baked breads and yummy pastries :). Supremo also carries your typical American grocery goods. Unfortunately they do not have an actual department for hygiene, health care items, cold medicine, etc. There are no vitamins and minerals in the store. Once I found an English speaking employee he directed me to a small section on a wall with those tiny packets of aspirin, Tylenol and a few other misc health care products like a gas station would carry. Kind of strange because this grocery store is about medium size. The cleanliness of the grocery store was a little sub par but not filthy. It's fairly organized but the check out is slow. There are large posts surrounding the entire front of the store that prevented me from taking my shopping cart out to the parking lot. So shop light or go with someone to get your car because there were several transient/homeless people around the front of the store and walking through the parking lot. Btw there is a drug store right next door to Supremo. It's not related and the door is just a few feet away once you leave the post barrier area surrounding Supremo.

The place is dirty, food is always expired on the shelves way past expiration dates, on top of it…read morethey are the rudest group of workers I've ever had to experience while going shopping. I understand people having a bad day, but everyone there has really awful attitudes. They also don't know how to do basic functions like put in a coupon.
