The servers are attentive and check in often. The only disappointment we've ever had is the day we went to get a meal only to find out it was fully booked out for a holiday party. After some time, we narrowed it down to Pho Nhung and for over a year, it's been a weekly visit since we got the stamp of approval from our family member. It's truly the best spot for Vietnamese food in the city. Our usual order consists of bun bo hue, pho dac biet, bun cha and chao long. The BBH is so flavourful here and packed with toppings. Pho broth is always piping hot and chao long is not a common dish found in Vietnamese restaurants. The only feedback I would share is that the springs rolls are heavily packed with taro and the quay (from the congee) is not necessarily the freshest. We are always looking for satay soup at Vietnamese places but it is sometimes hard to find. We were excited that Pho Lac Vien has such a great version of it. I really wanted to come back the next day and have one of those, but we were just passing through and will have to wait for the next time we are in Hamilton.
