After our initial installer "stalled" diagnosis of our problem for months, we found Vertical…read moreTransport. Starting with the front office, Andrea was ALWAYS efficient and responsive with our phone communication and took time to provide follow up and detailed updates each time we spoke. Manager Craig was readily available to answer technical questions and explained the various options, cost for repair and best/worst scenarios. And then there is Conrad! Conrad, our technician was absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, personable and displayed exceptional work ethics. It took Conrad two visits to repair our elevator. One visit to patiently diagnose and one return visit to install the repaired software (which had to sent out to a third party). Our elevator was repaired within weeks when the installer couldn't diagnose the problem for months AND for a fraction of the cost of a new elevator, which was the solution that was offered by several other companies. All in all, a top notch trustworthy team focused on customer service, quality work that deserves your business

Stay away from Stiltz - they are amateurs with slick tricks…read more When their salesman arrived at my house, it was obvious that he could not measure properly. He wasn't sure the unit would fit in two areas, but he wanted to sell us the unit anyway. He said, "If you want exact measurements, you'll have to pay $350 for a contractor to measure the specs." Meanwhile, he was busy measuring both areas, but could not trust his own measurements. Then, two weeks later, a second - more experienced - salesman said there was absolutely no problem with one of the designated areas for installation. He couldn't understand why the first salesman couldn't measure properly. It turns out, the unit could fit perfectly in one spot that the first salesman dismissed. Next, I received a quote for $35,500 that included a supposed $1500 discount and the waiving of a riduculous $500 fee for shipping from their wharehouse. However, after reading their "letter of intent" (which was not a proper legal document), I asked about the unknown "contractor's fee." They wanted a deposit with my signature on a "letter of intent" BEFORE disclosing the contractor's fee. When I asked about this unknown cost, they said the contractor's charge would be $300 - just to come out to my home. Then, there would be a charge of $1800 for framing and installing the upper exit door and an unknown charge for removing a small piece of decorative drywall. This amount could have been thousands of dollars. Also, the customer must pay for an licensed electrician (approx. $1500) to install the required power line. Finally, there's a yearly maintenance fee ranging from $570 - $800 depending on where you live. Check out their short warranty that only covers 1 - 2 years. After this, all repair costs for parts and labor come right out of your pocket. I would not pay for undisclosed extra costs by the contractor. So, the second salesman told me the contractor would be at my home after 2pm (at no charge) on a certain day. I waited (3) hours, but he didn't arrive. I received a letter of apology from the second salesman and spoke to the contractor. He promised to arrive on a Saturday at 1pm sharp. At 1:45pm he was a no-show, and when I called him, he sounded surprised to hear from me. He had no excuse, he simply said, "I was tied-up." He said the same thing the first time he didn't arrive when promised. I asked him why he didn't call to say he'd be late, and he said "I'm a contractor, what do you expect?" My response was, "common courtesy." In my view, being stood-up twice was unacceptable. To make matters worse, he told the second salesman that HE REACHED OUT TO ME, but I wanted to cancel. Now I knew I was dealing with ameateurs who don't tell the truth. Same with the first salesman. Meanwhile, this "contractor" was supposed to be the leader of the team that was going to install my unit. When I advised the second salesman that the contractor didn't keep the appointment again, he profusely apologized and agreed that working with Stiltz would not be a good decision for me. I agreed - especially after the misrepresentations, hidden fees, immature nonsensense, untruths, and irresponsibilty. I was delighted to sever ties with Stilz.

However I genuinely believe the leasing and maintenance team do a great job of remediating issues fairly quickly. They have invested alot of money in 2025/2026 to upgrade and replace flooring etc. The Gym is awesome and convenient. The location is great as its near the 73 and 405. Shops located nearby. I'd recommend serious consideration if you are renting an apartment in the area.

Like many others, we were completely pulled in by the polished, flashy online advertising. The…read morephotos make this place look like a luxury oasis -- modern amenities, beautiful outdoor spaces, a "resort-style" vibe. In reality, it's the complete opposite. It feels like we were completely misled. Let's start with one of the "highlight" amenities: the outdoor pizza oven. Sounds great, right? Except it never works. And on the rare occasion that it does, be prepared to wait nearly two hours just for it to heat up enough to use. By that point, most people have already given up. It's more of a decorative prop than an actual usable feature. Now onto the outdoor common areas -- which should be a place to relax and enjoy. Instead, they are consistently overwhelmed by the strong smell of dog urine. Tenants are apparently allowed to let their dogs relieve themselves anywhere -- including around and even on the tables and chairs. Yes, where people are supposed to sit and eat. The problem doesn't stop there. The elevators are a daily gamble -- you're often greeted in the morning with a fresh puddle of urine. It's become so routine that it feels like management doesn't even see it as an issue anymore. They recently replaced the old, urine-soaked carpet... but instead of actually solving the problem, they installed cheap dark (almost black) carpet, which just hides the mess instead of addressing it. It's not being cleaned properly -- I can't remember the last time the carpets were actually steam cleaned. So now instead of seeing the problem, you're just living on top of it. Also, the car ev charger are constantly broken. There are car chargers that have been broken for over 9 months and no response from management about getting them fixed. What's most shocking is the complete lack of management presence. This property is poorly manage. Maricela the property manager does not reply to requests nor complaints. The leasing agent is rude and unprofessional. When I walked in looking for Maricela he ignored me and then had rude tone when letting me know that she was not in the office. If you're looking for Michael the assistant property manager, just walk to the end of the cul-de-sac -- he's usually out there smoking. There's little to no accountability, and it shows in every aspect of the property. We came in with high expectations, genuinely excited about living here. But it didn't take long to realize we had been completely misled. The marketing paints a picture that simply does not exist in reality. Bottom line: Do NOT be fooled by the advertising. What you see online is not what you get -- not even close.
