Disgusting, they charge anyone even kids money just to use the washroom, $7.50 just for a stupid bubble tea drink, the environment is so disgusting

Exceptionally fresh salad, the mint made it memorably good! The Mango in the rolls lacked flavor. The filling in the spring rolls was a different preparation than what I've had before, okay, but I wouldn't get it again. The sauce also lacked the tangy goodness I'm used to. The location is a short walk from the new Hampton Inn. If you drive, there is plenty of free parking in the plaza the restaurant is located in. Overall, I'd go here again.

Friendly service and very quick. Tried the fresh rolls, the spring rolls and the bun with grilled pork. Would have given it 5 stars as everything was good however the spring rolls, while good were missing a bit of flavour - needed more than just the pork/shrimp filling. Or needed to come in a bed a lettuce to wrap them in for a bit more fresh flavour. Grilled pork however was excellent so not complaints at all with the bun. Bubble tea was refreshing. Good prices as well.

I had the bun mam one of their speciality noodle dishes. Absolutely delicious. My sis got the beef and rice dish which was also delicious. Do yourself a favor and order goi cuon nem nuong too! Very polite and nice people here and the decor is super classy and cute. I am super picky with viet food and this place definitely hit high marks.

Excellent service and decent pho. The broth wasn't exceptionally fragrant, but the noodles were a good texture, and the meat portions are generous. The bun bo hue was very flavorful, and also came with a very generous helping of meat. Overall a pretty good experience.

Not overly sweet, which I like. - Appertizer Specialty: khai vi dac biet - A combination of fried cheese wontons, deep fried Spring rolls, fresh shrimp rolls, and battered shrimps. Came with 3 sauces for dipping. My mom loved the fresh shrimp rolls while I took a fancy to the cheese wontons. At $12.99, the app is good for up to 4 people. - Main: Bun mam - a vermicelli soup made of fermented fish broth. A favourite of the local Vietnamese. The concept is the same as fermented tofu. Unique smell, but taste good. An abundance of seafood such as bass fillet, squid, shrimps, fish balls etc. Yummy. Worth the $12.99. You can also choose different size bowls. If you are absolutely famished, go for the extra large. Coz it's huge lol. Yet another reason to visit Hamilton added to my list!!

I brought several of my friends with me during Family Day (yay for Asian supermarkets for being open on holidays). FOOD: 5/5 1. CT51: Grilled Beef with Fried Egg & Broken Rice: This is my GO TO dish. I rarely eat rice at any other Vietnamese restos. My friend (who is Vietnamese) who also got a Com Tam was really impressed: "wow, they actually use broken rice here" and then after the first few bites, "okay, this is authentic. This is what it should taste like." 2. P25: This is my boyfriend's go to. Never any complaints and he finishes everything. The pho never makes me nauseous like other places do. The veggies provided are always bright and fresh. SERVICE: 5/5 It is soooo nice having staff recognize you when you walk in. The service is always warm and friendly. Best price and quality for Vietnamese food in the area.

From the outside it doesn't look like much but inside it's quite inviting - there is a big fish tank! I had a classic vermicelli bowl with pork, spring roll and beef wrapped in green leaves. The pork was hot off the grill with a strong charbroiled taste. The beef in green leaves is something I have never had before and I found it to be a tasty little flavor addition to the meal. Spring roll was hot and crispy and also very good. The bowl had a good portion of herbs that makes for that fresh taste the is so much a part of Vietnamese food. My traveling companion had a spicy satay noodle soup with beef, which I had a few bites of and it was delicious. We are always looking for satay soup at Vietnamese places but it is sometimes hard to find. We were excited that Pho Lac Vien has such a great version of it. I really wanted to come back the next day and have one of those, but we were just passing through and will have to wait for the next time we are in Hamilton. We treated ourselves to Vietnamese coffees with condensed milk and ice - a perfect compliment to our food. All in all, a memorable meal and with very freindly service to round it all out.

I've only had Bahn Mi a few times and I have to say it was mediocre at best so I was expecting more of the same. Wow! Wow! Wow! McQueen's is like night and day with other Bahn Mi places. The taste and the flavors are of the chart. The place is just a sandwich shop with no seating and only about 6 offerings of Bahn Mi. I went with their classic recommendation The Saigon with was pork based with pork belly, pate and roast pork as well as some great veggies. But the standout was the bun ...crispy,crunchy,flaky on the outside and like a soft pillow on the inside. Delicious! I couldn't stop eating it once I started bite after bite... barely swallowing before the next bite.. it was gluttonous! I had found a sandwich which I would drive 45minutes to buy easily! The staff were extremely nice and feel they really care about putting out quality food! Easily a 5 star rating! Thanks McQueen's see you so
