It was my friend's first time trying pho and she loved it. I've eaten pho all the time growing up so during this visit I decided to try something different and go for their lemongrass bbq chicken. i came here during the holidays, and it was a bit of a disaster. this is an updated review, and i wanted to give them another chance because the response to my last review was nice and humble. that truly made all the difference and showed that they care about their customers. this visit was much better, and i can see more of how they really operate on a regular day. there were a few cutbacks, but overall, it was a much improved experience. the wait time for food was a huge improvement. we got our dishes within 15-20 minutes, which is fantastic and how it should be. however, while the service was much faster than during the holiday rush, it was still a bit difficult to get the staff's attention. we had to go up to the front to ask for things a couple of times, which wasn't a big issue, but something to note. the pho broth was much better this time around. it had good depth of flavor on its own, and when i added lime and the usual extras, it was perfect. the only small letdown was the amount of beef--it was a bit less than what i'm used to. not a huge issue, but definitely noticeable. the chicken/beef and rice dish was pretty much the same as before. they did cut down on the amount of rice, but the chicken portion remained the same. the beef, however, was smaller than expected. i thought it would be the same size as the chicken or even a bit thicker, but despite that, it still tasted great, so i don't have too much to complain about. the dipping sauce tasted the same, which was a plus. based on this visit alone, i would come back. while there were a few small changes, the overall experience was much better, and the effort they put into improving things really showed. read more

Came in the evening. Wait time for food was a little long (15 minutes) but the bun rieu was delicious and was big enough to feed two. I ordered the Pho with Beef (Pho Tai), grilled pork with vermicelli noodles (Bun Thit Nuong, Cha Gio Ha No) and a spring roll and a fried spring roll. Pho was nice and delicious but the meat could've been skinnier but it was alright. The grilled pork could've been skinnier as well, kinda fatty and had to chew around it but good still. Came here on the night before Christmas Eve at 12 am. Was expecting a good late night eat in Sauga, but was let down with the service and the food. Service took forever and servers look like they were understaff. Food came out approximately an hour later and my wife's food came out 30 min after mine and looked like the server's forgot. Something I wouldn't have considered before, but now I've had skip, dash and uber eats. Uber eats being my fav. They actually offer $10 off after 10 orders. We order chicken fried rice, chicken pad thai and summer rolls. Every time. Chicken fried rice is pretty fantastic. One of my favourite places for fried rice. Always needs salt, but I've never ordered fried rice that didn't need salt. Chicken pad thai is delicious. It's got this awesome flavour I can't quite describe, not smoky but something along the lines of black cardamom. And the summer rolls. I ordered them on a whim because I had 50% off my order. Best fresh rolls out of any Vietnamese place I've ordered from. Best for flavour and value. A lot of places are skimpy on their meat. Only downside is that they don't keep in the fridge, but that's the rice paper, not a fault of the dish itself. But rice paper is cheap, so they're easy to take out of the rolls, fridge and make new ones the next day. All in all, we love our pho ha noi 54. read more

I give it a 2 star because the workers are nice, and the fact they open so late it's nice. But is it worth coming here? For me no, for my parents no as well. The food pack of flavor, we got bun Bo hue and it was very blan, it tasted like water. Sorry I usually don't like making bad reviews, but this place was not at all impressive. We got pork chops as well and that wasn't flavored either, the fish sauce that came with it helped eating it easier. Summer rolls (banh cuon) it was huge, but not enough dipping sauce, and the pork in it was very dry and over cooked. As you can see they were a bit cheap on the cucumbers and pickled carrots and radish. And honestly one of the things that bothers me most if I were to get a dish that comes with greens, is the fact it's not clean nor fresh. I'm sorry I would not recommend this place. Also got a soursop slush and that tasted like water as well. The staff are nice and has good hospitality but there were people who were service food that came in after us. I just ordered extra large beef brisket pho and i asked for NO VEGGIES but the restaurant STILL gave me veggies. Also, the portion was a regular pho when i ordered extra large pho. My go to pho place. Food is really good, but would definitely only recommend coming here after 8. If you come before that, food usually comes cold or late, but coming to eat later is an easy fix, so not rlly that big of a deal. Love the beef pho with tom yum soup base!! The portion size has always been generous and flavorful as always!! Have to say it's THE best pho in Sauga!!!! And trust me, I have tried a ton of different pho places around Mississauga! We have also tried a wide assortment of dishes other than pho. Their curries are decent, same with their pad thai. Their fried rice is pretty good too. The chicken and pork rice dishes I found to be seasoned pretty well but meat to rice ratio ain't that great. My favourite Pho spot in the area!! The place is clean and the service is quick! I always come here to study and eat or come along with a big group there is always space! The broth for the soup is incredibly flavourful, the meat tastes nice and I love how much garnish they give you and the staff is extremely friendly! Basically the only Pho place I go to every time I want food delivered or I'm nearby the area. Broth and noodles are all on point, and meat and other ingredients given are very generous unlike some other Pho places. Their extra large basically feeds 2 people! Parking is a tad difficult though since it's located right along Hurontario and in between King street and Dundas which is a huge and busy intersection within Mississauga. The only Vietnamese restaurant I've had good Thai food at. Their Viet stuff is great, too, of course. I've had their pork vermicelli with the spring roll, chicken pad thai, rare beef pho, and a variety of bubble teas. The pork vermicelli was on par with the best vermicelli I've had at other Viet restaurants. The rare beef pho tasted good (but I'm not the biggest connoisseur of pho out there), and they weren't cheap about how much beef they put in it; it had a lot of beef! Spring rolls are great, like at any Viet restaurant, and I love that they have chicken, pork, and veggie options. Bubble teas are standard with other pho restaurants in terms of quality and flavours offered. The staff are very nice and friendly in my experiences.
