Didn't try to sell me anything didn't rip me off. ($10 per tire for my Toyota Corolla). Everything was perfect. A lot of Spanish speakers here, but I'm fluent so it helps. When I went to get my TPMS sensor replaced on that exact tire at another shop I was informed that my lug nut on my tire could not be removed due to it being cross threaded. I went back here to tell them that they were the last ones to touch the tire with proof of purchase they refused any responsibility for damaging the stud and asked for me to pay for a replacement. Even if it was an accident the accountability is lacking heavily. DO NOT go here if you want to end up with a bigger headache than you showed up with. No one likes having to replace a tire plus now I have to replace my stud and lug nut myself.

When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was told the bill had increased to $645 without my knowledge or approval. Because I needed my vehicle to get to work, I had no choice but to pay the additional amount to have it released. I later contacted the shop to request a refund of the unauthorized charges, but my concerns were dismissed, and I was treated disrespectfully throughout the process. I believe customers should be notified and asked for approval before repair costs exceed the agreed amount. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
