This is hands down my favorite pizza place!! I lived in Ephraim, Utah when I went to college and they have the original Roy's pizza. I was always so happy when I randomly found myself in Ephraim so I could get some, but that was very rare. But I basically spend half of my time in St. George since my parents have a home there and I about died of happiness when I saw that they built a Roy's!! By the way it's the son of the original Roy's who opened this one! Our favorite thing that we always (and only) order is Fat Sticks! But they changed the name so now they are just cheese sticks. Roy's no longer exists. He sold the business one of his employees who started "Slice House Pizza". Slice House Pizza is in my opinion the tastiest pizza in the St. George area. Their pizza sauce is hand made, really good we always ask for extra. read more

Went here because so many different people said it was good. Sadly, it was not. Had a slice with a salad. Both were edible, not extraordinary. Sauce was decent. Unfortunately, my pizza dough came with what seemed to be mold and metal bits (see the photos I posted.) Don't see any reason to come back or recommend this place. This place is disgusting. One of the employees behind the counter working at night was very vulgar, using the F*** bomb and A** hole every other word, so loud we had to listen to this while we were eating and one of them deliberately let out a long and very loud disgusting belch and thought he was funny. This is supposed to be a family restaurant. I would never bring my family to this place ever again. Do not patronize this place. Well I guess Roy's has been in St George at the outlet stores for almost a year. I thought I would give them a try. Lunch special, 2 topping 8" pizza with a fountain drink. 7.03 with tax. Choose sausage and pepperoni. 10 slices of pepperoni and a whopping 8 very small crumbled of sausage. For 7 bucks I would expect some toppings. See attached photos. Summed up experience: "Meh, one and done!" Passing through town overnight with the family. Found I could order online and decided to do it despite the final price being way more than I'd normally pay. They said the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes, it was ready in 45 (despite the restaurant not being full). There is no take out line so I had to wait in line 10 minutes while others ordered to be told by some sad teenager that my food wasn't ready. As for the quality of the pizza, I've had frozen pizzas that I tasted better. The pasta was barely coated in sauce. I'll never eat at Roy's again and clearly wouldn't recommend it. read more

My review use to be 5 stars but not anymore. I love their pizza and mozzarella sticks but their customer service is terrible. Their app to order doesn't work well and when I said something to the worker, she said I must be the problem Also instead of having enough employees, they have kiosks that aren't user friendly and again the employee stated no one else had said anything. I can't be the only one having difficulty because another customer stated he had problems with the app. In any case, you don't argue with a customer. At least you now have a phone. You need to polish up on customer service though. This has seriously tarnished your reputation with me which is really sad because we've been eating here for over 10 years. read more

Been looking to visit this business even before it moved to the mall.... Tonight, we decided to stop and give them a try. We decided to do a take out, and ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, cheese bread, and a salad. When we arrived, there were only 2 people eating, and a few employees- we waited more the 45 minutes for our order.... Now, I am happy to give business like these some slack, as employees are hard to come by.... But almost an hour??? The cheese bread was so bland, I have had 100 times better from Little Caesar's.... The pasta was under dressed with Alfredo, so was super dry, and also tasteless and had about 7 small cubes of chicken. Over all, for not being so slow due to being busy, and the under whelming food, I will not get the chance to try their pizza, so I cannot tell you if it's any good.... They misrepresent their 2 for $20 Date Night deal. They charge extra for the salad dressing and the pizza comes with no sauce, 2 toppings but no sauce? With those added in, it is $22.15, and then of course tax on top of that. Who heard of a pizza with no sauce. read more

This place is not worth the hype. Not only did we wait almost 35 minutes for food when there were only two other couples on the restaurant, the food was terrible. We had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The sauce tasted like it was bottled store bought sauce. The garlic bread tasted like plain toast with food coloring. The only thing that was decent was the pizza. We got the Chicken Bacon Ranch. It was our first time. But I most definitely will not be returning. It was a waste of $47 dollars. . Let me start by saying I think I tried the wrong pizza. That being said, the toppings were fresh and didn't have a tin-can taste that you get with most chains. I got the Roy's Combo. I think next time around I'd try the Hawaiian Cowboy. But, again, it was a good pizza. The service was prompt, as well. I was quoted 45 minutes for delivery, but had it delivered within 25 minutes. Honestly don't understand all the negative reviews. I'm from California so good food is hard to come by around this tiny town, heck even the McDonald in California taste a lot better than here haha and I've been to Roy's only 3x and everything has been amazing! I always get a calzone and I've tested almost every topping and by far the greatest food I've had here in Saint George in a very long time! And the pizza is very well made as well, I'd recommend making it a bit greasier to give it that authentic Italian taste and maybe flavor the crust with some butter or something and as for the pasta I'd recommend filling up those containers more because they are filled half way which was the only negative thing I've encountered but besides that the size, flavor and portions are great especially for the price. read more

For the second time since we began ordering from Roy's we had to wait nearly an hour over the estimated time of arrival. When the pizza finally got there one was so soggy it was almost falling through the box and the other was burnt to the point my kids couldn't even eat it. I called the store and the pizzas were made again and delivered in a timely fashion but the delivery driver had me dig the pizzas out of the trash to take back with him. I reviewed the menu online prior to ordering and decided to get my order to go. Build your own pasta fettuccine noodles with Alfredo sauce and spaghetti with meat Marinara sauce. I ask the person who answered the phone what come with your meal and was told garlic bread. When placing the order I was told the changed the menu to include only linguini noodles for all pasta. This was ok with me so I placed my order. When I arrived home I found 1 small pice of garlic bread for each order and instead of meat marinara sauce it was plain sauce no meat. I called the restaurant to complain and was told oh we changed that too we only sell marinara sauce now and if you want meatballs it's extra.
