No call back that afternoon or the next day. On the third day (late morning), I left a msg stating I was expecting a call with a quote to replace the motor. No response. This morning I called again and spoke with a lady who said she would look it up and call me right back. Eight hours later and still no call back with a quote. Obviously Perfect Temp does not want my business. The only reason I gave two stars was Ezra. His demeanor and helpfulness is totally wasted with this HVAC company.

The services described in the provided service agreement were not done. the agreement says "Ductwork: Check for air leaks, and seal ducts." AND also " Insulation: Inspect and maintain insulation on ducts and refrigerant lines." These items were not done. When I called to talk about it the manager or whoever I talked to kept asking if I told him about a problem and That he looked at the ductwork at the inside unit. There is NO ductwork at the inside unit. There is a plenum which goes into the attic where the ductwork is. There was insulation missing on the chilled supply line from the exterior AC unit. That was not repaired. And he never looked at the ductwork at all and it was in need of repair. She kept arguing, talking over me! that he had done everything and that the ductwork was not included and saying he had done everything. So she just deleted the invoice.Now they can probably claim that this review is fake. It is not. They were very unpleasant

The big name company missed the obvious problems. Hale's did not. Everyone they've sent out or I've talked to on the phone has been polite and ready to help. On top of that, their guys are honest and explain everything clearly. I understand my system better now, and this past week when I had another problem, they explained all my options simply so that I could make an informed decision.
