THIS MAN ROHAN SHOULDN'T HAVE LOYAL, RETURNING CUSTOMERS. He should be happy with any emergency drop-ins where the customer is so uninformed that they just arbitrarily trust whatever is being told to he or she. He "INSISTS " you just entrust him with your precious vehicle. There's nowhere to park unless you're pulling it into the shop. So you'll have to find street parking then walk the keys over to him to go find your car. The first time I came by last year, he suggested I bring it back "AND LEAVE IT WIT HIM". This recent occasion I brought it to him thrice...the first time he alluded to an electrical problem that he couldn't even figure out, lookin right at it. It was obviously a broken wire at the pressure switch--but I had to take it home and fix it myself. If I didn't know what I was doing, he would've had me bring it elsewhere just to fix the obviously broken wire--A whole separate charge from a whole other place. I brought it back the next day(Friday) and he tells me bring it back Monday...Monday he tells me bring it back Tuesday because regardless of what he said the day before he wouldn't be able to do it today. I reasoned with Rohan that I lived in Nassau many miles away and was glad to give it to him for half a day, but not more. On that note he assured that if I came tomorrow at 8:30 he'd be best suited to take a quick look and try to diagnose it quickly. I arrived at 8:25am and waited until 8:55am. At which time he instructs me to pull it around the block still. I'm the only one there when he pulls up his gates and opens for business, but somehow another car pulls in for a quick fix or inspection sticker. All I did was ask him if he couldn't have me pull it into the shop where the bay he used for cases like mine were avaliable. He said "IM NOT WORKING ON YOUR CAR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE." . This after 4 failed attempts coming all the way back and forth from Nassau just so my Jamaican brother could get my commission. He was so disrespectful and dismissive after I'd burned my gas coming and going for his nonesense...you know I cussed him out. Took it down the block..BECAUSE GOD IS AMAZING..found a shop that had an A/C service section. From start to finish (pressure check and refill) I was out in 20mins.
