We took him out of the car to stretch his legs and, overwhelmed from the sights, sounds, and smells, he wriggled out of his harness and ran off. We looked for hours to no avail and ultimately had to go back home without him (3.5 hours away). The staff here took my number down and expressed honest concern about our new pup. I came back first thing the next morning and the manager took the time to go and check through the footage to see if he had any leads on my pup. When the staff took their breaks outside, they took the time to look and see if my pup came back. All in all, the location is great. It's clean and well maintained. What sets them apart is the people working there. Thankfully I ended up finding my pup and finally bringing him to his forever home, but I won't forget the care, concern, and support the team at this location showed. Well done.
