This is my second time visiting this grocery store. And every time that i go i never be disappointed. The Produce is always fresh the shells is always fully stocked with everything i need. The fruit is so sweet & vegetables are so fresh i purchased eight bags of groceries. That I took back home with me. I purchased something different this time & im so glad i did. I purchased two of these coconut milk drinks, one honeydew melon & one strawberry. Superfresh is my go-to place if I'm craving some Filipino snacks. They have several aisles of specialty products from different countries that make them different from the normal grocery store. Superfresh also has UPS in store so that's another reason you would pay this place a visit. The usual products are indeed higher than Walmart and Shoprite but I don't mind paying a little more if that saves me a trip just to grab a couple items from another grocery. read more

I came here because honestly, ShopRite was out of my way and I needed juice as my mom was on clear liquids for a procedure. The juice was $5 for the same juice that is $3 elsewhere. I didn't get a lot on my list Bc of prices. I like that they have specialty items but they rip people off w some prices. The store is clean and organized and aesthetically pleasing. Bought cod and the way they wrapped it was ludicrous. Had to rewrap It when I got home. I was impressed at the display but really turned off to come home and see it not wrapped well. Cashier was unfriendly and I tried making small talk.she didn't even crack a smile. I remember during the pandemic, this was the store that was charging an arm and leg for sanitizing products so I don't really respect that they would rip people off in such a terrible time. This is one of the local supermarkets that opened up not too long ago. The prices on the produce are great but everything else can be kind of high, such as condiments etc. On this day it was packed because of the Coronavirus pandemic. I didn't stand on line too long so got lucky here. I was able to find everything I need with no issues. The cashier was very friendly today as well. read more

Although there are certain foods I like to buy here, I don't feel comfortable with the male staff and I've gotten the ' no speak English' line often when I ask staff members a question, for example, the woman working at the deli department or a male workers when I ask a question about when customer service would be available. One male worker was disrepectful when I politely asked if he knew where an item might be, said he worked in the fish department, made a demeaning comment at me. I never experienced this kind of rude behavior in Shoprite though I get an occasional unhelpful person. I shop mainly in Shoprite. If a Shoprite staff member doesn't know the answer they just say so without being disrespectful and most try to help. The female cashiers are nice and helpful on the whole. Some of the prices aren't a bargain either. For example, the salmon I bought once was twice the sale price of similar Shoprite salmon though the price has since gone down. I rarely buy fish here for that reason. read more

This was my first time and last time visiting. 1. The majority of produce was over priced. However, there were a few good manager specials but the fruit was not as fresh. 2. A man stocking out the groceries was not pleasant when I asked him a question and seemed like I was inconveniencing him asking where an item was located. 3. The cashier was extremely rude. We had opened a bottle of Gatorade as we were walking to the cashier. We put the Gatorade on the belt at checkout and the cashier says "You're not allowed to open things here without purchasing." I simply said to him we had every intent on purchasing since we are here now. I have never experience this at other stores such as ShopRite and Stop&Shop that we shop at regularly. If the cashier explained this to us nicely and gave us a warning that would be fine. His attitude on the other hand was unacceptable. Korean member/owner not wearing a mask covering that was the biggest downer from the beginning of my visit today and of course others were following the lead of his bad manners. Later on...the same idiot skipped the line in front of me while I was at the register. He had no manners at all. Please be careful what you see labeled isn't what your paying. My wife purchased chicken livers and chicken hearts that we cook for our dogs. The sell by date was good, indicating a 5 day to go sell by date. Well, we threw out 3pg. Of the hearts, and one container of chicken livers..The meat management obviously knew these items were on the way out, because the sell by date indicated that they were just packed...This is not the first time this has happened.. last month the ground beef was sour....You can fool a customer once, maybe twice....but not much longer than that.. read more

I enjoy my shopping experience here. Unless, if it's on a weekend. It's a mad house. They need better structure in organizing the lines. People are confusing the deli line and the check out line, since it merges into one. Of course this merge caused several scenes of people arguing for cutting.. but i really can't blame the customers. It's really on management. When I tried to approach the manager and inform him of the chaos, he shrugged me and said "it's ok". Aisles are always clean, clutter free and fully stocked. You have a variety of countries from South America to Asia, which is always plus!!! The meat/butcher area doesn't reek like blood, which is a plus. Majority of these food stores do have a stench. However, this one does not. Which means they must be super clean! The store is always at a cool temperature, which is good because it doesn't feel muggy nor sticky. It's comfortable, almost like you don't want to leave. They also have trendy music playing, personally it's a little loud at times.. but that's ok when I go in my jam out sessions lol! This is our local go to supermarket. We literally come here every other day as we are "in the moment" kind of shoppers. This place truly over every other supermarket in the area has a large variety of international items & goods. Some people have said the place is pricey which it can be at times but as of recently, they have incorporated a large catalog of sales on many items. In addition, when it comes to supermarkets there are always going to be cheaper items than others throughout all of them. We find that this place has decent priced items in comparison to Shoprite most times. For example, this "Thanksgiving" season Superfresh had stuffing way cheaper than Shoprite. So it all depends on someone's atmosphere taste & pocket at this point, if you are someone that is a care-free shopper this place is for you. If you're looking for a place that has everything guaranteed at a cheaper price you might want to check out your options. read more

Even thou this supermarket has a wide variety of products I won't be shopping there again. On April 1st I stopped by for some groceries and decided to buy some fresh fish (yeah right). I bought it home and in its same package I placed it in the freezer. On Friday, April 3 I decided to defrost the fish and cook it for dinner..well I opened the package and there was a bad rotten smell that made me sick to my stomach. I got a plastic bag and put the fish in it and took right back to SuperFresh Supermarket. The lady at Customer Service said to me that because I did not have a receipt I would not get my money back. I explained that I got rid of the receipt but I bought it 2 days ago with my debit card and the packaging sticker had the supermarkets name, the date and amount I paid for the fish. And she insisted I could not get me money. At that point I was really Upset and demanded for her to get a manager. Never in a million years I would think that food just bought and rotten she was going that route. Or would her crazy self think I was loosing out on my money for some spoiled fish. I don't what she did or who she spoke to but I finally got my money back after 15 minutes later. I will never go back to this market. I will assume that the same thing happens to their meats. Yuck!! My experience here was not good. First I went to Customer Service to get a store card. Two employees were talking right behind me and never went to get someone to assist me. It wasn't until an employee who was leaving noticed me standing there that she went to get someone to assist me. This supermarket is nice, clean and organized, but many items are overpriced here. The store advertises ButterBall turkeys for 69c a pound with a $50 purchase. They didn't have a Turkey more than 14 pounds. Before going to shop here do your homework. I went to this place with 3 friends to purchase A couple of drinks and chips and was followed out of the store by a Manager and another store worker and they started to what felt like in a way profile us and start taking pictures of us and the car we were in and when we asked what was going on her response was "I'm protecting myself" mind you none of me or my friends showed any type of disturbance or signs of someone who was a threat we even offered to show our receipts I really would recommend someone in higher power takes care of this issue because on top of the fact that I as a customer I felt like I was being profiled but as a worker you should no to never follow anyone the way she did because thank god I wasn't anybody that was having a bad day and was ready to snap because by her walking out and standing behind the car and taking pictures she put her self in a possible dangerous position. read more
