Conrad, our technician was absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, personable and displayed exceptional work ethics. It took Conrad two visits to repair our elevator. One visit to patiently diagnose and one return visit to install the repaired software (which had to sent out to a third party). Our elevator was repaired within weeks when the installer couldn't diagnose the problem for months AND for a fraction of the cost of a new elevator, which was the solution that was offered by several other companies.
