I made an appointment, confirmed via text, and drove to the office. During the pandemic, you're required to call when you arrive and they'll let you into their space. I called, they said they had tried to reach me to see if I wanted an online appointment instead and if I'd rather do that. Was very confused because I was literally asking them to open the door for me, standing AT THEIR OFFICE. They let me in, but it felt like they didn't want me there. When I got there I waited like 3 minutes (I think I was the only customer) for the doc to see me. My consultation was on laser hair removal but dr.anu quickly let me know I was not a good candidate (apparently you have to be super hairy with thick dark hair). It was literally a 5 minute interaction and then I left. On one hand I nearly felt it a waste to have come to the office, but on the other, I appreciated that she was honest and didn't try to sell me on anything. I'd say based on the consultation alone, I didn't really find this place comforting or friendly at all. However, it might have just been because of the pandemic? They offer a lot of spa services and definitely were the most responsive out of the multiple med spas I called. Their prices seem fair and they also had the best reviews, so I'd still recommend giving this place a try.

I asked her about something else and again, she was dismissive like they didn't want to take me on as a client. I did not talk to the "doctor" herself....I won't be going back. That being said, it isn't as nice as when they were on Route 73. I didn't like anything about it this time.

The first time I went to her she…read moresuggested a conjugated blepharoplasty with skin pinches on both eyes and have me an estimate. My father passed away shortly after and I waited a year to come back and get the surgery. When I returned I received a different recommendation of fat transfer. I asked several times how fat transfer was going to help with bags under my eyes and they kept assuring me I would get the results I wanted. My results were horrible I still have bags under my eyes and there is no difference in them before or after just a horrible recovery period where I had swelling bruising and skin discoloration for 8 months after surgery. I'm sure she probably gets it right with most patients but she did not get it right with me, nor did the office attempt to make things right in anyway possible. Unlike most of her patients I'm not wealthy and this surgery was an investment for me towards the longevity of my career in entertainment and it was an EPIC fail.

I always leave happy. I have visited other centers for Botox and they have suggested almost double what Dr. Hughes injects into my forehead. I don't feel over done when I leave the office. They do sell you different products however I have had success with their skincare lines. I believe the skin care they are selling is better than buying in other stores and they are suggesting a regimen and teach how to layer your products which is import.

It's about Dr Geller. Seriously the worst doctor I've ever been too. He did facial threading on me. Not only did it hurt a ton, my face is still crooked from it over a year later. And I recently found out the procedure should be virtually painless. He's not experienced at any cosmetic procedures. And he's not board certified. If you looking for good estheticians go there. But please never use the doctor!!

I researched a hydra facial on line and was given Revamp as a provider. I made my appointment and had a absolutely fabulous service provided by Eileen. She not only provided great care but also gave me great aftercare instructions. Unfortunately thats where the good experience ends. When it came time to pay I was charged $50 more for the procedure. The website stated $99 and I was charged $150. The management was not there so I paid the extra $50 because I didn't want to give Eileen who was so wonderful a hard time. I came home and wrote a glowing email about my service and then addressed my pricing issue and asked for some compensation in my next appointment. No response. I called to day to actually book another appointment with eileen and got Dawn, who I believe is the spa manager/Dr.s Wife. I explained again and she said. Im not even gonna lie. Im a busy mom with 4 kids and I can't be expected to keep up with everything. I said ok well what will we be doing about this? And she said "I don't know What do you want from me? " I again stated that I wanted to come back to Eileen but I wanted some sort of compensation in my next appointment. (Note: I tend to be aggressive in my speak, so made it a point to sound calm and unbothered. ) She then said I don't know theres plenty of of other spas in the area, you can certainly go to them. At that point I hung up. After reading several review, it seems that this is par for the course at revamp. It truly is such a shame because Eileen was so professional and does wonderful work. MY hope for her is that she moves on and finds a employer who values both their staff and their clients. In the words of Dawn "theres plenty of other spas in the area, maybe you should go there"
