I knew he would partner with those like him who share a true love of trees and professional delivery of service above and beyond. My builder had planted a boundary tree in my yard that had no business being in the place where it was and after time, encroached on my neighbor's driveway. I cried for two weeks but ended up deciding to take it down or find myself in small claims court :) . Of course I contacted Matthew at Big Leaf and as always, he was as sad as me about it, but gave good advice as to how to proceed. I want to point out how outstanding the crew was who took the tree down. It was done with precision and great care, and the guy with the chain saw was amazing, focused, he took time to move some small bushes out of the way, put them back without harm to them, and made the final cut according to my specs, so that i could showcase the space with a pretty container garden on the stump. The neighborhood keeps complimenting me on the use of the stump! There is no other company I would call.

OK, jury is out, but communication was very good and quote was quick and very reasonable. We hired them. This morning, they showed up on time and Adrian was first on the job to answer any questions before they started. Folks, these people had those 3 trees down safely, with no danger to the house, had the work site cleaned up, all wood hauled off, and area blown clear of sawdust. They were done by 1:00 PM and gone. If we EVER need another tree removed, we will be calling Adrian.

WOW. Just, WOW! I have had a lot of tree work done over time. It is expensive, and rightly so, but…read moreit is always more expensive when there are branches hanging over a roof or near power lines, as I had. With recent record snowfall in the Atlanta area and cold temperatures that kept 6 inches, of heavy, wet snow icing over tree branches, I shuddered every time I looked at the overgrown white pine in my front yard. It's snow-burdened branches were touching the power lines and gusty winds were threatening to break those branches and bring down the power lines, leaving me in the cold dark. I requested a quote from ASAP Tree Services, a local provider. Adrian, the owner, came by the same day to give me an estimate. I wanted more demolition than landscaping: razing the 5' tall, spindly, unkempt box bushes along the house to the ground, taking out a deadly 10' holly bush, razing sad-looking azaleas that were not only overgrown and making the center of the yard ugly, but had been planted in the shade so they never flower anyway. Adrian's quote for the tree work AND the removal of overgrown bushes was half of what I expected it to be. He gave me great advice about hiring a landscaper for one job I needed done and he confidently explained what he could do to trim back the overgrown pines so that they didn't threaten the house's roof or the power lines. I was out for the day when Adrian came by and worked his Christmas Miracle for me. As I rounded the corner I literally screamed in delight at how amazing the yard looked! All of those ugly overgrown box bushes and hollys were gone opening up the yard and exposing the nice lines of the house. Not a wood chip was left behind - the yard was immaculately clean. Adrian climbed way, way up those teetering white pines and trimmed all the lower and middle branches that dripped sap on the roof and threatened the power lines. He razed the ugly azaleas and left a lovely open circle where I plan to put part-sun plants now, because with all the branches trimmed back to the trunk, sun will now grace that area. He must have remembered my grumbling about how I would have to duck under tree limbs when mowing the lawn because he also trimmed another tree for me, one whose low branches threaten to poke out an eye every time I tried to bring the mower in close to the trunk. In short, Adrian of ASAP Tree Services exceeded my expectations for results, left the yard exceptionally clean, and he did it at HALF the cost I would have expected. Hire ASAP Tree Services and trust Adrian Martinez. His work is beyond compare and his prices exceptionally competitive.

I have used this landscape supply company several times over the years to order mulch. Every year…read moreor so I need to replenish pine straw and brown mulch in my yard. I need quite a large supply and it is more efficient for me to order and have it delivered than for me to try to buy and transport the mulch myself. This is a very reliable company with decent prices. I just ordered 6 cubic yards of brown mulch and 15 bales of pine straw. The mulch is $29 per cubic yards and the pine straw $4.25. The delivery charge was $30 I was able to order over the phone and have it delivered the next day. They gave me a time window and came within an hour of their promised time and also called when they were on the way. All of the staff I have dealt with have been courteous and professional. If you are doing a landscape job and need a supply of mulch or rocks, I recommend trying this place. You can also visit their facility right on Sandy Plains to see what they have in stock and order there (which I have done before I decided what I needed).

This is an overdue and much deserved review. A couple of years ago we needed a bunch of work done…read morein our yard. Areas were out of control, we wanted trees planted, areas cleaned out, sod laid, and more. We spoke to several landscapers and received several quotes. One thing that stood out to me was that Elite was the only one who did not say they wanted to spray glyphosate all over. The others were adamant about it. Elite fixed the areas up with the goals we wanted for each space and they look great, no glyphosate needed. The crew worked so hard and they cleaned up after themselves each day. They went above and beyond cleaning up more than was asked and we have enjoyed their work ever since. We are considering more work that needs to be done and they will be our go to. Thanks, Elite!

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give Doug and his team more stars. Doug and his entire…read moreteam were exemplary in every phase of the project, including 1) requesting for visit to scope the work for an estimate, 2) guidance and suggestions during the quote process to ensure we got the results for which we were hoping 3) delivering the a VERY REASONBALE estimate, 4) scheduling us in his queue of projects, 5) the actual execution of the work and 5) follow up. Their planning and execution was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend Doug and his team for any size job, small medium or large. We will have them do all future landscaping for us and will have them do seasonal refreshes. During the scoping phase Doug respectively offered suggestions based on his vast experience (all which we took by the way). The questions Doug asked and suggestions he made immediately demonstrated the depth and breadth of his knowledge and impressed/convinced me from the outset they were the best choice. AND the quote was very well written with EVERY detail identified so there were no surprises, which certainly engendered confidence. We discussed all the options and Doug was always mindful of our budget and NOT just trying to increase scope and cost like so many companies. I know they do much larger jobs than ours but is obvious they treat all size jobs equally. With the same identically high standards, the same commitment to delivering high quality work, with the same attention to detail and an absolute dedication to maximizing customer satisfaction. Their communication with us, before, during and after gave us a great sense of security and comfort that they were truly interested in delivering the outcome we all desired. They treated our yard like their own, cleaning up every day and clearly taking pride in their work. A differentiator I noticed was his team has been together for a long time so they are all invested in delivering a great job. The finished product was well beyond our expectations and Doug's personal follow-up is unique in today's impersonal world. Net net, Doug and his Elite Landscaping will provide you the highest quality service that will exceed your expectations. It will be at a very competitive price and will make your property truly one in which you can be very proud. And they are fun to work with. Elite Landscaping is a bases loaded home run for sure.
